After enjoying a day trip to Noboribetsu Onsen, I decided to treat myself to some honey soft serve ice cream in the shopping street of the hot spring town. There were five different flavors available, and I chose the blueberry sauce soft serve for 320 yen. The ice cream didn't have a strong milk flavor but was refreshingly sweet with hints of honey. The blueberry sauce added a nice touch. The cup had a cute bee illustration on it. I also saw a snack called "Ikinari Dango" (a sweet potato with red bean paste sandwiched between thin mochi layers) and wanted to try it, but the wait time for steaming was 20 minutes, so I had to give up. I learned that you can call ahead to order and have it steamed and ready for pickup. I'll definitely try it next time.

As I was walking down the hot spring street, I decided to visit this shop specializing in honey. Even though I was already full, I couldn't resist ordering the Yuzu Honey Soft Serve. It cost 320 yen and was just the right size, with plenty of yuzu honey drizzled on top. It had the perfect amount of tanginess, making it a great treat for the hot summer weather.

There is a soft serve ice cream shop in Noboribetsu. It is located right in the middle of the hot spring resort area. The ice cream is incredibly sweet, with lots of honey and honeycomb toppings. My junior colleague said it was really delicious, so if you like sweet treats, this place might be worth a visit. I only stopped by to have soft serve ice cream in Noboribetsu, but apparently there is also a shop in Hakodate...

After leaving the haunted house and walking back to the hotel, my husband said he wanted to eat soft serve ice cream. We passed by this place often and I knew about it, but I had never really approached it because it seemed like there was nothing special. When I asked if they were done for the day, the staff said it was okay. But when I checked the price, it was really expensive! However, since I had already asked if it was still available, I couldn't back out, right? I ended up buying it anyway. It was a honeycomb soft serve ice cream for 830 yen, which is like the price of a parfait. It was super sweet with lots of honey... In the end, it solidified at the bottom... Once you try it, is it enough?

During the consecutive holidays, I went on an expedition to Noboribetsu with my friend. We explored various shops in the hot spring town of Noboribetsu and came across Sugiyos Bee Farm. I had visited their shop in Hakodate before and tried their yuzu honey, which was delicious. They also sold yuzu honey here, and I noticed they had honey soft serve ice cream. I was intrigued and decided to order the honey soft serve with yuzu honey topping. The soft serve had honey mixed in, giving it a thick and stretchy texture. The yuzu honey topping added a gentle sweetness with a hint of yuzu citrus acidity. Despite being generously drizzled with honey, it was surprisingly refreshing. They offer various flavors of honey, so you can choose your favorite. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

I used GW and came to Noboribetsu with Wu-ta-san (つ^o^)つ♪ We are strolling around the hot spring town (ΦωΦ) There were various types of honey available for tasting, and the yuzu honey was incredibly delicious...! Just water and honey, yet it tasted so good...!! However, the main attraction was the honey soft serve here (ΦωΦ)♪ It's great that you can add toppings for the same price (^o^)・Honey Soft Serve (Yuzu Honey/320 yen/Cup only) The soft serve itself doesn't have a strong honey flavor, but maybe because it's mixed in, it has a rich texture (ΦωΦ) It was like Turkish ice cream! Perfect match with yuzu honey~!>< A bit sweet though~!! lol I want to try other toppings next time (^o^)♪ Thank you Wu-ta-san!!(((orz

After leaving Ishisuitei, I bought some snacks with the office lady and the hostess. Honey is quite expensive, so I opted for karinto instead. On the way back, they made me a store card, but I don't shop that much. I bought the following snacks: black bean glace for 630 yen, sesame sugar candy for 240 yen, red sweet potato sugar candy for 380 yen, honey sugar candy for 380 yen, and matcha sugar candy for 380 yen. Thank you for the meal!

The soft serve ice cream with honeycomb is rich and decadent. It may be even better than regular soft serve ice cream.

I have visited this honey specialty store several times. I love their "yuzu honey" here, so I always stop by after going to the hot springs to buy some for home (*´꒳`*)♫

I had honey soft serve ice cream. The service from the staff was not great, but the soft serve ice cream itself was delicious with the sweetness of honey and a great aftertaste. It was so tasty!

"I visited the restaurant around 1 pm on Sunday, May 13th. It was my first time there. Our journey began with a simple food adventure this time! Normally, we focus on specific ingredients when traveling, but this time we decided to just enjoy the food journey. Our first stop was at "Uemura (Uemura Ranch)" and the second stop was at "Sugi Bee Farm Noboribetsu Store". Instead of a pig family, this time it was a cow family visiting Noboribetsu City! A friend traveling with me really wanted to visit this store, so we stopped by. The store had a variety of honey options like Spanish Rosemary Honey, French Sunflower Honey, Honey Lemon, and Honey Soft Serve with Maple Honey. The staff let us taste the honey to find our favorite. I recently got into the combination of yogurt, granola, and honey which is good for digestion, so I chose the Rosemary and Sunflower honey which had a mild and clean sweetness. I also got the Honey Lemon for drinking with water or hot water. I was tempted by the Honey Soft Serve with Yuzu Honey which was delicious with a refreshing taste and the unique sweetness of honey. We couldn't resist trying it as ice cream lovers! Overall, it was a great experience with added bonuses like receiving gifts for adding them on LINE or posting on social media."

In December, on the first Saturday of the month, we continued our exploration in the Noboribetsu Onsen shopping street. After shopping at the neighboring "Fujisaki Wasabi Farm," we decided to check out the "Sugi Bee Farm" right next to it. We were getting a bit tired of browsing for souvenirs, and our stomachs were starting to grumble, so we were looking for a snack to satisfy our cravings. The store was new to us, and we didn't have much interest in honey products, but the idea of trying something different intrigued us. As we entered the store, we noticed a take-out window selling honey-flavored soft-serve ice cream. Despite our interest, the cold weather made us hesitant to try it. The interior of the store was stylish and modern, with a feminine touch, and the staff members were friendly and trendy. We couldn't find anything that caught our eye for purchase, but we did spot a unique item called "Ikinari Dango" (sweet potato dumpling) for a reasonable price. We decided to try it out in the cozy seating area inside the store. The dumpling had a sweet potato filling that complemented the sweet red bean paste nicely. While it was an interesting snack, it was a bit heavy on the stomach for us. Later, we found out that "Ikinari Dango" is a traditional dish from Kumamoto, known nationally, which was surprising to us. Overall, it was a unique experience trying out this local treat in Noboribetsu.
