Delicious! Really delicious! I remember when I visited Shidoku last month, they were preparing to open this restaurant in front of the store, so I came to check it out and found it was open! It's amazing that it's open 24 hours. I had teppanyaki for dinner, but I didn’t feel like I had eaten much, so I came around 10 PM. There are Chinese staff members, and the prices for the dishes are almost the same as at Tsukiji Market. The sirloin sea urchin bowl was really tasty!

I ordered the snow crab for ¥6600. Even though I'm not a fan of crab, I felt like I could enjoy it today! The place I entered suddenly opened just this January, and I was already amazed by the beautiful, impressive samples displayed outside. The price of ¥6600 for the crab seemed high at first, but seeing its size made me understand why. The crab meat was packed and sweet, and the dipping sauce that came with it was rich, like a blend of crab miso, egg, and mayonnaise. It was incredibly delicious and would make a great accompaniment to drinks. While the store does have an inbound tourism vibe due to its drink selection and pricing, I believe the taste is definitely on point.
