It feels like a high-end creative tempura skewer restaurant. The restaurant is located on the first floor of a building in Kita-Shinchi, and we sat at the counter. The only thing that bothered me was the musty smell of the old building, but other than that, it was a satisfying and convincing restaurant. The staff probably don't notice the smell as they smell it every day. The first dish, sushi tempura skewers, was surprising and delicious. Restaurants like this are likely conscious of the order in which they serve dishes. The most delicious dish was the Chateaubriand tempura skewer. Truffles, foie gras, and other items were also served, giving a sense of performance and visually appealing menu. I felt that this restaurant is constantly experimenting with delicious ingredients and ideas. If asked if I would go again, I would say no, but it's a good restaurant.

I was completely blown away from the first dish. "This is Chateaubriand," they said. What? Chateaubriand in a skewer? But it was delicious. The rest of the course was a dreamlike experience. The KENZO ESTATE wine complemented the dishes perfectly. Without a doubt, the best skewers I've ever had. I can't put it into words. Thank you for the meal. It was truly delicious. I sincerely hope to come back again. ^_^

The course costs 15,500 yen, which is considered high-end in the kushikatsu genre. It includes luxury ingredients such as Chateaubriand, sea urchin, caviar, foie gras, and truffles (though the truffle lacked aroma). The red snapper and Amakusa Daio were delicious. However, I felt that some dishes would be better suited in a different style than kushikatsu. Overall, I got the impression that it caters more towards accompanying guests due to its location.

Basement floor of a building in Kitashinchi. It's a shame that there is no elevator to go down to the basement floor. This was my first visit with my company members. When we entered the restaurant, the counter was clean and the service was polite and friendly. One of my colleagues had hurt his back that day, but they provided a cushion and took good care of him, which was also nice. The menu we had included the following dishes:
- Young ayu black wagyu chateaubriand
- Special seafood
- New potatoes
- Car shrimp
- Oyama chicken truffle
- Kombu with sea urchin and caviar
- Shiitake foie gras and zucchini
- Inaniwa udon
- Red pepper cream croquette with aosa
- Tokyo X round okra
- Hamo Nanban
- Shinjo of green soybeans
- Asparagus
- Red wine marinated black wagyu
- New burdock
- Thousand-year-old sea bream
- Water eggplant
- Surf clam
- Kawachi duck lotus root
- Isaki basil cheese rice
- Corn, bacon, and onion finely chopped and sautéed in butter with soy sauce
- Cutlet sandwich
The most delicious dish was probably the cutlet sandwich. The chateaubriand was also hard to resist. The dish with kombu, sea urchin, and caviar was also delicious. The menu tends to be a bit monotonous as it mainly consists of kushikatsu, but I think adding sushi-like dishes in between would improve the overall balance. On this day, we had 25 different kushikatsu items, and we managed to finish them all. Furthermore, when asked, "Which do you prefer, the cutlet sandwich or the corn rice?" our boss answered "both" and ended up eating both. When asked to choose one dessert from four options, our boss again answered "all" and finished all of them. I just stuck to one dessert, but I was already full. The staff also mentioned that we were the first customers to eat so much. They use high-quality ingredients. It was my first time trying the thousand-year-old sea bream. I would like to visit this restaurant again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

I met up with an acquaintance after a long time and was invited to join them for a meal. There were four of us dining in a private room with a table. It was my first time visiting the restaurant. We were seated at a calm table towards the back of the counter. They brought freshly fried dishes to us continuously, so we could enjoy them while they were still hot. The dishes were made with high-quality ingredients and there were also unique fried items that kept us interested and satisfied. For dessert, we had fried treats with chocolate inside! Despite being fried food, it was not heavy and we could enjoy it until the end.

I wanted to eat kushikatsu in Kitashinchi and splurged on a nice, elegant restaurant. I had the chef's special course, which was luxurious with extravagant ingredients. Some ingredients were like, "Are you going to fry this too?" The first dish was Chateaubriand with truffles, caviar, and sea urchin, all of which were delicious. The katsu sandwich was so good that I felt like I could eat 80 more. Even the dessert was fried. The salad was also delicious, especially the leaf that felt like it had water droplets on it (I was told the name but forgot). They keep serving until you say stop, so you'll leave with a full stomach! It's not cheap, so I'd like to go again for some kind of reward or celebration.

I visited this restaurant on a special day ☺️ The atmosphere inside was calm and I was able to relax. I visited in the spring, so the mountain vegetables were very delicious. The course had a good amount of food, and I couldn't just eat dessert, but I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

The title is a new tempura skewer restaurant that uses only high-quality ingredients. In the early hours, there are many female club workers accompanying them. In the late hours, there were more male customers. Of course, the taste, service, and atmosphere are all good, but there's something special about it. They use ingredients like foie gras and truffles that you don't necessarily need to eat with tempura skewers. If you like that kind of thing, you'll be very satisfied. The katsu sandwich at the end is still delicious.

In this unassuming underground restaurant in Osaka's entertainment district, we dined in a private room at the back of the counter. Crispy fresh vegetables were served, followed by clams and then Chateaubriand skewers – surprisingly delicious. Seasonal ingredients like butterbur sprouts and Japanese spikenard were paired with luxurious items such as foie gras, truffles, sea urchin, and caviar, creating a variety of unique skewers. The nodoguro fish and burdock root were also delicious, and for dessert, we enjoyed chocolate, ice cream, and shiratama skewers. From start to finish, the food was fresh and of high quality, truly living up to Osaka's reputation. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Kushikatsu Bon in Kitashinchi is the main restaurant. As expected, all the kushikatsu skewers are of high quality and very delicious. They use premium ingredients like sea urchin, caviar, prawns, truffles, and more generously. The fried ice cream skewer for dessert is also delicious.

We made a reservation and went with two people. I posted the photos in the order they came out. Actually, we had yakiniku before coming here, but surprisingly we didn't feel heavy and could eat until the end. Is it because of the oil? I thought it would be tough towards the end, but I was able to enjoy the tonkatsu sandwich as well. I was surprised that even the dessert was fried and laughed. What does it mean to have ice cream fried? I was happy and surprised to see items like sea urchin, truffle, and ham come out with the kushikatsu. My favorites were the shrimp, shiitake mushroom, sea urchin, truffle, prosciutto, and asparagus kushikatsu. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly, so I would like to come back here when I feel like eating kushikatsu again.

Cheers!!! Happy 60th birthday to my mom!!! We had an amazing course meal at Gankime with skewered katsu, snow crab, tiger pufferfish, caviar-topped Spanish mackerel, jumbo prawns, beef fillet, special seafood dishes, duck, and zucchini foie gras!! The zucchini foie gras was outstanding!! And we finished with a delicious katsu sandwich!!! The service was perfect too!!! It's a great place to celebrate a special occasion!!!

I had always wanted to visit Bon's. I decided to call on the day and luckily I was able to make a reservation for a late time slot, which got me really excited. It was the first time I was able to finish my meal without stopping halfway through. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

When I visited Osaka, I went to Kushi-katsu Bon in Kita-Shinchi. The restaurant is located underground, and the staff members have their own roles and make kushi-katsu efficiently. I was impressed by their dedication and the variety of ingredients used. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I had dinner at a luxury kushikatsu restaurant in Kitashinchi. I enjoyed some nice drinks, so the bill was decent, but it felt like a good deal for the satisfying course. From truffles, caviar, and foie gras to a katsu sandwich with chateaubriand, the seafood like shrimp was delicious, and even the vegetables were amazing. While kushikatsu at local affordable shops is satisfying enough, it's nice to have a night like this once in a while. It was interesting to be able to choose fried desserts. And above all, the female staff members were very friendly, always smiling, which was wonderful. I heard they have a shop in Ginza, Tokyo, so I'd like to visit there next time.

The president of Kushi-katsu Tanaka comes every month to get ideas from this shop. I saw it on Cambria Palace. Normally, I don't have the opportunity to come to Osaka for a day trip, so I finally visited when I stayed overnight this time ❤ First, starting with vegetables. I've never had such a sweet and ripe "houzuki" before. It's as sweet as fruit ❤ Next, winter melon. It's crunchy ❤ And the okra flowers. I heard that the top is the most delicious, so if I hadn't asked, I would have left the top behind... I added red snapper and nama-fu to the 15-piece course of kushi-age. The kushi-age here has a lot of ingenuity, and it's a low-sugar kushi-age that is less likely to gain weight even if you eat 15 pieces, and it's been featured on DanChu. It's nice to be able to eat kushi-age with peace of mind ♬ All the skewers were delicious, but the foie gras with grated daikon, uni, and caviar were enjoyable. The meal ended with the famous katsu sandwich and pistachio dessert. Thank you for the feast ❤

I had a meal meeting with three friends. We informed them of the ingredients we disliked and they prepared a course meal until we said stop. The private room was nice, but the only downside was the volume from the neighboring room where a girls' party seemed to be taking place. Other than that, everything was perfect! I plan to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

Headed to the famous restaurant Bon-san in Shinchi! The skewers here are specified as low-carb, so even if you eat 20 of them, it's only about the equivalent of one bowl of rice in carbohydrates. No wonder it's easy to eat lightly here! This is great news for the ladies (*´꒳`*)

It was my first time in a while at Bon's. As always, the taste was reliably delicious. I wonder what kind of effort they put into it, as the koromo had no greasiness at all and just kept going into my mouth. I was so into eating that I forgot to take pictures. I definitely want to visit again.
