The elegant kaiseki meal ended with oden, which was delightful. The appetizer set high expectations, and the squid sashimi was perfectly aged. The 8-course meal, including the soup, was meticulously prepared and delicious. The oden that followed was also tasty, so I ended up ordering more. You can also order a la carte, but it's best to go after 8 PM.

Located right in the heart of Kitashinchi, this place offers delicious and reasonably priced Japanese cuisine. I joined after making a reservation, so I had no prior research, but was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was! When I went to the restroom, I saw the Michelin Man... I mean, usually restaurants with Michelin stars are more upscale, right? The thick-cut hairtail that came out during the course was amazingly delicious. The calm interior is recommended for business meetings or adult dates! If you liked this post, please like and follow. And if you find any posts interesting, please save them.

I was taken to a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant by my senior from college. We had a course meal and each dish was fantastic. The sushi with sardine and the swordfish sprinkled with karasumi were particularly impressive. I forgot to take a photo, but the curry udon at the end was also excellent. They have a great selection of sake, which paired perfectly with the dishes. The quality of the food in Kita-Shinchi at this price point is unbelievable. It may be difficult to make a reservation, but I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

Today, I visited the upscale restaurant KASANE for a New Year's party. A gourmet colleague recommended it and made a reservation for our party. The restaurant is located on the basement floor, a bit secluded with weak cell phone signal. We opted for the course menu, starting with fugu shirako, followed by sashimi, tempura, and delicious oden. I was so engrossed in eating that I forgot to take photos of the oden. Each ingredient in the oden had a unique broth, showcasing the restaurant's dedication to quality. I discovered that oden, which I thought was a simple dish, can be quite complex and delicious when done right. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

From the moment you enter the shop, the aroma of dashi is so enticing and really stimulates your appetite! In addition to oden, the menu is also rich in variety (*^^*). I wanted to try the swordfish, but unfortunately they didn't have it at the end of the year ( т т ). The oden is delicious beyond imagination, as they change the dashi for each item so you don't get tired of it. I highly recommend trying the soft-boiled egg and tomato!

Kasane-san is a great place to go when you're in a pinch. Everything you eat there is delicious. Recently, it's become harder to get a reservation because even famous foodies are starting to go there. Their oden and beef dishes are especially amazing. And to finish off the meal, I tried their curry udon for the first time - and it was delicious as expected.

On this day, we had dinner at Kasane in Osaka Kita-Shinchi, which is also featured in the Michelin Bib Gourmand. I had heard about it from my gourmet friends, and I found that there are no real disappointments here. The oden, which is delicious no matter what you order, is made with different broths so you won't get tired of it. Some dishes may take time depending on the reservation status, so it's best to order what you want to eat first. Reservations are relatively easy to make, and you can not only order an omakase course but also choose your favorite dishes a la carte, which is great. Next time, I would like to try the dashimaki that I couldn't have this time. Thank you for the feast.

In the area of Kitashinchi, my favorite Japanese restaurant is here. The oden is delicious, and the nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) is also naturally delicious. Even the curry udon at the end is delicious. The prices are not particularly cheap, but I think it's worth paying for the quality. The hidden feeling of being underground also adds to the charm, and I often visit this place.

Recently, it seems to be getting increasingly difficult to make a reservation at Kasane-san, which has been gaining popularity. You can always count on their stable and delicious dishes. The asparagus was fresh and full of flavor, comparable to high-end restaurants. This time, I tried their curry udon for the first time, and it was delicious. The anglerfish tempura was also very tasty. And of course, their oden is the best.

A friend recommended a restaurant to me during my business trip to Osaka, and I visited it. The sashimi was very fresh and tasted great with just salt. The fatty sardines and tender swordtip squid were delicious. The salt dashi oden had a gentle flavor that made me want to drink up all the broth. The dashimaki tamago was also delicious with plenty of dashi. We ordered a sashimi platter, dashimaki tamago, oden with daikon, soft-boiled egg, konjac, burdock tempura, octopus from Akashi, chicken meatballs, pork and watercress, and eel with onion. We finished with a delicious plum tea pickled vegetable dish. Thank you for the feast!

I was recommended by a friend to visit a place in Kitashinchi where I could enjoy some late-night dining alone with dishes and Japanese sake. It seems like they also serve oden in winter. This time, I ordered a sashimi platter, tempura of corn, and other dishes that go well with sake. I decided to try some sake from Tohoku. The sashimi, including rockfish and white clam, was delicious. Pairing them with sake elevated the satisfaction. I look forward to trying their oden in winter someday.

This place is really delicious. Daikon radish, egg, burdock root, tofu, shrimp fritters, and sardine balls. Of course, the oden is great too. The white fish tempura was exquisite. The salt was perfect. The grated daikon radish in the tempura dipping sauce was a great match. It was wonderful.

After a long time, I was able to enter as there were empty seats. It may have been almost a year since my last visit. Tamago (egg) and daikon (radish) are classic choices for oden. It was excellent. Goboten (fried tofu). The flavor was a bit weak. Saezuri (stuffed tofu pouch). It was quite delicious. This restaurant is recommended not only for oden but also for other dishes.

The other day, I was invited by a business acquaintance to this Bib Gourmand-listed restaurant... The dishes that were brought to us were so beautifully presented that I couldn't help but take a ton of photos even though it was a work event. The "omakase course" allowed us to experience autumn all at once, with each dish being intricately prepared and incredibly delicious. Next time, I would love to visit for a casual meal of oden. Each dish was explained to us, but I drank too much and forgot the details (-_-;) I'm sorry.

It's not your typical casual oden shop, more like a traditional Japanese restaurant. They serve a clear salt-based oden broth that is delicious. I highly recommend the tomato oden, which enhances the sweetness of the tomatoes with salt. They also offer sashimi and tempura, which are also tasty. The atmosphere is great, with a counter seating option that is perfect for a date. It seems like a popular spot for groups as well.

I have visited this restaurant on Fridays at 7 pm multiple times, and I am always impressed by the delicious sashimi and oden. (Everything else is also very tasty) This time, I tried the 6000 yen course, and all the dishes had a gentle flavor that made me feel warm inside. The seafood dishes had no fishy smell and were all delicious. The menu seems to change a little each time I visit, so I would like to come back seasonally. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

On December 12th at 9pm, I made a last-minute reservation by phone and was impressed by the amazing service. I arrived 5 minutes later and was shown to a private room. The service was exceptional. I ordered Kawahagi sashimi, homemade karasumi, octopus with fruit tomato, and oden. We started with a toast with draft beer and highball. The oden, especially the salt oden, was incredibly delicious. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I recommend this place for casual dining with friends rather than for business entertainment. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

In a quiet building on the B1F of Kitashinchi, there is a hidden gem of a small restaurant (*´ω`*) I have visited this place multiple times for business meetings and meals with friends (*´ω`*) At Kasane-san, you can enjoy Japanese cuisine that highlights the ingredients and a wide selection of drinks, but the best part is definitely the delicious "oden" (*´ω`*) The broth varies depending on the ingredients, so you won't get tired of trying different kinds (*´ω`*) My personal favorites are the "ao-negi" (green onion), "tomato," and "ebi-shinjo" oden (*´ω`*) Especially the "ao-negi" oden is a must-try, with a slightly tangy broth seasoned with ponzu that leaves a refreshing taste in your mouth (*´ω`*) The curry udon for dessert is also incredibly tasty, so be sure to try it out (*´ω`*) Overall, this is a highly recommended restaurant where everything you eat is delicious (*´ω`*)

Oden tour in Osaka. Despite the forecast, cold rain poured down as I searched for an oden shop in the underground shopping area of Umeda. The first shop I tried was fully booked even though it was 20 minutes before opening, so I continued my search and found a high-class oden restaurant. Although I could only stay for about 40 minutes for a quick meal, I wanted to enjoy the best selection of dishes. I ordered daikon radish, konjac, hanpen fish cake, and boiled egg for my first order. The refined dashi broth used in the Kanto-style oden in this Osaka restaurant in Kitashinchi is made with Setouchi seaweed salt, bringing out the full flavor of the ingredients. For my second order, I tried the "iwashi tsukune," which was immersed in a generous amount of broth with green onions, resembling a delicate soup-like dish. In addition to oden, I was intrigued by the horse mackerel namero, and it did not disappoint, showcasing the exquisite skills of the chef with a surprisingly mild flavor. Enjoying a light drink, it was a luxurious and wonderful moment.

The black-haired wagyu steak, tsukune soup, simmered clams, assorted sashimi, simmered golden eye snapper, soy sauce marinated ikura, seared duck breast, deep-fried shrimp and taro, tempura shiitake mushrooms, and oden with eggs, thick fried tofu, and daikon were all so delicious that I ended up drinking too much cold sake!
