There’s no other way to say it than magnificent. If you're in a small group, I would definitely recommend sitting at the counter; it truly felt like a work of art. Watching the bartender skillfully prepare cocktails from across the counter was extraordinarily meticulous and beautiful. The combinations exceeded my imagination, showcasing exceptional technique. Even when ordering familiar cocktails, there was a refreshing novelty that pleasantly surprised me, making them feel distinctly different from what I usually drink. Every drink is top-notch, and some felt more like a culinary dish than a beverage. Moreover, I had a strong intuitive sense that each drink was beneficial for my body, which created a paradoxical yet delightful experience of feeling healthy while enjoying alcohol. The owner seems to be in his forties and you can tell he must have gained a lot of experience at high-end places during his younger days, just from his customer service and mannerisms. He interacted smoothly in English with international customers, which suggests he had experience in larger establishments. Based on my preferences, he made a drink for me that was undeniably delicious, showcasing a level of craftsmanship that even a novice like me could appreciate. There was no harshness from the alcohol; instead, the flavors of the high-quality ingredients shone through. The interior and lighting created a sophisticated atmosphere. Generally, I tend to feel tense in posh places like this, so I usually avoid them, but the drinks were marvelous, and the owner's warmth and attention made me feel quite relaxed. I would love to come back again.
