I noticed that this place opened up recently, probably within the last year. There was a kind Thai staff member with a wonderful smile. I was looking forward to trying the Yum Woon Sen, but unfortunately, it was unavailable at the moment. I opted for the Kaprao Rice and Pad Thai as my main dishes, along with a Chang beer. Everything was delicious. I've loved Thailand since I was a child and still visit, so I was very satisfied with this lunch after a long time without Thai food.

This is an essential Thai restaurant for those who want tom yum noodles without wheat. Both the taste and the smiles of the staff are wonderful. Once again, for anyone looking to enjoy tom yum noodles without wheat, this place is a must-visit. The flavors and the staff's friendliness are truly delightful.

Green Curry ¥1,250 - Ordering via smartphone is convenient, but it's a bit disappointing that I have to wait for the QR code to be delivered to the table before I can place my order. It seems that the menu has been somewhat streamlined as well. Given the current times, I suppose price increases are inevitable...

The authentic Thai cuisine made me feel as if I were in Thailand, with the sounds of the local language echoing in the kitchen. I ordered Tom Yum Goong and Green Curry, both perfectly spiced with just the right amount of cilantro, making my appetite grow even more. I also added Pad Thai, which was the best I've ever had. They kindly offered to pack up what was left for me to take home. The friendly service created a very comfortable atmosphere, and I definitely want to come back to this restaurant.

Although this restaurant has only been open for about a year, it has become a favorite of mine since I work nearby and have eaten here around ten times. The picture shows a satisfying lunch of Gapao rice (I ordered chicken and beef). Gapao is a menu item that has become quite common in Japan, but what sets this restaurant apart is that instead of minced meat, it uses chunks similar to steak, making it more filling. The flavor is great, the aroma is pleasing, and the seasoning is just right, making it a dish that goes well with rice. The beef gapao rice costs 1,320 yen (including tax) and the chicken gapao rice costs 1,100 yen (including tax), both served with soup and salad. I'll be sure to visit again for dinner next time. Thank you for the meal! ^_^

I've eaten Thai food at various places in Toyo-cho, but this is the best in Tokyo! The dishes are delicious and reasonably priced, truly representing what Thai cuisine is all about! The staff are friendly, making it a warm and welcoming place. You must order the pork gapao! Of course, everything you order will be delicious! I believe this is a hidden gem, and I'm cheering for the day it becomes well-known!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was a bit off, but the Thai food was delicious. The service was provided by a very friendly woman with a big smile. I wouldn’t recommend the omelette for a second visit, but the stir-fried morning glory was tasty. I was told that they only have green curry, so I didn’t order it, and there were many items that weren’t on the menu, which was a bit strange. The building is made of plastic, so it seems like it will be hot in the summer and probably cold in the winter. It was a unique place.

Today, I visited a new Thai restaurant nearby! I wanted to have Khao Man Gai and entered just before 1 PM. The chicken rice was fragrant and truly had a Thai flair. I prefer it to be a bit drier, but it was delicious. The chicken was accompanied by a ginger-infused sauce, which was excellent╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ The salad was generously portioned, and the dressing was just right (o^^o). In many Asian restaurants, especially Indian ones, they tend to use a good amount of dressing on their salads, which I appreciate. The soup was tasty, made with chicken thigh and rich chicken broth—I could easily have seconds. The Khao Man Gai was priced at ¥1,100, and it’s a great restaurant. Definitely a “hit” (^ -^) The restaurant is run exclusively by Thai people, and the atmosphere is nice. It seems to be a popular place since people were stopping by for takeout. Next time, I might try the green curry. Thank you for the meal! m(_ _)m

I unexpectedly found Thai food behind the building I visited for training. Even though I had Thai food the day before, I couldn't resist having it again. I definitely had to try the Pad Kra Pao and I also wanted to have some Som Tam. The Som Tam here was quite thick, making it satisfying to eat. Both dishes were delicious, and I was very satisfied.

I ordered Massaman curry and Tom Yum ramen. The Massaman curry has big chunks of meat, which makes it satisfying, and the taste is delicious. However, the pieces of meat are a bit too large, so I would appreciate it if they could be cut smaller. The Tom Yum ramen is packed with ingredients, but it lacks some punch. While it's nice that it's not too spicy, at the same time, it misses the depth of flavors typical of Thai cuisine, which is a bit disappointing. I believe this restaurant is generally a place for authentic Thai food, so I look forward to future visits!

While walking in a quiet residential area, I unexpectedly came across a sparkling and charming restaurant. I chose the beef gapao, as I hadn't seen that option before—usually, it's chicken or pork. The beef had a strong, delicious umami flavor, and it was really tasty! The pad thai had a nice sweetness, which I personally really liked. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I definitely want to visit again!

I went to the restaurant on the second half of Golden Week. Today was the eve of Children's Day, and it seemed there was an event for kids. The main area was on the second floor, which required climbing stairs, so it might be difficult for people with mobility issues. I ordered green curry (beef), tom yum ramen, and seafood fried rice. Everything was delicious, and the green curry tasted better than at some authentic restaurants. It was nice to have the option of choosing between beef and chicken, something I hadn’t seen before. They also kindly offered us some gai tod (Thai fried chicken) as a complimentary dish. The staff were friendly, and I had a great day overall.

I visited the Thai restaurant, HEY! BROTHER POM, in Toyocho and tried the Larb Nuea this time. "Nue" refers to beef, as I had previously learned from "Nuea Yang." So, what is "Larb"? I looked it up and found out it’s a type of meat salad. Besides beef, they also had pork and chicken, but when I asked the staff for a recommendation, they suggested the beef, so I went with that. It seems like it's a stir-fry made with finely chopped beef, green chilies, herbs, and various vegetables. The seasoning appeared to be fish sauce. I requested the spiciness to be adjusted for Japanese tastes, and it was just right! The balance of spiciness and sourness was perfect and suited to Japanese palates. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

Recently, I read an article online about half-chan ramen fading away, so I decided to have lunch at Akashiya, a famous half-chan ramen place in Toyocho! However, when I arrived, I was shocked to see a huge line. There were about ten people waiting outside! I wondered if everyone read that article too, ha! So I thought I’d check out the place next door, HEY! BROTHER POM, and even though the first floor counter was full, I was quickly seated since some customers were leaving. I noticed that the Massaman curry, which had previously been unavailable, was now being offered starting yesterday, so I ordered that. It seemed to only come with beef (braised beef tendon). Wow, there was a huge chunk of beef tendon and a whole potato just plopped in there! There was also a large piece of radish in the broth. Is this standard in Thailand? Now, let’s dig in. Hmm? It’s sweet. There’s a refreshing herbal aftertaste. The sweetness seems to come from nuts. There’s almost no spiciness at all. It seems like even someone who only enjoys mild curry could handle this. However, while it’s tasty, I wish it had a bit more spice. Thank you for the meal!

A new gem has emerged among the many lunch spots in Toyocho! After a meeting, my colleagues and I decided to have lunch at the stylishly designed Brother Pom. The Thai basil stir-fry and curry were rich and delicious, with flavor and depth winning over the spiciness. So, for those who enjoy spicy food but aren't very good with heat, this place is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our tasty lunch! Thank you for the meal, and next time, we're looking forward to having drinks in the evening! ^_^

It's super delicious. You definitely have to go. All the staff are kind, and I always feel happy whenever I visit. And the food! It's surprising to find such delicious Thai cuisine in Japan. Seriously, everything is tasty. If you're unsure about a flavor, just ask, and they will explain it in great detail.

Today, I visited HEY! BROTHER POM, a Thai restaurant located between Toyocho Station and Koto City Hall, for the second time. My experience with Thai food is still limited, but this time I wanted to try something I hadn't before, so I ordered the Nuay Yang. "Nua" means beef and "Yang" means grilled. It's essentially a beef steak. The lean meat was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, incredibly tender and delicious! The dipping sauce, based on fish sauce with a hint of spiciness, was also great! The portion of rice (Thai rice) was quite generous, but the richness of the sauce made it easy to enjoy, and I finished it all. Thank you for the meal!

Winter has arrived in southern Thailand. Today, it was warm during the day, but the strong winds made the container house restaurant feel colder than in Chiang Mai. However, the hot Thai dishes warmed both my body and soul. Soon it will be the best season! We had dishes like Som Tam, Yum Woon Sen, and Gai Yang, all of which were delicious. Oh, and Mekong soda was also well-received by my daughter.

Lunch in Toyocho for work!! I was in the mood for something ethnic that day, so I looked up options in Toyocho and found this place that seemed to have a great atmosphere, so I decided to check it out! It's about a 4.5-minute walk from the station, which is great for when I want to pop in quickly!! ★ Pad Thai ¥1320 (comes with salad and soup) Whenever I come for ethnic food, I tend to gravitate towards my favorite, Pad Thai!! As soon as I ordered, the salad and soup were served, so the wait felt short, and before I knew it, my Pad Thai arrived‼️✨ It was really delicious ( ^ω^ ). The shrimp were pretty large and had a nice bounce to them, which was fantastic◎ The portion was quite generous, and despite arriving super hungry, I ended up feeling completely stuffed–・:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+ I highly recommend trying the various condiments on the table to change up the flavors while eating! The restaurant seems to recommend the Gapao rice, which you can choose between beef, pork, or chicken! I definitely want to visit again if I'm in the area! Thank you for the meal (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))♡

I visited HEY! BROTHER POM, located midway between the station and the ward office in Toyocho, three times. This time, I ordered the Gapao rice. You can choose between beef and pork, but I went with the usual chicken. It seems to be seasoned with fish sauce? The ground chicken had a strong soy sauce-like flavor that paired perfectly with the rice! (゚д゚) Delicious!! The soup had diced radish in it, which was a nice touch. The salad was also good with a dressing that suited my taste. Thank you for the meal!
