One weekend, I had lunch nearby and stumbled upon a soft serve ice cream truck located on the premises of a used car dealership in Higashi-Kari 9-jo, Higashi-ku. There seemed to be parking available in front of the shop. The cute food truck was serving customers, and there were a few table seats around where you could sit and enjoy your ice cream. On this day, I decided to try the "Celeb Series (550 yen)" ice cream from the ticket machine, not particularly attached to it, but thinking it would look good in photos. I chose the "Strawberry with Bits" flavor, with a pig face instead of a rabbit face. After a while, it was ready. It looked like this. So, I took a bite... The size was average for an ice cream, with marshmallow ears and nose, chocolate eyes, and a pink strawberry milk flavor for the face. Underneath, there was a milky vanilla flavor, and the waffle cone was decorated with colorful spray. I had always wanted to try this, so I was glad I did. Maybe next time I'll try the soft serve ice cream. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the most popular item, "Celeb Bear Pistachio (550 yen)", which is an ice cream shaped like a bear, and my wife got the regular "Double Gelato (500 yen)". There were outdoor terrace seats near the shop, but we opted to dine inside the office of the used car dealership this time. The Celeb Bear comes in a waffle cone with soft serve inside and gelato on top, creating an adorable appearance. Despite feeling a bit guilty, we dug right in. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the ice cream is visually appealing and perfect for those looking to post on social media.

It had a light texture and hidden soft serve ice cream underneath. Another companion ordered soft serve ice cream, and I tried a bit of it. It was fluffy and had a strong milk flavor with a hint of vanilla. Overall, the shop not only focused on presentation but also delivered on taste. It was a delightful experience.

The shop was set up right next to a company that sells new and used cars, real estate, and other things. It seems like this company is running it. The menu offers two types of ice cream: a standard one with different flavors and a slightly more expensive premium one. You can choose to have the ice cream in a cup or topped with a cute bear called "Celeb Bear." This time, I went for the premium Celeb Bear with pistachio flavor. The Celeb Bear Premium (Pistachio) has a cute bear on top of a cone with pistachio ice cream as the base. The pistachio ice cream is rich and delicious, with a strong pistachio flavor and aroma. It's one of the best pistachio ice creams I've had recently. Under the ice cream, there is also soft serve ice cream, which is a nice addition. The soft serve has a creamy texture and a rich milky flavor, not too sweet with a refreshing sweetness. The cone is a waffle cone, adding a nice crunchy texture that complements the soft and creamy ice cream. It's a cute and delicious ice cream, and the fact that you get to enjoy both ice cream and soft serve in one makes it a good value for money. I've been curious about this place for a while after seeing it on Instagram! If you aim for Nishimatsuya, you'll easily find it, so it's very convenient. You can also eat in (the chairs are so comfy and nice). The premium pistachio flavor is amazing! Look at this cute bear!!! It's so cute it's overwhelming! But it's not just cute, this pistachio flavor is really rich! The almonds on top go perfectly with it. The chocolate and almond coating also has a nice texture! The soft serve in the cone is quite light and has a lot of moisture, with a less milky taste. It felt a bit thin, maybe because the pistachio flavor was so rich. I should have just stuck with the gelato without being greedy. I'm curious about the other gelato flavors now! I'm glad I was able to visit this time! Thank you, wu-ta-san!!!

On April 10, 2022, I visited a used car dealership near Yanlai Bridge along National Route 275, where they have set up a food truck for sales. They have a nice atmosphere with tables and chair sets on the premises, as well as a counter and table sets in the customer service booth inside the used car sales office. There is also an eat-in space available. I tried their vanilla gelato for 300 yen, with some flavors priced at 350 yen. I couldn't believe how delicious the vanilla flavor was after not having it for a while. The ice cream here is really tasty, rich, and creamy. However, the bear topping for an extra 100 yen was a bit unnecessary as it was hard when cold. Oh, and the soft serve is 350 yen for a cone. :)
