A reservation-only sushi restaurant located a bit away from Shibino Station. Due to work reasons, I had to postpone my visit, but finally made it. The meal started with appetizers and then a variety of high-quality ingredients kept coming out. This place is quite rare around here, even though it's in Shibino. I ended up getting quite full before the sushi arrived, so I couldn't finish everything, but it was a delicious meal. I will definitely visit again.

After years of anticipation, I finally visited this restaurant and was impressed by the well-built master chef who skillfully prepares the sushi right in front of you. Currently, they offer only a 15,000 yen (excluding tax and service charge) omakase course, which features a wide variety of high-quality ingredients. I made a reservation at a restaurant I had been curious about for a while. Before the sushi, there were many appetizers and luxurious ingredients. I love the combination of ingredients. The abalone sauté on bread was delicious. I want to eat it again. The luxurious TGK with marbled wagyu beef and separate egg yolk on top of the vinegar rice was amazing. By the time I reached the sushi, I was already full, but I managed to skip some and finish with the fatty tuna. Despite that, it was more than enough in terms of variety and quantity. It was a great value for the price, and I have decided to revisit. Next time, I'll make sure to go with a bigger appetite than expected. Thank you so much!

I went to Chishun-san, who has a great reputation among gourmet enthusiasts, for the first time✨✨ The appetizers before the sushi were so filling that my stomach was about to burst✨✨ The abalone sandwich that came out as an appetizer was unexpected at a sushi restaurant, but it was so delicious. It left a strong impression, so I put it at the top❤️ Even though the portions were large for each dish, they were all really delicious and made me want to eat more. The combination of egg yolk, grated daikon radish, and fatty tuna was so delicious that it was the winner✨ I usually finish a course meal properly and I'm the type who even asks for seconds, but Chishun-san had such a large volume that I had to give up in the middle of the course. This was a first for me❤️❤️❤️ The tilefish liver sushi was delicious. I want to challenge it again when I'm hungry and in the best condition...❤️ It was delicious. Thank you for the meal✨

The restaurant had only 6 seats, so it was quite spacious. We started with some appetizers and then moved on to the sushi. There were so many dishes that I felt like my stomach was going to burst. There were also around 10 types of sake, which we also enjoyed. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Recommended by my favorite sushi restaurant and Japanese restaurant, I finally made it here. The course costs 15,000 yen and includes about 20 different types of sushi. The head chef is friendly and easy to talk to, and he can adjust the portion size if needed. They mainly serve sake, with a wide variety of options for sake lovers. The tamago (egg) at the end was incredibly delicious. This might be my favorite sushi restaurant I've ever been to.

This might be my favorite sushi restaurant in Osaka. The quiet chef skillfully selects and serves each piece of sushi. You get more than what you pay for. The quality is 1.4 times better than other places in Shinchi. Please don't move away.

Last night, I went to Sushichishun in Shibano. When making a reservation, I was asked if I wanted the 12,000 yen course or the 13,500 yen course, and was told that the higher price includes more quantity and quality. Since I heard that the restaurant serves a lot of food, I chose the 12,000 yen course this time. It started with octopus and umeboshi, which was delicious. The oysters were elegant and creamy, and the crab was just the right amount. Then there was saury with karasumi, which was quite substantial. Next was marinated bonito, turban shell, ankimo, and Nara pickles in a monaka. This was just the beginning. I was starting to feel full, but then came the highlight - squid nigiri. The thinly sliced squid just melted in my mouth and was incredibly sweet. The meal continued with various types of sushi, including mackerel, sandfish, rockfish, sea bream, and salmon roe in a small bowl, as well as golden eye snapper, scorpion fish, marinated tuna, fatty tuna, shrimp, and shirako chawanmushi. There were a total of 29 items, and I was amazed at how much I had eaten. The quality of the sushi was top-notch, and the rice was firm and delicious. The portion size was beyond my imagination. At the end, the chef asked if I was full, and my answer was a definite yes. With 1 sake, 2 beers, and soft drinks for 2 people, the total bill was 31,000 yen, which was quite reasonable. I would love to challenge the 13,500 yen course next time, but I wonder if I can finish it all. It's a fun worry to have!

Despite the huge amount of food, the bill was surprisingly reasonable.

The long-awaited Shigi-no Roller strategy may be coming to an end soon. I love sushi, and it was brought to me at the end, so I was denied twice, but third time's the charm! Well, it's only natural since I called on the day itself. Being alone, I was able to squeeze in. It's a great restaurant with fresh fish, so it's definitely related to their sourcing. It's better to make reservations early. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is like a regular sushi place in town. The master and the lady boss have a quiet demeanor, but I like that type. I'm the type who prefers just sushi at a sushi restaurant rather than sashimi. But according to the reviews on Tabelog, one dish seems to be very delicious. After some consideration, I decided to go with the chef's choice dish and 6 pieces of sushi. The price was around 12,000 yen, but it turned out to be not just one dish but 11 dishes! The sushi was nine pieces. Since I have the day off tomorrow, it's a bit of a treat, they said. Thank you, it's not something they usually do! I chose a sake I've never tried before - Yamahoji Karakuchi +28 from Yamagata. It was spicy and good! I also had Ichihaku Suisei from Akita, Mutsu Hassen from Aomori, and Aka from Aomori. All were great. The dishes included: Tai Uni Roll, Scallop, Seared Red Fish, Amberjack, Spicy Daikon, Firefly Squid, Seared Tachiuo, Karasumi, Sea Bream Roe, Shirako, Snow Crab, Grated Crab Miso, Tuna Belly with Peppercorns, Fugu Skin Vinegared Dish, Ankimo, Monaka, Nara Pickles, Minced Oyster Chawanmushi, Shirako Don, Sushi, Squid, Golden Cutlassfish, Seared Kinmedai, Shrimp, Tuna Zuke, Toro, Tachiuo, Liver, Anago, Toro Taku, Doya. Each dish was delicious, but the Firefly Squid was hot with miso, the Amberjack was perfectly seared, the Tuna Belly with Peppercorns was just like the one we use at home, the Ankimo and Nara Pickles were an encounter, and the Monaka was delightful. The Fugu Shirako Don's crispy skin and creamy inside were amazing. The sushi was not too sour or too sweet, and I was surprised that there was rice underneath! The squid, which I love, came first, and I was thrilled. The shine of the Karasumi, the fluffiness of the Anago, and the seaweed on the Toro Taku were all great. I won't go on because there's no end to it, so I'll stop here. Was this all worth the price? I was so satisfied! The master doesn't show off the ingredients, and the atmosphere is really nice. The drinks are also well-selected. Shigi-no will soon be saying goodbye, but it's close to the station, so it's a place I want to come back to.

We celebrated my mother's birthday at a popular restaurant called Chishun with my boyfriend. It had been about 3 years since our last visit and, as usual, the place was fully booked. Unfortunately, my phone broke and I lost some of the photos I took, even though I had backed them up. However, I still had the notes of the menu on my memo app. We enjoyed dishes such as white fish soup with sea bream and sea urchin, grilled saury, sashimi of swordfish and tuna, blowfish hot pot, and more. We also had a variety of sake and other drinks, and the total cost came to around 13,000 yen per person. The meal was delicious and worth the price. Thank you for the feast!

The place is located at the entrance of a shopping street, a 5-minute walk from Shibino Station. Inside, there is only a counter. The serious master and a young girl working part-time were managing the place. They served vinegar-seasoned shari, with the option of warm or cold shari depending on the topping. Both the toppings and side dishes were carefully prepared and had a delicious taste.

I visited a delicious sushi restaurant in Shino for the first time and had a great meal. I started with a bottle of Asahi beer and a sashimi platter including golden eye snapper, white sweetfish, grunt, black porgy, scallop, octopus, topped with river goby liver. I also had firefly squid, grilled cutlassfish, a sashimi platter of red sea bream, saury with ginger, ark shell, seaweed, and yam. For drinks, I enjoyed a chilled sake from Gifu called "Sanzen Mori", and another from Hyogo called "Tomi Hito". I also had seared bonito, black porgy, scallop, flathead, sandfish marinated in kelp, seared sea urchin, seared alfonsino, cockle, Yamazaki highball, sea urchin and salmon roe mini rice bowl, clam soup, fatty tuna marinated in soy sauce, fatty tuna, grilled eel, sweet shrimp with miso, gizzard shad, simmered clams, egg, pickled eggplant, ark shell foot, eel, river goby, grunt, shrimp, all of which were delicious with good value for money.

It's a restaurant in Shiteno! I ordered the special 12,000 yen course with plenty of sushi. Despite the large portion, the quality was top-notch and enjoyable at a high level. It's a place worth visiting again. However, it may be too much food for those with a small appetite.

This is my second visit to Sushi Shikino in Osaka. The playful chef is adorable and the food is so delicious that it feels like your stomach might burst. Definitely try to push past the "can you still eat more?" moment. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. This place is a must-visit for those who love to eat a lot. I left it up to the chef and got a lot of sushi for 12,000 yen. There were a total of 35 different types of sushi, including appetizers and fruit at the end. It was so enjoyable and satisfying. I forgot to take a picture of the scallop sushi.
