We used the 3500 yen course for a group, and everyone was very satisfied with the amazing variety and quality of dishes. The selection of fish was plentiful and fresh, and the warasa was particularly delicious. The yakitori was very juicy and tasty as well. The dishes we received included: shellfish (an impressive quality for an appetizer), assorted sashimi (the warasa was amazing), butter-grilled scallops and shiitake mushrooms (the shiitake was firm and delicious), crab and blowfish with ponzu sauce, yakitori, tsukune, rice balls and pickles, and grilled hokke fish (each person was served one). There were more dishes, but there were so many that I can't remember them all... I would like to come back next time with a smaller group and enjoy a la carte! The staff were very friendly and even worried about our way back home, making it a lovely and welcoming restaurant. It's no wonder that reservations are essential and hard to come by. Thank you for the feast!

In March 2023, we visited the izakaya "Rishiri" in Higashikawa Town for a workplace gathering and farewell party for a colleague. It was a gathering to bid farewell to a colleague who was leaving, and also a celebration that the infectious disease situation was improving. Despite it being a weekday, the restaurant was fully packed with customers at the counter, tables, and raised seating areas. It was a popular spot indeed. Our group, which included a colleague who couldn't drink alcohol, was driven there by that colleague. The food, including sashimi and skewers, was delicious, with the marinated mackerel being a standout. The fried shiitake mushrooms with miso was a surprising combination. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. As a side note, I lost memory towards the end of the night and woke up near my home.

I often used this restaurant when I was working with my daughter for four months. Everything I ate was very delicious. I especially loved the salted rice balls and nuta. When you visit Higashikawa Town, please be sure to stop by. The owner and his mother are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. It's always crowded, so the food may take a while to come out. It might be a good idea to check the phone for the current situation before going.

Hello. I'm a traveling therapist, neeyan. On the second night of my stay in Higashikawa Town, I mustered up the courage to go to a izakaya by myself, and it was totally worth it! The food was delicious. The izakaya had a welcoming exterior, and the building was designed by the Northern Living Design Company. I was able to sit at the counter. I really wanted to try the Kitoushi wine made from Higashikawa rice, along with some oysters. The appetizer was squid. I also had mackerel and button shrimp. They told me I could order smaller portions, so I could try a variety of dishes. The salted potato fries were especially good. I wish I could have tried more dishes! It's been half a year since my daughter and her husband came to Asahikawa for her maternity leave. Our usual restaurant's sunken kotatsu seats were already reserved, so we had to find a place with chair seating for my daughter who was heavily pregnant. Since we were in Toyokawa, transportation was a bit of a challenge, but my wife volunteered to drive us to this place that I had always wanted to visit. The restaurant was surprisingly spacious inside. There were many regular customers, and it felt like this place had really made a mark in the Toyokawa area. The staff were very friendly, and the food was wonderful as expected. If this place were closer, I would definitely become a regular customer. Thank you for the delicious meal.
