I came to play in Iwanai Town. After purchasing cheese daifuku and frozen hokke at the Michi no Eki, I decided to take out the iced coffee from this shop that I had been curious about for a while. It seems that the iced coffee here is made with coffee ice, so even when the ice melts, the coffee doesn't become diluted! It's quite a strong coffee. Additionally, they use deep-sea water from Iwanai Town. It has a refreshing yet mellow flavor that is delicious. It's perfect for a hot summer day.

I planned to go to a restaurant to get some stamps at Iwanai Michi no Eki, but it was closed. The cafe I was planning to visit was also closed. Feeling lost, I suddenly noticed a coffee shop next to the Michi no Eki. Feeling hungry, I decided to go in. It was around 2 pm, but the place was bustling with locals. They had a variety of menu items, from light meals to desserts. I was torn between ordering a hamburger or spaghetti, but then the staff suggested that I could add a mini hamburger topping to the cafe's spaghetti. So I decided on that (800 yen + 100 yen). The meat sauce was a bit lacking in flavor, but the hamburger was delicious. I also had a cafe au lait (400 yen), which was mild and easy to drink. Next time, I'll try the popular Taramaru spaghetti. I had always wanted to go to Coffee En but found it a bit intimidating to enter. Finally, I was able to go. I rented a small raised seating area for my daughter's birthday party. The kids had hors d'oeuvres. My mom friend and I ordered pasta. I had the shrimp and avocado cream pasta. My friend had the meat, I think? The shrimp and avocado were subtly flavored but very elegant. I liked it. My friend left a lot, so I ate it (laughs). It was also delicious. I thought the portions looked small, but as I ate, I realized there was actually a good amount. The hors d'oeuvres also had Bolognese, and the kids said it was delicious. They are very accommodating, which is appreciated. Next time, I want to try the coffee, as it is also in the name of the restaurant. The location is near the bus terminal, right next to Iwanai Town's Michi-no-Eki, so it's easy to find.

This is a stylish cafe located next to the roadside station in the mountains. I ordered a hot coffee to go, which was served in a disposable cup with a lid. The cafe has a cozy and somewhat homey atmosphere. The coffee was a mild blend with a good aroma and a balanced taste. It was a bit on the mellow side with a hint of richness. I was grateful to be able to purchase a coffee when I wanted one. The organic coffee cost 250 yen. The neon sign outside the cafe caught my attention, adding a touch of retro charm to the overall ambience.
