When it gets hot, my symptoms worsen, as I have a designated rare disease (specified disease) by the government. There is still no cure for my rare disease. The symptoms temporarily improve if I receive "blood products" continuously for 5 days. Last year, I was hospitalized 5 times for rare disease treatment. I was admitted for the second time this year on April 4th, but discharged 57 days ago. However, I have made a reservation for the third hospitalization this year due to worsening health conditions. I will be admitted as soon as a hospital bed becomes available. Your supportive comments are always a source of encouragement for me during my hospital stays. I am truly grateful. Thank you for your continued support. In the future, I plan to mainly upload past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. I will limit new visits based on my health condition. "Ramen Akatsuki" is a shop that serves Asahikawa ramen. It opened on March 1, 2022. I visited for the first time with my usual companion for lunch. The shop is located in the North 34th area of Higashi Ward, Sapporo, near Sapporo Kitaschool. For the exact location of the shop, please check on Tabelog. I visited around 2 pm on a weekday. The shop is known for its historical ramen shops. This time, it was also a ramen shop. The interior of the shop is compact with only counter seats. As soon as you enter the shop, there is a small ticket machine on the left. As expected of an Asahikawa ramen shop, the top left is "soy sauce" followed by "salt". Then it goes on to "miso" and "spicy miso", but there are few "miso" options for Asahikawa ramen. I ordered "Soy Sauce 700 yen". My usual companion ordered "Soy Sauce Punch 800 yen". There were no customers before us, and only one customer came after us. We sat at the empty counter seats. After an 8-minute wait, our two bowls of ramen arrived. Soy Sauce Ramen Noodles: Classic low-water noodles for Asahikawa ramen, medium-thin and slightly curly. The noodles are slightly softer compared to Sapporo noodles and go well with the soup. The tonkotsu-based and seafood-flavored soup is a gentle flavor. Toppings: Small pieces of chashu, half a flavored egg, menma, chopped seaweed, chopped green onions. Price: 700 yen (tax included) Soy Sauce Punch Noodles: Same soup as above, tonkotsu-based clear soup with a strong soy sauce flavor. The lard makes the taste a bit milder. Price: 800 yen (tax included) The "Soy Sauce Ramen" has a gentle flavor typical of Asahikawa ramen. The "Soy Sauce Punch" has a strong original flavor of the shop with a strong soy sauce taste. It's a matter of personal preference which one you like. Personally, I preferred the taste of the "Soy Sauce Ramen". Next time, I might try the "Miso" from Asahikawa. It was delicious, thank you.
