Visited a restaurant on a Wednesday evening in Yoichi's bustling downtown area, known for its delicious food. Started with asparagus as a complimentary dish, followed by a luxurious sashimi platter featuring sea urchin, mantis shrimp, large turban shells, and sweet shrimp from Yoichi's sea. The zangi (fried chicken) was generously portioned and flavorful. The highlight of the meal was the seared mackerel sushi, which was large and incredibly satisfying to eat, possibly serving 3-4 people. For drinks, we started with draft beer and then tried Sapporo's wasabi shochu "Tsunto" which everyone was enjoying in bottles. Even in a city known for Nikka-Asahi beer, Sapporo's presence was strong. Overall, it was a night of high satisfaction and fullness.
