Located in the northern part of the Osaka area, specifically in Izumi City, Takatsuki City, and Suita City (Esaka), this popular restaurant has three branches. They also have branches in Nishinakajima Minamigata and Namba, as well as in Kyoto. The menu features ramen made with a chicken-based broth processed using bonito flakes, known as "chicken broth ramen," which I personally love and frequent often. While I usually stick to the salt ramen, the restaurant also offers delicious yakimeshi and gyoza. My go-to order is the salt ramen, topped with chashu, chicken broth, kaiware, and green onions, with an additional flavored egg. The yakimeshi, in particular, is a standout dish for me. It can be ordered in a half-size portion, making it a perfect choice to pair with gyoza and rice. I used to visit the Izumi branch frequently, but lately, I've been going to the Nishinakajima branch more often. The first time I tried their ramen, I was impressed by the golden chicken broth soup. The hand-kneaded noodles, with a gentle curve, perfectly complement the flavorful broth. The fragrant and crispy yakimeshi, topped with egg, green onions, and diced chashu, is a must-try. On another occasion, I tried their soy sauce ramen made with dark and punchy soy sauce. It had a different but equally delicious taste. I also decided to try their spicy mixed noodles, which included chashu, block chashu, green onions, kaiware, and a generous serving of onsen tamago mixed with a spicy garlic sauce. Although I usually stick to ramen, the mixed noodles were also delicious due to the high-quality noodles. Expecting a strong flavor, I paired it with gyoza and rice, and the combination was perfect. Whenever I crave a reliable bowl of ramen or yakimeshi, I always visit "Ramen Uroko." With a variety of menu options, this popular ramen spot in Osaka never disappoints.
