I had planned to come earlier, but the restaurant was closed. When I passed by, I noticed a staff member handing out flyers and thought, "They have lunch!" so I decided to go in. The menu featured only steamed and shabu-shabu options. I’m not too fond of fried food, so I prefer steamed or boiled meats. Shabu-shabu gives me a healthy impression because I believe eating meat is very good for health. I ended up ordering a ¥1500 set, although there were also options around ¥2000. The meat was freshly cut on-site, and they served a tomato and mushroom soup. The homemade yuzu pepper was not too spicy and really delicious.

The imo-ni and shumai I ordered today, as well as all the vegetables for shabu-shabu, were all delicious. I only took photos of the added items: sirloin and pork belly... I later learned that the finishing udon was Yamagata's hippari udon, which was a bit thinner and had a smooth, pleasing texture that I really enjoyed. Above all, the owner was easy to talk to and radiated a kind aura, making me want to visit again (๑・̑◡・̑๑).

The mushroom salad was amazing, and the restaurant had a stylish and calm atmosphere. The staff were friendly too. The dipping sauce was delicious, but the sesame sauce with a hint of chili oil was even better.
