Visited the nail salon and decided to enter this building for the first time since its renovation. It looks quite different from the Marsa era. Had to wait for one group before entering the restaurant, which seems to specialize in serving 100% buckwheat soba from Horokanai. I was a bit hungry, so I considered getting a mini rice bowl set, but I noticed they had a rare menu item called cold sakura shrimp tanuki, so I ordered that instead. It was served shortly after, and I was surprised to find that it wasn't sakura shrimp tempura on top, but rather a tanuki topping made with sakura shrimp tempura flakes (laughs). It also had a soft-boiled egg and bonito flakes on top. The sakura shrimp scent was very subtle, and I felt like the soft-boiled egg wasn't necessary. As for the soba noodles themselves, I'm not a soba expert, but they had a dry texture. They didn't have a strong soba aroma, but they were decently tasty. Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant was clean, and there were quite a few people enjoying their meal with alcohol. As a weekend lunch option, it left me slightly unsatisfied. I couldn't quite pinpoint what was missing, but it felt like something was lacking.

I wanted something refreshing because it's getting hot, so I visited this restaurant. They offer not only soba noodles but also a place for drinking parties, and the atmosphere was lively with it being Friday, but it was still easy to use even for one person. I ordered a set of soba noodles and tempura. Finally, I also had soba broth. The taste and cost performance were both average.

I found a restaurant that serves 100% buckwheat soba, so I had the daily lunch special which included fried burdock and plum and bonito flakes rice. The fried burdock was thinly sliced like chips and delicious. The complimentary soba tea was also tasty. I enjoyed the plum rice as well.

Near Daito, there is a soba restaurant called Lutrois that I have visited multiple times for both lunch and drinks in the evening. It's a nice place with a good atmosphere. On this day, I visited during lunchtime and chose the daily special, which was warm sakura shrimp and tempura soba. Looking around the restaurant, I noticed that I was the only male customer, as it seemed to be mostly women. The soba noodles had a texture that would appeal to anyone - not too soft or too hard. The broth was standard for Eastern Japan. The restaurant is quite spacious, so it's not usually too crowded, making it very convenient.

I came home at this time but no one was there... I feel like eating soba! So I decided to stop by alone! I headed to a soba restaurant... I flipped through the menu and chose the "Ladies Set" for 1,850 yen. Inside the restaurant, there were small groups having a drinking party and a few solo customers at the counter seats. The Ladies Set includes Natto Soba (half size), Ume Okaka Soba (half size), sashimi, salad, vegetable tempura, onsen tamago, drink, and dessert. Everything was quite delicious and satisfying. If only alcohol could be chosen for the drink in this menu, it would be perfect. I indulged in a quiet orange juice.Visited in April 2023

It was around 3:00 PM on the weekend, but the restaurant was full inside and there were 3 groups waiting outside. It's very popular. There were chairs to wait, but there were only 5 seats so we initially stood. We were seated shortly after. The staff seemed very busy. The soba was delicious with just the right temperature. There was a sake that my husband was interested in, so we would like to go back and take our time in the evening next time.

The second stop on my soba noodle crawl after a long time was at Soba Muru Le Trois. It was right in the middle of lunchtime and I noticed that there were many female customers at this restaurant. They seem to specialize in using 100% soba noodles from Hokkaido, so I was tempted to try their Mori Soba to fully enjoy the deliciousness. However, I couldn't resist the temptation of their dipping soba menu, especially the crab and shrimp broth soba. Today, I decided to order the crab broth dipping soba. The idea of dipping noodles in crab broth already sounded delicious. It was my first time trying this, so I was very excited. The dish arrived in about 5 minutes, and as soon as it was placed in front of me, the aroma of the crab broth was incredible. The slightly thicker soba noodles didn't have a strong aroma, but they had a good texture and were delicious. The soba noodles, coated in the rich crab broth with pieces of crab meat, were incredibly tasty. It was so good that I even thought about adding ramen noodles to the broth. Maybe I should have ordered a larger portion. Overall, I enjoyed both of the soba restaurants I visited today!

There are many counter seats and tables surrounding it, as well as private rooms. The bright, woody interior with jazzy music makes it a relaxing atmosphere. The pork bowl and cold soba set cost less than 1000 yen, which is really cheap! The taste is not bad, but there was too little soba soup, so I couldn't make soba-yu. They also have snacks and yakitori, making it a good place for drinking. They offer a variety of courses, making it versatile and convenient. I'll definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I was able to sit down quickly, but it took quite some time to place an order as it seemed like they were short-staffed. The staff were working really hard and seemed to be struggling. The cold soba noodles are served with chili oil, which you can add according to your preference. The crunchy texture of the green onions and the spiciness made it delicious. The soba noodles are made from 100% buckwheat flour, but they were smooth and delicious!

Located on the 7th floor of the commercial facility Le Trois near Sapporo TV Tower, this restaurant targets young women. As a soba lover, I couldn't resist trying the Horaikan and Jyuwari soba! I made my way through young girls and couples from the basement to the restaurant on the 7th floor with a great view. I hesitated between the lunch set with mixed rice and the Kashiwa Seiro, but since it was my first time at a soba restaurant, I chose the Seiro. The soba had a good texture, not too firm for Jyuwari soba, and was easy to slurp down smoothly. The soba was delicious, but it felt a bit watery, like the water wasn't drained properly. The dipping sauce was rich with a strong dashi flavor. The chicken thigh in the sauce was tender and flavorful, very tasty. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't serve soba-yu. If they had served soba-yu, I would have given it four stars.

I went to a soba restaurant in Hokkaido. I ordered the Tempura Shrimp Soba, Winter Flavor Tempura Soba Set, and Fried Squid Legs. The soba noodles had a surprising firm texture and were very delicious.

My wife and I happened to have the opportunity to have dinner outside, so we decided to eat at the restaurant called "Soba-gun Le Trois". As the name suggests, it is located on the 7th floor of Le Trois. You sit down to order and pay at the counter near the entrance. This time, I ordered the "Mini Chicken Tempura Rice Bowl and Soba Set (990 yen)". The chicken tempura rice bowl was a bit small, so it was a bit unsatisfying in size. The soba was just normal soba. At the end, they usually serve soba soup, but the staff seemed busy chatting with a probably regular customer at the next table, so it took more than 10 minutes after finishing the meal for the soba soup to be brought to me. I realized they had forgotten about it, so I decided to leave without drinking it. It was a typical chain restaurant-style soba shop.

I went to a beauty salon I used to visit during my student days, and then had a late lunch. I chose this place because they serve lunch until late, and they had a unique crab and shrimp broth dipping soba. I tried the crab broth dipping soba and it was delicious with a rich aroma and full of umami. The soup paired well with the soba and it was very tasty. My aunt ordered the shrimp one, but the soba was a bit clumped together, maybe it wasn't separated well when boiled? That was the only thing that bothered me a little. The menu is extensive and it seems like a good place for dinner too.

Sansai soba, tax included 820 yen. Made from 100% soba from Hokkaido. It has a firm texture with a chewy and sweet taste that comes out as you continue chewing. People often order the "shime soba set" to enjoy with beer. The satisfaction after finishing the meal is also great. Since the taste is so satisfying, I would consider this place as an option when looking for a light meal in the area.

I visited a little before evening. There were quite a few single item menu options, so I thought I'd have a light drink (laughs). In front of me was draft beer for 510 yen, and if you order 2 items from the meal or single item menu, it's only 330 yen! This is great~ I ordered a draft beer and grilled octopus (580 yen), as well as 3 large shrimp dumplings (380 yen). Of course, I also added the beer and skewer assortment (790 yen). The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and it was a good solo drinking experience (^^) I'm curious about the soba as well, so I would like to visit again.

I went to eat the weekend-only lunch menu! I had cold soba noodles with nori rolls and tempura. It was hot, so I chose the cold soba noodles. The service was fast and very good! The tempura was crispy and the shrimp was big and juicy. However, the soba broth was... thin... I added wasabi and nori to enhance the flavor. Despite that, I really liked the soba noodles, so it was a bit disappointing. If I have the chance to go again, I might try the warm soba noodles...

Let's go back home. But I feel like eating something. Wasn't there a new restaurant at Le Trois? I went up and remembered this place. It's been a while since I stopped by here. Let's give it a try! The place is nice and it's easy for a woman to enter. The atmosphere is bright. Let's go for the set. It's a soba set. It comes with a drink, soba chips, edamame, a daily side dish, and soba. Also, some fried chicken. How nice! Let's start with a beer. The soba chips go well with beer. I enjoy a relaxing solo drink with edamame. The side dish is light and nice. The fried chicken is a good addition. I felt like having another dish, so I added fried burdock. It was thinly sliced burdock. The soba as the finale was just enough, so even light eaters can enjoy it. The total bill was around 1,600 yen. So grateful! I feel like coming back again without waiting too long.

This is a soba restaurant located inside Daimichi's Lutrois. It is easy to access and the interior is clean and user-friendly. They offer a variety of set menus, which is great. This time, I tried the seasonal hydrangea set meal. It includes half portion of spicy green onion soba, mini chirashi with shirasu and anago, sashimi, and tempura. I enjoyed the different flavors and the portion was satisfying. They have many delicious seasonal and regular menu items, so I would love to visit this restaurant again.

Soba restaurant located on the 7th floor of the Le Trois commercial building in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. Visited on Saturday, May 14th around 2 pm. Ordered the soba and mini tendon set for 990 yen. The soba can be served either cold or with broth. The soba, advertised as 100% buckwheat, didn't quite taste like it. It had a good texture and was tasty, but the tendon looked disappointing with only 1 shrimp, 1 lotus root, and 1 shiso leaf. It would have been better with a few more ingredients like seaweed or mushrooms. The restaurant seemed busy with shoppers and a group of four women, but the service was slow and they didn't even offer soba water. Pressing the call button didn't get much of a response. Not a great experience.

Soba restaurant on the 7th floor of Le Trois. The soba is average. In addition to lunch sets with a small bowl, there are also donburi sets for under 1,000 yen, making it a good cost performance for a soba restaurant in a commercial facility. The interior of the restaurant is clean, and infection prevention measures such as acrylic boards are in place. Comments on customer service can be found on Google, but the service is just average. There are counter seats and table seats, so it's a place where you can dine alone or enjoy a leisurely lunch. Credit cards and electronic money are accepted. Some payment methods like PayPay and d Payment are not accepted. Non-smoking. There is a smoking area on the 8th floor of the same building.
