There is a wide variety of cakes available, and I don't think the prices are high. I don't remember any cakes being over 500 yen. During events, they also have cute decorated cakes that kids would love. They also sell madeleines, cookies, macarons, and more in the store. They don't have a point card system.

After a long time, I bought cakes from "Kashi Kobo Tsuboan" for the first time in a while. I haven't posted on Tabelog, so it must have been over 10 years since my last visit. I bought a cheesecake for 432 yen and my wife got a Sachertorte for 453 yen. Cakes are quite expensive these days, so anything under 500 yen feels like a good deal. We'll enjoy them as snacks at home. The cheesecake has a baked cheesecake outer layer with a creamy cheese center, maybe mascarpone? It has a hint of banana fragrance. It's really delicious! As for my wife's Sachertorte, she couldn't resist and had a bite before I could take a photo, so I don't have a solo picture of it. I tried a bit, and it's quite a rich chocolate cake. Thanks for the tasty treat once again! We'll definitely visit again soon!

I went to buy souvenirs of take-out sweets at the confectionery studio "Tsuboan" during the hot season, but I was captivated by the menu of shaved ice, and then, grape?? It seemed unusual so I decided to buy it☆ 《Shaved Ice》 The grape shaved ice had a rather crunchy texture. It's not the trendy fluffy type, but more like solid ice! It came in a cup filled to the brim. Be careful when eating it because it might overflow, or rather, it did overflow. The grape flavor... well, if you're told it's grape, you'll think, "Oh, it's grape?" based on the color. Well... that's shaved ice syrup for you. It's quite voluminous, so it's a great treat to cool off with on a hot day by eating it crunchily! (*´∀`)♪

On my day off, I felt like having something sweet, so I stopped by the confectionery shop "Kashi Kobo Tsuboan". The parking lot is right in front of the store. I bought the "Flavorful Moomoo Pudding" (250 yen), "Tiramisu" (380 yen), and "Strawberry Field" (430 yen). The pudding lives up to its name - it's full of flavor and delicious! The tiramisu is also excellent, just like tiramisu should be! And for strawberry lovers like me, the Strawberry Field was a satisfying treat. I left feeling completely satisfied and happy.

I visited the shop around 1 pm on a certain Saturday. The shop is located on a main street as a street shop. Perhaps due to the time of day, there was only one family as customers, creating a calm atmosphere. Although there is a space for eating in, it was empty during my visit. The cafe has a too calm atmosphere, especially the counter seat by the window, which may not make customers feel comfortable. In addition to cakes and macarons, there are also many baked goods available. I was not asked about the presence of ice packs, and there were none inside. - Cream Puff - 162 yen The choux pastry was moist and not dry. The custard cream was moderately sweet and melted nicely in the mouth. I wonder if there is rum or some other liquor in the custard cream? I personally feel that liquor has a strong impact and can overpower the overall flavor and atmosphere of sweets, which was also the case with this cream puff, making me feel a bit disappointed despite other good aspects. - Mont Blanc - 453.6 yen The staff mentioned that the name "Mont Blanc" refers to the shape and not necessarily the use of chestnuts. Therefore, they also have a Mont Blanc made with chocolate. When I tasted the chestnut cream on top, I thought, "More liquor?" The shop owner seems to really like liquor... For me, too much liquor in a row is tough... I prefer an approach that highlights the flavor of chestnuts. I wish they would indicate if liquor is used in the description. - Strawberry Field - 453.6 yen Finally, after three items, I was freed from the curse of liquor (laughs). I was soothed by the sweet and sour flavor of the strawberries. The whipped cream was not too sweet and had a good richness. The strawberry's acidity matched well. There seemed to be a hint of custard cream in the center? The red sponge stood out. I couldn't really taste the strawberry flavor, maybe it's colored? The quality of the sponge was average. It would have been even better if some of the sponge at the bottom turned into mousse. Despite buying three items, one of them being a cream puff, I was surprised that the total bill exceeded a thousand yen. I really wish the Consumer Affairs Agency would issue a recommendation to "display prices including tax as a general rule." Excluding tax is clearly insincere. Considering that there were no particular extraordinary efforts in terms of taste or appearance (although the design is elaborate), I can't help but wonder about this pricing. (Maybe also due to resentment towards liquor? lol) Well then, thank you for the meal today as well.

I had some sweet treats haha. I only eat sweet things about once a year, but I love rare cheesecake so I enjoyed it. The black sesame cream puff was just the right amount of sweetness and delicious, and the green tea was mature with a matcha flavor. But my favorite was the rich and creamy pudding, it had a refreshing taste that would go well even while drinking alcohol haha. Thanks for the meal haha, both were great.

The prices have gone up, but it's a relatively affordable Western-style confectionery shop. They don't accept PayPay.

Due to bad weather, my plan to embark on a journey to find my ideal soft serve ice cream finally started! It was a weekday afternoon in mid-July. I had some errands nearby and decided to visit this ice cream shop that I had been curious about. Surprisingly, there was no one there. Maybe the hype had died down since it was featured on the TV show "Takatoshi Land" about a month ago, or maybe it was just a coincidence. Anyway, I ordered a soft serve ice cream and while waiting, I noticed some delicious-looking cakes in the showcase and some baked goods on the right side of the entrance. I spotted a bag of 5 macarons for 300 yen, which was a great deal compared to the usual price of 130 yen per piece. I didn't mind that they were slightly irregular in size or cracked, as they were for home consumption. I decided to buy them as well and headed to the seating area. I sat at the counter seat by the window and started enjoying the soft serve ice cream. - Soft Serve Ice Cream: 320 yen (tax included) At first glance, it didn't seem like a generous portion, but it felt quite heavy when I held it. The taste was somehow familiar, like something I had eaten in my childhood. It was a bit sweet, but as I continued eating, it surprisingly became just right. It paired perfectly with the waffle cone. Although it was slightly different from my ideal soft serve ice cream, it was smooth and delicious. - Macarons made with Hokkaido rice flour: 5 pieces for 300 yen (usually 130 yen per piece) I took these home to enjoy later. There was one mango-flavored macaron and four chocolate ones. The mango flavor was sweet and fruity, just as expected. The chocolate flavor was less sweet and more to my liking. The seating area had counter seats for individuals, and I felt a bit uncomfortable being watched from outside. However, there were handbag hooks available, and there were also table seats for four people. Since there were many cake options available, it might be a nice place to stop by for some sweet treats. I remember enjoying an apple pie souvenir I received about three years ago, so I definitely want to try their cakes next time. Thank you for the meal!

I had been curious about this restaurant since it was featured on Takatoshi Land. I ordered a cake set in the coffee space. For 700 yen, I got a cold towel, water, soft serve ice cream with fruit, and a drink. The service was very polite. The cake had a simple flavor, but the soft serve ice cream was delicious.

On a certain weekday, after bookmarking for a long time, I finally had the opportunity to visit this cake shop in Kita-ku, Sapporo, run by the owner who is originally from Asahikawa. There is also an eat-in space available. The parking lot can accommodate a few cars in front of the shop. The shop is spacious for a cake shop, with a showcase displaying elaborate cakes, traditional ones, and dry sweets. There is a small eat-in space with a counter for six seats and one table. The background music playing is stylish Western music. From the menu on this day, I couldn't decide what to order, but eventually settled on the "Cream Puff (single 250 yen)" and couldn't resist getting the "Apple Pie (single 260 yen)" and "Hot Coffee (single 400 yen)" with fruits and ice cream on the side, so one of them was treated as the "Cake Set (700 yen)." Even though I couldn't decide on a cake, the owner, who was waiting with a smile, kindly took my order. Let's take a bite... Mmm, the cream puff has a nice balance. The fluffy cream piled high on the light and crispy choux pastry has a subtle sweetness and a milk flavor, making it delicious. There is also a creamy custard at the bottom, which was unexpectedly excellent. Next, the apple pie also tastes great. The shiny pie crust with a beautiful color has a buttery texture and a slightly firm bite, while the apples inside are not only sweet but also have a rich syrupy taste, making it a recommended dish for those who like intense flavors in their apple pie. Additionally, the set includes vanilla ice cream, tangy blueberries, grapefruit, oranges, kiwi, and strawberries on top of the delicious cream and powdered sugar. Finally, I enjoyed a cup of hotel-quality coffee before finishing. Most customers seem to take their orders to go, but the limited seating area provides a relaxing space, and the complimentary homemade wet towel service was a nice touch. I enjoyed the consistently delicious cakes. Thank you for the meal.

You can make a cake set with a 380 yen cake for 700 yen, or a 420 yen cake for 720 yen. The set includes a drink, vanilla ice cream, cream, and fruit topping. I always enjoy it with hot coffee. The chocolate cakes are quite sweet, but all of them are very delicious!

Anan-an paste ♪ I really love it ♪ Florentine ♪ Florentine apple pie Croquant and other pastries do not contain paste, but I felt that this Florentine was exceptionally delicious. The flavor of almonds and butter perfectly matched my taste and I loved it. I personally like the slightly firm texture as well. The apple pie did not have the same impact as the ones I tried at Honda or Nakaya, but it was elegantly presented in a cake style, perfect for a stylish tea time. I recommend it as a good companion for Croquant coffee! It was a crispy, crunchy, and sweet delicious baked good. I also want to try cakes that use whipped cream. There is also an eat-in option in the store, so I would like to try that as well. After having pork bowl for dinner, I was craving something sweet! I drove around and found this store with lights on - it looked like they were about to close! However, they kindly waited for me and I bought a snack with caramel and nuts on top. The texture was moist and not too sweet, very tasty! Even though the snacks were not very big, they were filling. It was a satisfying sweet treat after dinner! I think their main focus is cakes, so I'll try that next time!

After finishing work and on the way home, I mentioned to my senior colleague that I haven't had cake in a while and I would like to have some. We remembered that there was a cake shop nearby and decided to check it out. Although I had passed by the shop before, I had never visited it. I parked my car in the parking lot in front of the shop and entered. The shop was bright and clean, with a few families buying cakes. As I looked into the display case, I saw a variety of delicious-looking cakes, including a long, thin shortcake that was about 50cm in length (although I didn't buy it this time). I purchased several cakes and headed home. The first cake I bought was a red heart-shaped cake called "Rishele," topped with macarons, strawberries, and chocolate. Inside, there was strawberry mousse and jelly, surrounded by white chocolate mousse. The sweetness of the white chocolate overpowered the tartness of the strawberries, making it tasty but slightly lacking in flavor. Next, I bought a Sachertorte, which consisted of layers of milk chocolate and chocolate sponge. The sponge was moist, and the milk chocolate was sweet, making it a cake that children would enjoy. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more bitterness. Lastly, I bought a matcha opera cake, which had layers of matcha, chocolate, and regular sponge. The matcha flavor was weak, with almost no bitterness, and the chocolate flavor was stronger. While this cake may appeal to many people, I found it lacking in matcha flavor when I was craving it. Overall, the cakes focused more on sweetness rather than bitterness or tartness, and they seemed a bit overpriced at nearly 400 yen each. They didn't quite match up to higher-end cakes in terms of value for money.

Indulge in the rich and delicious Triple Cheese Parfait at this highly recommended cafe. This parfait consists of layers of rare cheesecake, souffle cake, caramel-flavored sauce, mascarpone, cheese pudding, and yogurt-flavored cream. Each layer offers a different taste experience, from rich and creamy to light and refreshing. Despite its richness, this parfait is surprisingly light and doesn't leave you feeling heavy. The cafe also offers a Cake Set which includes a choice of soft serve ice cream or hand-cut fruits on a plate with cream, all for a reasonable price. The coffee here is also worth a try, with a pure and clean taste. Overall, this cafe is a great place to enjoy delicious desserts without the discomfort of feeling too full. I will definitely be coming back regularly to try more of their treats.

Today at work, we had a mini birthday party. My boss bought a really long roll cake with red bean paste, and we all enjoyed cutting and eating it. It was my first time trying a roll cake with red bean paste, and it was delicious! The sponge was fluffy and moist. I had the white roll cake, which had strawberry mousse inside, adding a nice touch of strawberry acidity. I wish I could have tried the chocolate one too. I didn't ask about the price, but I might buy it next time. I wonder if two people can finish it together?

This is a shop located along Shin-Kinze Street, near number 4. It has been renovated this year, and now has an eat-in area. Even though I have to work on holidays, I bought a treat for myself and my junior colleague. We got the "Moo Moo Pudding" for 250 yen. It has chocolate on top, which is a nice touch. The pudding itself is yellow, rich in egg yolk, with a mild sweetness and a smooth, creamy custard. The caramel at the bottom is also not too sweet. Although it looked small at first, it was surprisingly heavy and satisfying. The container is white plastic, and I'm thinking of reusing it for something. Maybe I'll use it for a small potted plant?
