Today is the first day of my two-day weekend~♪ Summer seems to be taking its time to arrive in Sapporo, doesn't it~? The weather forecast did mention that this summer will be scorching hot?? We don't even use a fan at home! So for lunch, I had a salt ramen set~♪ Lately, there's a commercial playing on the car radio at FM 80.4 for "Miyoshino~ Miyoshino~♪" It's quite an unimpressive commercial~! It's also on TV~♪ My wife said, "Isn't this commercial a bit dark?" I replied, "It's the soul food of Sapporo folks." She's from Niigata, so she just said, "Hmm." So, I decided to go to "Miyoshino" alone (laughs). The Miyoshino locations near my home, Higashikanrai or Kanjokosei, are about the same distance away? The ramen menu is available only at the Kanjokosei location, but it's only available from 11 a.m.~♪ Everyone, please take note. Upon arrival, it was a bit difficult to find parking? There was only one car parked in front of the store~♪ Upon entering, this store has a pay-after system, so I looked at the menu and oh~ I'm curious about the Hotzuki Curry! I'll try it next time. I ordered the salt ramen set for 930 yen including tax~♪ It might be a bit pricey for Miyoshino! Visuals: Salt ramen with thin slices of chashu, 2 pieces, lots of menma, and chopped green onions. The ramen comes with shrimp-flavored oil! What's this?~♪ The gyoza comes with 6 pieces, and there's a bit of new pickles, just a little bit! After eating: The ramen soup has more depth than last time~♪ The noodles seem to be improved, no instant noodle feel, which is good! The gyoza, though, has a little less filling!! Was it always like this?~(laughs) Adding the shrimp-flavored oil for a different taste? It might be cool~♪ PS: The customer after me ordered, "Hotzuki with salt ramen!" I checked the menu twice~? The Hotzuki menu only has curry!! But ordering the Hotzuki curry with a side of salt ramen is possible! I recommend it to everyone~♪ Keep it up, "Miyoshino"! The soba shop may not be great, but~?
