I was searching for lunch in the minor area of Akabane-Iwabuchi. It was lunchtime, so most places were crowded, but this shop in a back alley was open. I ordered the dry curry. It looked delicious, but to me, dry curry means rice that's yellow like saffron rice with minced meat and vegetables mixed in. The frozen dry curry from Taimeiken is exactly that. However, this one came with white rice and a non-soupy keema curry on the side. I was confused about whether to call it dry curry or keema curry, but it was tasty. The salad was also good. The soup, however, only filled about half the cup. I wish they would serve it filled to 80%—it wouldn't change the cost much, and serving less leaves a negative impression. I will have work in Akabane-Iwabuchi again, so I’d like to use this place for lunch. Thank you for the meal!

It's not "Ore no Sora," but "Asuno Sora." It's a really nice restaurant bar. The interior has a vibe inspired by the American South. Both the drinks and snacks are great. They also offer lunch. Fortunately, lunch time lasts until 5 PM. You can enjoy a leisurely drink at the counter or indulge in a delicious meal—there are many ways to use this place. It's also suitable for dates, of course, if you have someone to go with. Sigh.

I visited this restaurant for lunch with my baby in a stroller. The staff were very kind and even happily took away the trash from my baby's food. I appreciated their friendly interactions. There were also power outlets available, making it a great spot for remote workers! I think the lunch is a good deal✨️ The taste is consistently good! Since they have a bar time in the evening, I'm looking forward to visiting again at night!

The lunch set allows for alcoholic drinks, which is wonderful! I ordered the spinach pasta, soy sauce spaghetti, a mini salad, and soup, along with a highball for 1,000 yen. However, I didn't stop at just one highball; I was informed that from the second drink on, the prices would match bar prices… but at 290 yen (319 yen), I quickly ordered another! I also enjoyed some pickles. It would be great if the lunch menu were more diverse; if they put more effort into the main dishes, they could attract even more customers. It was a relaxing lunch hour.

I finally decided to visit a restaurant I had been curious about but hadn’t entered yet. I actually just finished filming for "Monday Night Stay Up Late" and was bare-faced, but since my eldest daughter is a fan of the show, I went ahead with the filming. Before heading home, we decided to grab a drink to celebrate her excitement. To my surprise, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the snacks were pretty good too. The pasta looked delicious, but I guess I’ll save that for next time. They also seem to offer lunch, so I’ll definitely come back! Oh, and the chairs were surprisingly comfortable despite their looks. I would have liked to drink more if I had the time, but I have an early morning tomorrow, so I settled the bill quickly. The carbonation in the角ハイボール (kaku highball) was a bit disappointing; I was hoping for strong carbonation, but it was kind of weak. I’ll keep my hopes up for improvement next time! (๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪

I happened to receive a flyer for a newly opened place. From what I remember, it was a Chinese snack restaurant, and then it turned into a Cuban sandwich shop, but before I knew it, it had transformed into this café & bar! I'm curious and have to check it out... For the opening promotion, if you bring the flyer within a month, you get 20% off your bill, so let's go!!
I first filled my stomach at another yakitori restaurant, and then visited <CASUAL CAFE & BAR Asunosora> as my second stop. Highballs start at 290 yen, which is quite affordable. The interior features a large TV, making it suitable for watching sports. Since this was my second stop, I enjoyed my drinks in moderation.
This is a rare bar in Akabane that offers a variety of board games. The staff recommended a board game, so I thought we’d give it a try! I’m almost a beginner at board games, and as a drinker, I struggled to grasp the game rules (^-^;), but the staff kindly explained the rules individually. Thanks to that, even with our heads a bit fuzzy from drinks, we had a great time.
Although the place just opened and they seem to be a bit hectic, they mentioned that starting in December, they will begin full lunch hours and expand their evening food menu. Additionally, they plan to provide charging outlets to make it usable as a co-working space. This café & bar has a promising future! ( =^・^= )

I used it as a coworking space! It had available outlets and Wi-Fi, and was quiet and comfortable. Since I tend to be conscious of my surroundings in busy cafes, I was able to focus well. It seems there is a monthly membership option, but even for a one-day use, there was a drink bar included! I really appreciated that there were no time limits.
