I stopped by after work in Tokyo. It's a place where you can enjoy Matsusaka beef, even a single slice at a time. For someone like me, who prioritizes drinking, this restaurant is really convenient, and I would love to visit again when I'm in Tokyo for work. I particularly enjoyed the "guts salad" as one of the dishes in the course, and I easily could have five beers with it. Of course, the fresh liver, tongue, and various types of lean meat, along with the delicious kimchi, were all fantastic. The rice served at the end was also exquisite. I will definitely come back again.
