Hamburg steak set with 300 grams of zangi (fried chicken) and curry, along with miso soup. Rice is free for seconds. The hamburg steak stays hot until the end. The meat is hand-formed, not machine-pressed, which is great. However, the sauce is very runny and doesn't stick well to the meat. It would be great if they could improve that. Payment is cash only, so please be aware.

"I had the 'Plain (150g) + Mini Salad' again. I wasn't planning on posting about it since it was the same as last time, but this time the honey mustard, which I couldn't get out no matter how much I shook it last time, poured smoothly over the salad haha it was delicious ♫ I feel like the fire sauce in a bottle is more efficient, but..."

Thick-cut cheeseburger for 1000 yen with a mini salad for 100 yen. Located in the Satozuka area along Route 36, this hamburger chain offers unlimited rice cooked in a pot. On weekend evenings, the place is surprisingly not crowded, with a cafe-like atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Orders are taken using a tablet, and the hamburgers range from 150g to 450g. There are also indulgent sets available with various toppings. I opted for the classic Fire Burger with cheese for an extra 100 yen, which came with a mini salad. The burger was served sizzling hot on a hot plate, and the sauce was added while it was still piping hot. The meat was juicy and tender with just the right amount of bounce. The vegetables on the side, broccoli and potato soup, had a gentle consomme flavor which was a nice palate cleanser. The rice was fresh and even came with furikake seasoning, a nice touch for those who eat a lot. The salad had crispy cabbage, fried wonton, and plenty of dressing. With a coupon, a drink was included, and surprisingly, I enjoyed the melon soda. Overall, a satisfying meal!

"I ordered the Plain (150g) dish. The side dishes changed from corn to broccoli, steamed potatoes to fried potatoes. The salad dressing, which was originally already on the salad, now has two options to choose from. However, the honey mustard dressing, no matter how much I shook it, wouldn't come out haha. The miso soup was replaced with onion soup. The hamburger remained delicious as always ♫"

"I had the "Plain (150g) + Mini Salad" set. The salad was like they were saying 'start with the vegetables' haha. I didn't really like the dressing, so I ended up eating it with hamburger sauce. The hamburger here is definitely tastier than a certain hamburger chain's ♫."

"I had the "Burg Curry (300g)" and embarrassingly tapped on the "free extra-large" option (sweat). My clumsy body can't do much exercise, but I'll try to burn off those calories somehow lol. The curry is on the sweeter side and not spicy."

I received a plain hamburger (300g). It's been about 10 years since I stopped going to Fireburg in the neighborhood, but I happened to see it on Route 36 and decided to go in. The hamburger and original sauce were both delicious. Honestly, I always thought of chain restaurants as being cheaper and more about filling your stomach than taste compared to a certain famous hamburger chain, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a shame they don't accept electronic money, but I think I'll visit from time to time. They offer unlimited refills of "Hagama-kama" rice. Well, it's just normal rice haha.

When I felt like having hamburgers, the first place that came to my mind was a certain hamburger restaurant that has expanded nationwide from Hokkaido. I like this place better than that famous hamburger chain. I arrived around 3:00 PM and was extremely hungry since I hadn't eaten anything all morning. I ordered the 450g hamburger with demi-glace sauce. The hamburger was delicious, but the rice was also amazing! The rice, cooked in a feather pot, was fluffy and shiny. I wish I could cook rice like that at home. And the best part is that it's all-you-can-eat!

Since the renovation, the restaurant has lost its salad bar, making it less appealing. They recommend the rice cooked in a feather pot, but the quality can vary depending on how it's cooked. Today's rice was a bit hard. The hamburger and zangi were nothing special. The old location was better. Thank you for the meal.

I really like the hamburgers here! You can add curry or zangi (fried chicken) as toppings, which I love. I was sad when the nearby store closed down, but I was happy to visit again after a long time. My husband prefers Bikkuri Donkey, but I prefer Fire Burg. The zangi here is also delicious, just to my liking. I like that you can order using a touch panel. They offer a variety of hamburger options, including a rare 2.2kg challenge where you can eat for free if you finish it within 20 minutes. The hamburgers include zangi burger, grated daikon and ponzu burger, egg burger, garlic mayo burger, homemade demi-glace sauce burger, wasabi butter burger, piled high negi salt burger, thick-sliced gouda cheese burger, cheese fondue sauce burger, and shrimp fry bomb. I wanted to try the wasabi butter burger...! I had the piled high negi salt burger (150g for 745 yen) and it was really delicious. The two types of negi (green onions) added a nice crunchy texture that paired well with the hamburger. The negi salt sauce that came with it was also delicious. I also added zangi because I wanted to try it. The Sapporo zangi is 127 yen per piece. The Fire Burgers come in 300g and 450g sizes, so they are quite filling! Thank you for the meal!

This is a place in Sakaezuka, Kiyota-ku, along Route 36. I heard that "Fire Burg," which opened in December 2011, has reopened in the same location, so I decided to check it out. Upon arrival, I parked in the shared parking lot and entered the restaurant. I was seated at the counter and ordered the 150g Plain Fire Burg using a tablet. It took about 13-14 minutes for the burger to arrive, sizzling on a hot plate. I cut it into bite-sized pieces and poured the burger sauce over it, creating a sizzling sound. The burger was tender and easy to eat, with a savory Japanese-style sauce that paired well with the rice. The plate also came with potatoes, corn, and a small amount of onions. The 160g of rice was just the right amount for me, and refills were available. The miso soup with seaweed and tofu was decent. The hot plate kept the burger warm until the end, but I wished there were more onions underneath.

Yellow Tent has been renovated. They now offer a Thick-cut Gouda Cheese Burger (150g) for 870 yen, a Mini Salad for 50 yen, and an Iced Coffee for 150 yen. The interior looks the same as before, but now you order via a touch panel instead of paying in advance. The background music is upbeat and American. The menu is simple with options like a Beef 100% Lava Stone Grilled Hamburg, Zangi, or Curry. I chose the cheapest option, the Hamburg. The menu photos only show three items, so if you order two, it may look a bit disappointing. They provide paper aprons, and sauce and salt are included. I added the Mini Salad for 50 yen, which was a good deal. The salad consisted of cabbage with mayo and crispy toppings. The Thick-cut Gouda Cheese Burger looked delicious. Except for curry, you can have unlimited rice cooked in a pot. The rice is served in a regular bowl, so you might not realize it's all-you-can-eat. The Iced Coffee had a strong taste, I wonder why. Payment is cash only at the self-checkout. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I ended up going back to Fireburg after all. The menu is divided into four main categories: Hamburgers made with 100% beef, Lava stone-grilled hamburgers, Sapporo Zangi, and Curry, with a total of 22 different options with various toppings and sauces. The new feature is all-you-can-eat Hagi rice! Except for curry, miso soup is included with each dish. I ordered the "Fireburg (plain)" 150g for 670 yen. It felt a bit tougher than the burgers I had before, but it might just be because I haven't had it in years. The burger had a delicious flavor that I like! The corn side dish was sweet, and the potatoes were fluffy and tasty. The rice was glossy and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of sweetness and stickiness. By the way, they were looking for challengers to finish a 2.2kg burger in under 20 minutes. Thank you, Fireburg (Satetsuka branch)!

"I had the 'Minced Meat & Hamburg (150g) with Salad'. I used a 500 yen discount ticket, so it was my first time trying the minced meat. I love hamburg, but minced meat wasn't to my liking... too bad."

"I received the 'Plain (150g)' dish. It comes with rice and miso soup, but this time I will focus on the hamburger plate. It's delicious♫ Next time, I'll just have the hamburger (lol)"

The cost performance was better than expected, the taste was good, and the original sauce was delicious. The fact that you can get free refills of rice is also a great service. It was a satisfying lunch.

The hamburg steak is delicious. They were out of beef, but the mixed ground meat was also tasty. And the shiny rice cooked in a feather pot is a genius idea. Thank you for the meal!

Along Route 36 in Fireburg in June 2022, there seems to be a renewal of the Yellow Tent. This time, I tried the fried chicken for takeout. The fried chicken here is large and made of tender chicken thigh meat, which I like, but this time, while there were no tendons, there was a lot of fat. I would like to visit the restaurant next time and try their challenge menu!
