A rare restaurant that is unlikely to be visited by anyone other than locals. It is a unique place where you can eat Jinhoru Nabe, which is only available in 1 or 2 places in Hokkaido. It is located about a 5-minute taxi ride from Susukino. I had been trying to visit several times, but it was always closed, so I finally managed to come! When I looked at the menu posted on the wall, I thought, "Wow, it's cheap..." However, cheap usually means... so I decided to order a variety of dishes. [Ordered Items] - Traditional Genghis Khan - Pork Genghis Khan - Jinhoru Nabe First, we were served spring rolls as an appetizer. And we were also given Chinese cabbage kimchi as a service. It was my first time here, but I had a good impression because the staff was friendly and the service was good. By the way, I learned for the first time that different restaurants use different types of fat when grilling Genghis Khan. The traditional Genghis Khan had thinly sliced meat. The recommended sauce was really delicious. The Pork Genghis Khan had thick slices of meat, tender and no smell. It's definitely worth a try and I highly recommend it. Wait, this is even more delicious than I expected? This means that the highly anticipated Jinhoru Nabe will also be good. After finishing the Genghis Khan, a slightly unusual stove was brought out, and after a while, the Jinhoru Nabe was served! The portion was unbelievable for one person. The piled up bean sprouts were generously topped with sauce, and underneath were Genghis Khan and horumon (offal). Steam the meat with vegetables for a while. When the vegetables become tender, it's time to eat. The Jinhoru Nabe is seasoned with miso base. It's delicious as it is, but you can also enjoy it by adding spicy miso or curry powder for a change of taste without getting bored. Personally, I really liked the spicy miso. Finally, add udon noodles to the remaining sauce! The udon noodles are coated with the sauce, and it's also delicious! I was very satisfied! And above all, the bill was surprisingly low. The taste, portion, and bill were all very satisfying. This is a restaurant that I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for the meal!

I received a call from a friend saying, "What are you up to? Let's go to Nanbantei!" It was an immediate yes from me. We had Jinhoru hot pot, which was delicious. It included thinly sliced lamb, guts, cow's intestines, and hormone, along with plenty of bean sprouts and onions. It was cooked in a special miso sauce, and it was incredibly tasty. I thought about ordering two servings, but the owner told me to start with one and add more if needed, offering to add rice or udon if we were still hungry. After finishing the meat and vegetables, we added rice and made ochazuke or fried udon, both of which were delicious. There was also a spicy sauce that added a kick to the meal. We had beer, sour drinks, and oolong tea served in large mugs. Despite being full, we ended up spending 2,650 yen for the meal. I definitely need to go back to see the owner again.

Welcome! ┌¬o"* * * 2016.01 ↓ Get off at the tram stop and head west to the familiar "Puncture repair ♪" with Holjin and Genghis Khan |o| °д°)ノ|Yugachon "Welcome~♪" The kind-looking To-san was relaxing while watching TV "Yes, it's warm over there~♪" Ka-san came out of the kitchen, so soothing!! "Holjin or Genghis Khan are recommended~♪" Of course, you can order just one serving of Holjin, even though you're alone, it's a blessing that you can order two servings. The large beer jugs are impressive! (= ´∀´)ノ凵゛Cheers♪ Chie-san's story was true! Let's start with the bean sprout namul with sesame oil flavor, the gentle acidity is outstanding, save half for the end. While waiting for the dish to be ready, Holjin pot with bean sprouts, when it comes to taste, it surpasses Jiro-style ramen!! On top is a special miso sauce, without a doubt, there is one bag of bean sprouts, maybe 2 or 3 small onions. If you continue to cook over high heat, the base sauce gradually evaporates, and moisture comes out of the vegetables, you can see the flow realistically. And when it's done (or rather, stewed), it's incredibly delicious! The sweet and salty taste of the miso sauce is irresistible! Even just the vegetables are enough to eat. The lamb has a light but noticeable umami taste, the cubed croquette is crispy with a great texture, and the hormone, while not too thick, is chewy and enjoyable. I ordered a small portion, but as it stewed, the sake and rice kept disappearing, creating a rich flavor. If you add a little "spicy miso," you'll be surprised by the heat and the richness of the miso, adding an incredible curry-like flavor. I found a bottle of "Curry," it looks like a coarsely ground solid roux, it adds a spice flavor and umami, but increases the saltiness, so you have to use it in moderation along with the spicy miso. Since the only customers were Tom and I, we watched TV together and had a casual conversation while enjoying the decreasing pot, a delightful miscalculation. Leave a little meat to finish off, please♪ The soft udon noodles in the slightly diluted soup have a chewy texture. If you eat all of it, you'll feel like your stomach will burst, that's how much heart has been put into it. "Come back to eat again~♪" Thank you for the meal♪ ===========

On the day I visited, I didn't feel like preparing dinner and was in the mood for some meat. So, it was perfect timing when my husband came home early! We decided to try a Genghis Khan restaurant that I had been curious about. We parked at a nearby coin parking lot and entered what we thought was the right place, but turned out to be a different restaurant. However, the friendly atmosphere and the delicious looking dishes caught our attention. We ordered the recommended dish called "Jinhol" for two people. First, we were served with a delicious bean sprout namul as a starter. It was so tasty with a good amount of sesame oil, garlic, and salt. Then, the Jinhol dish arrived with plenty of meat and vegetables, cooked in a miso-based sauce. The vegetables absorbed the sweet miso sauce, while the meat was tender and juicy. It was incredibly delicious! We ended our meal with recommended udon noodles and cheese, enjoying the smooth texture. The conversation between the father and mother in the kitchen added to the heartwarming atmosphere. We also received Korean seaweed as a souvenir on our way out. Overall, it was a satisfying day with delicious food and a warm feeling in our hearts. We found a great restaurant and had a wonderful experience.

I tried to visit the restaurant four times, but each time they were closed for various reasons. On my fifth attempt, I finally got to try their specialty dish called "Jinhoru" (a combination of Genghis Khan and hormone) and salt Genghis Khan. Even though it was my first visit, I couldn't contain my excitement and exclaimed to the owner, "I really wanted to eat this!" The dish came in a pot filled with an abundance of bean sprouts and onions, hiding the Genghis Khan and hormone underneath. The sauce was already poured over the ingredients. The pot was custom-made, shallow with no rim, and the cooking method involved simmering rather than grilling. The owner skillfully cooked the vegetables while sharing stories about the restaurant's history. The Genghis Khan meat seemed a bit lacking due to recent lamb price increases, but there was plenty of hormone. It was delicious! The hormone had a slightly sweet flavor that was different from the usual miso hormone. It went well with beer. The crunchy vegetables softened as they cooked, adding to the overall flavor. The spicy miso served in a bottle had a good punch of heat that added to the dish. The owner recommended finishing the meal with udon or rice porridge, but we were too full from the Jinhoru and beer. I'll definitely try the udon next time! The owner also gave us some pickles as a bonus, which were delicious. The owner's husband even gave us some more hormone as an extra treat. Thank you! I will definitely visit again!

I went to a restaurant that was a bit far from home but I was curious so I decided to check it out. It was my first time there, and when I looked at the menu, the owner explained that they only had Jinhoru and Jingisukan dishes. She recommended the Jinhoru set, so my friend and I ordered one serving each (700 yen), two sours (350 yen each), and a large serving of rice (200 yen). I was surprised by the size of the sour drink, it was served in a big jug! The appetizer of bean sprout namul (100 yen) tasted like homemade food and was delicious. The Jinhoru set was served with plenty of bean sprouts and onions, making me wonder if it was really meant for one person. The owner kindly taught us how to cook it, and we enjoyed adding the spicy miso sauce to it. It was delicious, with the flavors of miso, vegetables, and meat blending perfectly. We ended up ordering more rice (large) as we wanted to eat it with the dish. It was a satisfying meal, and we almost finished everything but left some space for the udon noodles (150 yen) as a finale. The owner made the udon with added dashi, and it was a different kind of deliciousness compared to the main dish. The whole meal for two cost us 2150 yen, which was very affordable. I look forward to trying the salted Jingisukan next time.

I often go to this place, and the best thing about it is the "Jinhoru" dish. It's a combination of Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) and horumon (offal) with a lot of bean sprouts. It's so addicting! The cost performance is great too. You can have Jinhoru with beer for around 1000 yen per person. The rice or udon noodles at the end are also delicious! They also offer cheese toppings, so be sure to try it out. The lady who runs the place is also wonderful! You'll feel like you've returned to the countryside and leave wanting to come back again.
