I laughed. We were in Asahikawa, just the two of us, on a Sunday, headed to a café that turned out to be closed. Without much enthusiasm, we put the next place in the navigation. On the way there, my wife, who was driving, didn't notice, but I saw a sign for "baked sweet potatoes." I asked her, "Do you want to eat some?" She loves sweet potatoes, so the deal was sealed, and we turned back. We found a place called "Yakiimo Imoya Nagayoshi." We love Nagayoshi now. It's all about Nagayoshi in there, not just posters, but even on TV, Nagayoshi is singing. A lady came out, and I wondered if she was a Nagayoshi fan. Turns out, she's not just a lady, but a cool one. She's beautiful, but cool, not like the Fives. I took a picture, even though she might not have appreciated it. But that's okay, she's beautiful. The sweet potato was 400 yen. We ate it in the car. Just one bite, but it was delicious. I usually don't like sweet potatoes, but this was good. My wife is a bit regretful now, saying, "I should have bought the 'phantom sweet potato.'" But she added, "I can't afford such an expensive one." It's not the trendy, overhyped sweet potato, but a good old-fashioned baked sweet potato. It was delicious. We found a fun place to eat.
