It seemed like I was going to get lost in the maze of various things. On the way back, I was able to make it back to my car all battered up, but I was a little over the time limit, about 3 minutes late, but it was okay (sweat). There was no bell to call the staff, so even the neighboring customers, as well as myself, were calling out, but the staff didn't come right away. I think some kind of calling function is necessary in this store's layout. The neighboring person seemed to be able to hear when calling for an order or at other times, but they were ignored, so I was getting a little annoyed. Well, since it wasn't just once or twice, I felt like I had to make the staff react, as I was sure they could hear it... Even watching from next to them, I felt that way. With this setup, it seems like it would be stressful to call out for rice refills even though they are free. Also, I feel that it would be better to have soup included rather than having unlimited rice. Not that it's good, but personally, I'll definitely say that the other option is better. ← Who am I (just an amateur). It seems that the food menu is not always available, and it seems to be the style to bring it after ordering. I took a picture, so I just need to look at that, but I think it would be better to have the menu available to see what kind of dishes there are while waiting for the food. The male staff who guides the customers seems to be a well-trained leader, but the other staff members seem to still be inexperienced and occasionally seem lost. At the register, they seemed to not have a complete grasp of the parking situation, and although the atmosphere was good, it didn't seem like they were fully prepared for the opening. I chose the stone-grilled hamburger set with rice, and I chose the special cobara sauce from the three sauce options. If you choose bread, you get unlimited bread, and if you choose rice, you get unlimited rice. You can't switch from bread to rice or vice versa, as the staff confirmed and relayed to the customers. It seems like the established manual base is not solid, but as an organization, you can tell that it is a well-established major company from the suits of the important people inside and outside the store. They have been open for about three days, and I think that a little service would make the customers feel better. At the register, there was an apology for taking time... The salad arrived first. It had a refreshing lemon dressing. The main dish took quite a while to arrive. The customer on the left started looking around, and the customer on the right started to complain about the order. It arrived after about 25 minutes. The staff cuts it on the stone plate, but it doesn't sizzle much after pouring the sauce. It might have been a bit of a mistake... In other places, it sizzles, but there were various points that needed improvement, including this one. The hamburger, which is said to be 100% beef, had a meaty and tender minced meat texture. It had a strong beef flavor, but it wasn't too greasy, and I quite liked it. The special cobara sauce was not bad, but I thought it was different from what I expected, and I thought the garlic butter might have been better. I felt like I wanted some accents as I ate, switching to just salt and pepper halfway through. The side of potatoes, corn, and what seemed to be string beans were within expectations. I won't go into detail... The rice didn't make me want to have unlimited refills... The quality of the rice and the soft texture made me feel weak. The operation, including food service and customer service, seems to improve in the future.
