Located near the intersection of Hirokoji Street, this restaurant offers unique hamburgers made with Tokachi ingredients, particularly using nagaimo (Chinese yam) and okara (soy pulp) to make them gluten-free. The hamburgers are soft, juicy, and so delicious that you can keep eating them like "drinkable hamburgers." The eccentric owner adds to the experience with enjoyable conversations. Whether dining alone or in a group, this place welcomes all for various occasions such as parties, second rounds, and wedding receptions. Contact them for reservations! 📞

Curry shabu-shabu & hamburger! Hamburger & curry shabu-shabu! The hamburger is fluffy and soft, made mainly with pork, suitable for all ages and genders. It has been receiving great reviews and is trending, so I highly recommend it to everyone! The restaurant's specialty curry shabu-shabu is also amazing! It offers a unique deliciousness that you won't find elsewhere! The order goes like this: vegetables > meat > vegetables > meat > meat > porridge! Located in Hirokoji, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant is spacious, so it can accommodate large groups as well!

November 25, 2021. Today, I can do my part by supporting at least a restaurant while being careful. Let's all give it our best shot! I visited a dining bar in the city for lunch for the first time today at "Easy Diner7026". They offer takeout as well. The location is in the heart of Obihiro, on Hirokoji Street. The exterior has a stylish wooden design on the second floor. Inside, it is clean with currently 3 tables for 4 people and 4 tables for 6 people on the first floor, and there is a second floor as well. I arrived at 11:30 am. Since I had curry yesterday, I ordered the Loco Moco bowl for 770 yen (tax included). In about 8 minutes, the master's carefully crafted hamburger, made with a unique blend of pork, beef, and chicken, arrived. It was juicy and tender, and the homemade onion sauce was sweet and delicious. The friendly and handsome master even served me coffee as a bonus. I told him it was delicious, and he was very pleased. "Delicious" and "thank you" are magical words. When it came time to pay, I was offered a free coffee, so I said I didn't need change, but he insisted on giving it to me (laughs). The tissue box in the restroom with a Moai statue's nose is funny. Next time, I will come back in the evening to relax. Thank you for the meal. Easy Diner7026 Takeout available Business hours: 11:30-14:00 (Last order 13:30), 17:30-21:00 (Last order 20:30) Regular holiday: Irregular

This is a restaurant run by my classmates. I don't want to exaggerate too much, so I'll keep it brief. We had a girls' night out here every month, and this time it was for the birthday of a 20-year-old. We booked a special course, but there were people who couldn't eat meat and others who didn't like seafood. We requested a birthday plate without meat, which meant changing the main dish. Even though they were our classmates, we made a lot of demands, I'm sorry. Despite the detailed arrangements, they prepared it for us. The 20-year-old birthday girl cried when the birthday plate arrived. We were happy with the setup, but we also thought the manager who made the plate, which he had never made before, must have been happy with the tears. This restaurant caters to various parties, including banquets and wedding receptions. On the way home, we bought the manager's original "onion sauce." It can be used as a dressing for steaks and other dishes, so I recommend trying it at least once.

The northern land, "Hokkaido". A straight road on the vast horizon. Many people may have such an image. You can experience that in the Tokachi region. The central city of Tokachi, "Obihiro City". There are delicious local foods (local gourmet) here. Every few years, I visit and satisfy my only "desire", "appetite". Recently, it has also gained attention as the setting for "Silver Spoon". Walking through the arcade on the main street "Hirokoji", I was immediately drawn to the big black sign with the words "Curry Udon". Peeking inside, the stylish dining cafe-like interior made me hesitate for a moment (because it doesn't suit an old man, haha). Intrigued, I decided to visit. Upon opening the door and entering, there is a cash register on the left, two large glass tables for six people in front, and three tables for four people on the right. There are also counter seats and a kitchen in the back right. They offer "Rue Curry", "Soup Curry", and even "Cold Curry". I tried the "Beef Tendon Curry Udon" ★★★★. The noodles are thin and flat, with rounded corners and rectangular shape. The soup is not very spicy but gradually makes you sweat on the top of your head. The ingredients include finely chopped vegetables such as onions, carrots, broccoli, eggplant, bell peppers, and more. The beef tendons are small but very tender. Even after finishing the noodles, there is plenty of soup and ingredients left, so I added rice to make it like a risotto and finished it. I'm full. Thank you for the meal.

"CARRY'S CAFE" seems to be a curry-focused restaurant with a variety of menu items such as soup curry, roux curry, and spaghetti curry. I didn't know there was a place that serves soup curry here. Among the menu items, I was particularly interested in the chilled curry (chilled cutlet curry caught my eye) and curry udon (beef tendon soup curry over stone-grilled udon). This time, I wanted to try the soup curry, so I ordered the seared pork soup curry in large spicy with a small rice. The large seared pork had a strong presence, and the small cut vegetables were a unique type. The soup seemed to be a soy sauce-flavored Japanese-style soup based on onions. It had a punch with a strong garlic flavor. It was quite delicious, but the amount of soup was a bit small. It might have been better to get a large portion of soup. The thick seared pork had a crispy brown color and was very filling. By the way, the chicken and shrimp come with a tomato-based soup, apparently. If I come back, I would like to try the chilled cutlet curry. Thank you for the meal.

June 2012. Unfortunately, I had to work on a holiday, so my colleagues and I decided to visit this restaurant for lunch. One of my colleagues ordered the recommended dish, "Cold Katsu Curry," while I opted for the "Spaghetti Katsu Curry." The Cold Katsu Curry was served with spicy cold soup over chilled rice, topped with hot katsu. It was surprisingly delicious and perfect for the hot summer weather. My Spaghetti Katsu Curry lacked spiciness, so I recommend adding chili oil or opting for a spicier version. We also had a chance to draw a prize from the curry, and luckily, my colleague found a bay leaf in his curry, winning a prize. In March 2012, I visited "CURRY'S CAFE Easy Diner" after a failed attempt to have lunch elsewhere. I ended up choosing the Vegetable Soup Curry set, which was light and filled with finely chopped vegetables. The salad and drink that came with the set were also delicious. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and look forward to revisiting the restaurant in the future.

This restaurant has a variety of menu options, so I will summarize my reviews for three visits. When I first visited the restaurant, there weren't as many menu options. 1. Shrimp Vegetable (Tomato-based soup) for 1050 yen, but I got the half size for 590 yen with an extra 50 yen for spiciness. It's perfect for light eaters like me! The vegetables are cut into easy-to-eat pieces and there are plenty of them. Especially the zucchini and mushrooms add a nice texture. Even though it's spicy, it's quite hot! The soup is more on the spicy side, like a spiced soup. 2. Luca Curry Set (Chicken cutlet + half portion of rice) + salad + drink for 780 yen. The curry has a rich flavor and the crispy cutlet adds volume. However, I found the curry a bit too sweet for my taste. I heard you can order it spicy, so I'll try that next time. The salad with corn and the iced coffee I chose made the set a good value. For men, the regular portion might not be enough, so adding extra rice for an additional fee might be a good idea. 3. Cold Cutlet Curry for 860 yen. I visited for lunch on a hot day and tried the cold cutlet curry. It arrived in about 6 minutes. The rice is like cold ochazuke, easy to eat and refreshing. On top of that, there are crunchy vegetables like lettuce and watercress, followed by cold curry with chicken, carrots, onions, and a warm cutlet. The cold curry was labeled as "spicy," but I could have used a bit more heat. The curry has a strong spice aroma in the restaurant, but it's not too spicy, so even those who are not fans of spices should be fine. The cutlet is generous but light, and with pepper, I finished it all. The curry with pork cutlet provides vitamin B1 and a moderate amount of vegetables, making it a curry that goes down easily even when you have no appetite in the heat. The restaurant is almost within walking distance in the city, but a few days before (even though I was sober), I fell at home and hit my knee (^^;). Walking was a bit difficult that day, so I slyly visited by car and received a free 1-hour parking voucher from Marukichi Parking. Many regional cities seem to be getting quieter, but the owner of this restaurant on Hirokoji Street is always coming up with innovative menus and events, so it's a place I want to support. In Obihiro, there is a Gulliver-like curry specialty Indian restaurant, and national chains have withdrawn from the area. In such a situation, I hope this restaurant will continue to thrive for a long time! One of the events is the Lucky Bay Leaf, where if you find a bay leaf in your curry, you can draw a lottery. My lunch companion (I could tell as soon as the dish arrived because I had ordered it light) found the bay leaf in her curry. She drew a lottery and won the B prize, a set of 4 cold curries (priced at 1890 yen on the Rakuten market). I also got a lucky share and felt lucky. When I looked at the recipe, it said to rinse the rice quickly to remove the stickiness and drain it well. (From the menu) Revolutionary new curry! The unexplored deliciousness will surprise you! I enjoyed the curry. Thank you for the meal~

This is my second visit. I saw this cold curry featured in a magazine and was very interested, so I decided to go. The restaurant is located inside Hirokoji and has a cafe-like atmosphere (next to Ramen Misuzu). I'm not sure if there is parking available. Inside, there are counter seats and table seats. They offer both curry roux and soup, as well as other items like cold curry and pasta. There were various types of cold curry, but I ordered the cold katsu curry shown in the photo. The katsu was hot, and the rice was cold like a porridge, which was a strange combination but very delicious. I think the curry is a bit spicy, so it might be tough for those who are not good with spicy food. The soup curry I had last time was also delicious, so if you like curry, give it a try!

When writing a review, my considerations are: 1) whether the food and cooking are on point, 2) if the restaurant is clean, 3) if the service is good (no need to be overly friendly), 4) the level of expertise of the chef, 5) the curry is completely original compared to authentic dishes. It seems like a curry enthusiast opened the restaurant, but without professional training in cooking. The atmosphere is nice, but the food is lacking and the prices are high. It feels like the owner is trying their best, so I have hope for improvement in the future.

The menu and variety of dishes at the restaurant are good, but the most important aspects like taste and basic things that a food establishment should excel in were lacking. It felt like the owner's ideas were not effectively communicated by the waitstaff in terms of service attitude, product explanations, and product knowledge. I visited during the daytime, but there wasn't much consideration from the restaurant in terms of seating arrangements with neighboring tables. It seems like the owner is trying hard, but the creativity in the curry was poor and the rice was lukewarm and dry, making the overall cost performance unsatisfactory.

Curry cafe on Hirokoji street. At lunchtime, there is a wide range of customers from young people to salarymen. I ordered the limited-time cold curry cutlet. The rice feels like it has been rinsed once with water, it goes down smoothly. The hot cutlet with cold curry is a strange sensation. The curry is quite spicy. As I eat, my mouth starts to tingle. The cutlet is slightly spicy too. It's soft and delicious on its own. The portion may feel a bit large for women. However, the salaryman next to me ordered a large portion, so maybe it's not enough for men. I'm full now. They also have noodles (udon) with cold curry. I think noodles might go better with it.

This is a casual creative cuisine restaurant located on the north side of Hirokoji Street. The name "Easy Diner" probably suggests that they want customers to feel relaxed when dining here, and indeed, the bright and unpretentious atmosphere of the restaurant with 5 counter seats and 7 tables makes it very welcoming for both lunch and dinner. I participated in the curry udon stamp rally organized by Tokachiho Dream Net during the winter, and it's worth noting that this restaurant won the popularity vote two times in a row. This achievement is not easy, considering that all 10 participating restaurants are of a high level. The lunch menu includes a Lunch Curry Set (with salad and soup) for 500 yen, which is very reasonable. The monthly pasta selection (with salad, gelato, and coffee) for 800 yen is also of high quality. The curry toppings range from 50 yen to 200 yen, with options like vegetable croquette for 50 yen and pork cutlet for 200 yen, all at a reasonable price. They also offer a Bukkake Curry Udon Set (with salad) for 500 yen, which is a delicious addition influenced by the stamp rally. While the evening menu is also reasonably priced, it is more suitable for a casual visit with colleagues after work. The food quality is not lacking, but the restaurant's ambiance naturally lends itself to a more relaxed setting.

This is a cafe located on Hirokoji in Obihiro City. The interior is not very spacious, but there are surprisingly many table seats. It seems suitable for small groups as well as larger groups. The menu is extensive, with options such as pizza, pasta, and one-coin lunch. However, as the name of the restaurant includes "curry," I decided to order the Omurice Curry from the limited lunch menu on a specific day. After waiting for about ten minutes, a large plate of Omurice Curry arrived. It looked very filling. I tried to taste the curry with a spoon, but... huh? It's not spicy. It's not just mildly spicy, it lacks any spiciness. The curry, which resembled Keema curry with minced meat that seemed to be pork, was rich in flavor from the minced meat and the sweetness of vegetables like onions. It had a rich and creamy texture. However, it was still not spicy. The egg was fluffy and complemented the mild curry perfectly. With a salad included and this amount of food, the price was 900 yen, which felt like a good deal. But, the lack of spiciness in the curry makes it hard to evaluate. It's a bit... no, quite disappointing, in my opinion.

It was a dining bar at night. It is slightly away from the bustling area, next to Ramen Misuzu on Hirokoji Street. The exterior and interior of the restaurant are both urban and stylish, making it a great spot for a date. The name of the restaurant suggests that curry is the main dish, but at night, there are also pasta, pizza, desserts, and creative dishes on the menu, which was surprisingly extensive. The spare ribs, in particular, are juicy and delicious, highly recommended. They go well with beer. There is also a selection of alcoholic beverages including cocktails, plum wine, and shochu. Personally, I found the sweet potato shochu here easy to drink, and ended up having too much and getting drunk.

"Easy Diner 7026" I was alone in Obihiro and decided to have ramen for lunch. Even though I knew the address, I wasn't sure where exactly it was located. When I arrived, it was a restaurant in an arcade street without parking. I parked in a coin parking lot and decided to take my time exploring. The arcade street was bustling with activity, and unexpectedly, I found a cafe that seemed more like a night spot. I asked the friendly staff if they could make me a "7026 Burger Original" for 750 yen, and they happily obliged. The burger had a thick patty and was delicious. The bread, however, didn't quite match up to the patty. The staff explained that they use a mix of meats to make the patty juicy and flavorful. Overall, I enjoyed the burger, even though I'm not a burger expert. The review is quite detailed, but it's clear that the writer is praising the restaurant.

In 2015, the restaurant was managed by former FMWING personality Yuuto Nakamura. As a heavy listener of the radio show "Yugatta Sunday" hosted by Nakamura, I had always wanted to visit the restaurant, but it was only open at night, making it difficult to go. However, today was during the Obihiro Plains Festival, so I assumed they might have a special lunch service or a food stall set up. My assumption was correct, and I found Nakamura at the stall. I introduced myself as "Super Shooter," my radio nickname, and Nakamura remembered me. I knew I had to visit the restaurant someday.
