When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no medication that suits me. I will be updating my reviews based on my condition. Likes and comments may be delayed, thank you for your understanding. In August 2019, "Cocock" is a multifunctional disability welfare service facility that includes ongoing support type B. It is operated by "Aile Life Support Station". The official name is "Disability Welfare Service Facility Aile Life Support Station". I learned about this restaurant through a review by My Follower. It is a place where people with disabilities work hard, and it is the type of facility that I support the most. Due to the reduction in subsidies from the government, employment support facilities are decreasing. This is a very important place for people with disabilities. Employment support facilities are facing tough management situations. If they are not profitable, the support funds to the workshop will be cut. Since April last year, the direction of independent support has become even stronger. As the word "self-reliance support" suggests, more support has been provided to those who are mildly self-reliant. On the other hand, it has become even more difficult for people with severe disabilities to find employment. The percentage of employees who have worked for more than six months at the workshop determines the amount of support to the workshop. If the percentage of long-term employees is low, the support funds to the workshop will be cut. As a result, nationwide, people with severe disabilities, who already have difficulty finding employment, are being cut off, reducing opportunities to attend workshops. An article titled "Employment Support Type B in Crisis" was published in the local Hokkaido Shimbun on the morning of February 16, 2019. Sixty percent of the facilities are experiencing a decrease in revenue due to the introduction of "performance-based" labor for people with disabilities. Due to "performance-based" labor, it is more beneficial for the operation to accept one person with mild disabilities who can attend five times a week rather than five people with severe disabilities who attend once a week. In particular, many new entrants are forced to close their stores in a short period of time. I visited the usual companion with encouragement. This store is located in the Mikaoho area of Higashi Ward, Sapporo City, along Higashi 8-chome Shinro Street. Please check the detailed location of the store on Tabelog. The visit was around 2:30 pm on a weekday. There were a few sandwiches and side dishes. It seemed to be selling quite well and was bustling. I bought several bread items. - Potato Salad Sandwich Weight: 154g (after deducting the bag) The package is easy to open with a rare plastic type for a sandwich. Price: 270 yen (tax included) - Curry Danshaku-kun Weight: 135g (after deducting the bag) A square fried bread with a croquette in the center. The inside of the fried bread has a curry flavor. The croquette is made from baron potatoes. It's a bit oily, but the taste is very good. Price: 216 yen (tax included) - Plain Roll Weight: 120g (after deducting the bag) Wiener, lettuce, ketchup, etc. Price: 162 yen (tax included) I hope this store continues to do well. There are some work facilities that have been able to continue. The bread is quite good for the price. My companion really liked the "Curry Danshaku-kun" (laughs). It is difficult for employment support facilities to continue for a long time. If they are not profitable, the support funds to the workshop will be cut. Demanding "performance-based" for people with disabilities is like not providing medical treatment to patients with incurable diseases. I feel that abandoning patients with severe illnesses is equivalent. I can't help but feel that "self-reliance support" is just a play on words. I hope that as many people as possible, even those with severe disabilities, can become independent. I would like to come early next time and see various bread items. Thank you for the delicious meal.
