I'm always grateful for the Ebetsu Price. I wanted whipped cream, so I got a shortcake, and my husband, who loves cheesecake, also added a cream puff. They even decorated the plate beautifully. The whipped cream was amazing, made from high-quality milk. It had a smooth texture and was so delicious. I wondered if all whipped cream could be this good. I heard they also serve soft-serve ice cream in the summer, which must be delicious too. The coffee was also delicious, of course! It made me want to visit Kobayashi Coffee again. Huh? Something's missing... No macarons, no chocolate plate, just one strawberry and one berry. Where did the decorations go? The cream was rich with a distinct milky flavor. The sponge was fluffy, moist, and had a fine texture with no aftertaste. But maybe there was too much cream. I'm full. It was delicious.

I ordered an apple tart, but there was no apple on it. Disappointing.
