The shop is located in Minamimachi in Iwamizawa, operating on days when there is a flag along the road of Misono 7-jo. Turn onto the city road where the flag is located and go about 70 meters. Revisited before, I have come here several times. My current trend this year is to remember the roads between National Route 12 and National Route 234, especially the farm roads. Today, I will aim for Ebetsu from Misono 7-jo. I have passed by here several times before, and I probably bought something here (laughs). There are still a large number of unreviewed items remaining from the past 8 years, so I give up on searching for images. This time, I won with cucumbers, 1 for 10 yen or 20 yen, I don't remember due to lost notes. Despite the unpredictable weather this year, the cucumbers were of good quality, with a rich flavor and plenty of moisture. I salted and ate all 3 cucumbers. Blueberry jam for 600 yen is quite sour, with a strong blueberry taste, which I like. So, the sugar content is on the lower side. If I were to use this for cooking, what meat would go well with it? Maybe deer thigh meat? Surprisingly, it might also go well with sandfish. If I were to use it as a dressing for salad, what would go well with it? After work in Sapporo's downtown area, I went to two places for yakiniku and ramen in a row. Both places tried to overcharge me at checkout, but I pointed it out with a smile and avoided it (laughs).
