The only sake brewery in Sapporo, run by Chitosetsuru, offers a variety of sake options, but Chitosetsuru is the best choice. The freshly bottled sake was the highlight. We enjoyed it with sashimi and unique appetizers.

I was brought here by an acquaintance living in Hokkaido. As it is a sake brewery's own store, there was a wide variety of sake available. We opted for all-you-can-drink, and still got to enjoy some excellent sake. The food and snacks to go with the sake were also plentiful, making it a very satisfying drinking experience. Thank you for the meal.

I was taken to this restaurant by a friend who lives in Sapporo. We had the 5,000 yen all-you-can-drink course. It included five dishes such as appetizers and sake hot pot. The best part was that we could drink unlimited sake from the Chitose Tsuru brewery. I didn't drink beer and ended up having around 8 glasses of local sake. I made sure to drink water in between to avoid getting too drunk. The food was also great and paired well with the sake. I left feeling very satisfied and decided that I would definitely go back to Sapporo again.

Recently gaining popularity is the izakaya owned by Chitose Tsuru-san. The recommended option is the premium all-you-can-drink with an increased variety of sake available. The name of the restaurant, Yoshitaka, comes from the daiginjo brand of Chitose Tsuru, which is not included in the all-you-can-drink option and must be ordered separately. From the start, Ukon is served in a cup, making it an izakaya that focuses on alcohol.

Gathering at the Chitosetsuru Yoshisho, a brewery-owned restaurant ~☆ June 30, 2023. Reunited with old comrades after a long time. They say Hokkaido doesn't have a rainy season, but it was quite humid today (^_^; So, started with beer before sake~☆ Hokkaido truly has many delicious things, like this scallop butter. By the way, all the sake was delicious. Almost conquered the Chitosetsuru series! The sushi was also really good. We used to go for ramen after this in the past, but I'm so full now (^_^;) Thank you for the feast. m(__)m

I finished my errands at the Grand Hotel around 9:30 PM and suggested we grab a quick bite to eat. We headed to North Plaza Building on the basement floor where Chitoshi's Sapporo Tsuru Yoshisho is located. I had tried to come here the other day in the evening, but they were fully booked. The tempura made with Hokkaido corn was deliciously sweet. I enjoyed the ramen salad, which made me feel like I was truly in Hokkaido. I wonder why ramen salad isn't available in other areas, as it makes me crave it. I also tried the asparagus and buttered potatoes to fully enjoy Hokkaido's classics. Finally, I ended the meal with soba. Thank you for the feast!

The daily lunch menu offers a choice between meat and fish. Since I usually have a high meat intake during lunch outings, I decided to balance it out by choosing fish this time. The fish of the day was mackerel. It didn't have any standout features, but it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

As a female toji (master sake brewer), I made a reservation at one of the Chitose Tsuru shops. This was my first time in Sapporo and I didn't know my way around, but the location was easy to find with a raised private room for meeting. I, a sake enthusiast, felt a bit out of place among the regular salarymen gathering after work in this lively izakaya-like atmosphere. The sake was delicious! Thank you for the meal♪

Today, I had a gathering with young colleagues at work. We used a private room, which was a bit small for four people, but comfortable with sunken kotatsu seating. The place is directly managed by the brewery, so they have a wide selection of sake, including limited edition ones. There are plenty of dishes that go well with sake, so you won't have trouble finding something to eat. And everything is delicious! I will definitely visit again!

I visited this restaurant during my trip to Sapporo. It was great that I could choose between a table seat or a sunken kotatsu seat when making a reservation through Tabelog. As it is a shop directly managed by a sake brewery, there were plenty of dishes that go well with alcohol. The photos only show sliced herring and ramen salad (half size), but we also enjoyed other Hokkaido specialties such as grilled Atka mackerel from Rausu, grilled Shiretoko chicken, and liver. It was a delightful experience to taste various Hokkaido dishes that are perfect for travelers.

I felt that the amount of sashimi could be a bit more for the price, but the variety of alcohol was great! It's not really a cheap place to eat, so maybe don't set your expectations too high. They have a good selection of drinks other than sake, so even if you don't like sake, you should be fine!

Today we had lunch together. We arrived just before 12 o'clock and luckily got a table. Now, what to eat? I had the seafood bara chirashi, which I also had last time. My companion had the daily meat set meal, which today was fried chicken. Both came with a salad and side dishes. They were both visually appealing and very filling. The daily set meal even had the option of brown rice. We enjoyed our meal slowly and even had coffee afterwards. While I usually eat alone, it's nice to eat with someone once in a while. Thank you for the meal.

I had a course with all-you-can-drink for 5000 yen. The restaurant is run by a famous sake maker known for their Chitosetsuru brand. I forgot to take a photo, but there was hot pot and dessert included, making it a good deal. They only serve their own sake, so it's not a place where you can try various types from all over Japan. The seating has a private room feel, making it suitable for entertaining guests. Thank you for the meal.

Located between Sapporo Station and Odori Station, directly connected to the underground shopping area, next to the Granbell Hotel, is a izakaya specializing in Sapporo local sake Chitosetsuru. The taste seems to be gradually changing every year, and I look forward to it as it is part of the Chitosetsuru series. I started with a beer, choosing Ichiban Shibori from the available Super Dry and Ichiban Shibori draft. Then I ordered grated radish with salmon roe and daikon, which pairs perfectly with sake. The texture is just right and it's delicious. Highly recommended. For sashimi, I chose octopus and amberjack. Both were delicious, but the amberjack was particularly good that day. The President Grilled Shiitake, made with large shiitake mushrooms, had a satisfying texture. The unique flavor of the shiitake was actually quite good. I also selected smoked scallops and edamame, both with great flavor. The homemade sweet potato tempura was quite tasty, although it didn't have any distinctive features. The heart skewers were delicious, although the saltiness was a bit strong. There is a wide selection of Chitosetsuru sake available, making it fun to compare and enjoy. In the past, many people said that Sapporo sake was not that great, but I believe that has changed now. Sapporo sake has been getting better and better in recent years, so I think it's worth a try, especially for those visiting from outside the region.

I received it at the counter. There are many types of sake available. The selection of Yoichi wines is also quite impressive. The menu is a bit on the expensive side, but the food and drinks are delicious, so it's worth it. I recommend the assorted sashimi, the freshness of the ingredients is excellent. Another recommendation is the fried potatoes, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

I can't drink Chitose Tsuru during the day, but I decided to try their lunch! Today's special iron pot set meal was beef and egg bowl. It came with multigrain rice, miso soup, and salad for 900 yen. The amount of meat was decent, and the lunch place was clean and had a nice atmosphere.

I feel like having some Japanese food. I am wandering around the food floor and spot a bara chirashi! Without hesitation, I enter the store. I am guided to a counter seat. I really love bara chirashi. The lunch bara chirashi comes with salad and side dishes, making it quite luxurious. The bara chirashi is colorful with flying fish roe, cucumber, and egg. If you come for a late lunch, you also get a complimentary drink. The other menu items are also quite enticing.

I had a drinking party with my husband's friends in Sapporo. It had been decades since my husband and his friends last met. The restaurant was reserved by our friends and it was directly managed by the brewery. At the entrance, there were many sake bottles lined up. We were served turmeric tea as a starter. To start off the drinking, we were served frozen sake. It was unusual but I couldn't drink it so I gave it to my husband. In this season, when you think of Hokkaido, you think of asparagus, so we ordered boiled asparagus. In front of the asparagus, there were sliced herring. And a sashimi assortment was served. As a sashimi lover, I was delighted! The scallops and button shrimp were delicious. And a large Okhotsk Atka mackerel was served. Mackerel is always delicious and this one was big too. We also had sashimi of surf clam and needlefish. I haven't had surf clam much before. For the men who were really getting into drinking, there were snacks - edamame and salted fish roe. Edamame is also in season. It was a drinking party where we enjoyed a variety of delicious fish. While my husband and his friends were catching up on the decades they missed, I was satisfied with the delicious sashimi.

I get nervous when entering a place with an impressive exterior, but once inside, the energetic greeting of "Welcome!" feels nice. I visited during lunchtime around 1:30 PM, so some items were already sold out. It seems to be a popular place. "Kissho," a sake brewery-owned izakaya with private rooms in Sapporo, had a rating of 3.42 as of June 22, 2022. I sat down and looked at the menu. I ordered the weekly special iron pot lunch for 900 yen, today's curry for 750 yen, and two cups of hot coffee for 100 yen each, but somehow it came out to 0 yen. Maybe I had a coupon or something? I forgot... The curry was served in a cool dish and was delicious. Thank you for the meal! I'll definitely visit Kissho again!

It was mid-April, still with a bit of caution. This place is well-prepared for infection prevention, with the option to install transparent acrylic boards, making it easy to use. It had been a while since I had a gathering with colleagues, and I had no idea whose promotion, transfer, or celebration we were even celebrating, but what mattered most was deepening our relationships. And then there was the delicious food here. The dried sandfish and seared salmon belly were perfect for sake. As expected from an izakaya provided by a sake brewery, they know what they're doing. The oden had a flavorful light taste, and the chicken skin with ponzu sauce is a must-order. I hope this situation continues, but I definitely want to revisit for another party! Thank you for the meal! (^o^)
