Inside, there were cucumber, glass noodles, shiso leaf, chicken breast, and lettuce, which tasted delicious with chili sauce and lemon sauce. And you can adjust the spiciness of the stone bibimbap and nasi goreng beforehand. It's important to find the spiciness that suits your taste! The nasi goreng also had a half-cooked egg on top, which was delightful! The slight spiciness of the flavor becomes addictive! The stone bibimbap had a hot spring egg on top! It had a light coconut flavor and a refreshing taste. The ice cream is inside a coconut shell, so you can truly feel the tropical atmosphere! There seems to be a seating fee of 100 yen per person! It comes with diced tomatoes and sliced cucumbers, making it a delicious cold noodle dish. The Saigon-style fresh spring rolls (680 yen) have a sticky skin that makes it hard to unwrap, but once you do, the combination of tuna and avocado is unbeatable. I love avocado, so being able to eat a lot of it makes me happy. However, the interior of the restaurant is dark, making it difficult to take photos!

Since there were few customers, I didn't have to wait long. The tray came with the main dish of Ankake Yakisoba, salad, two dim sum dishes, and soup. The volume of the yakisoba was not that big. It also came with mustard, vinegar, and pickled ginger. A spoon was also provided. The menu said it came with dessert, but there was none? You can order a small rice for an additional 50 yen. The dim sum, soup, and salad were ordinary. Nothing particularly special, but it was nice to have them. The Ankake Yakisoba had a basic flavor and was delicious. I felt a bit of oiliness, but it was not overwhelming. The ingredients were also ordinary. I was full after finishing the meal. I didn't need the small rice. I was surprised when they served dessert, coffee jelly, and tea right after I finished eating. I don't think the staff could see me from where I was sitting, but for some reason, it was perfectly timed. Were they peeking at me or was there a camera? Since it wasn't crowded, I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely and it was delicious, so I would like to visit again. Next time, I might try the popular Ankake Chahan for 800 yen.

I went to Nangoku-ya! It's a restaurant that my coworkers and I often visit. This time, we went for a second round after attending the Tokachi Alive event together. We even made sure to watch Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (laughs). We didn't stay overnight in Obihiro, just went back home the same day. The decision to visit Nangoku-ya was made because Tsuboya-san was too crowded, so we opted for Nangoku-ya across the street. The group included Yoshitomo, who never misses a Spitz concert, and my other friend, a fan of Wednesday Campanella's Momotaro with his dark skin. At the venue, we had a few drinks, but since there was a drink-all-you-can option, we went for that. This place is an Oriental dining cafe called Nangoku-ya...? That's the official name of the restaurant. They offer creative Asian cuisine, allowing you to feel like you're at a resort in Asia. My favorite menu items are Namul for 400 yen and Special Ankake Fried Rice (white sauce) for 650 yen. Namul is always crispy and I declare it to be the best in Obihiro. It's a favorite dish that I always enjoy. The ankake fried rice is also delicious with a salty flavor. Why does it taste so good? Is fried rice with sauce the ultimate combination? It could be... It's so good that it could even be a great beer snack. We ordered a variety of other dishes and had a great time enjoying a tropical party at Nangoku-ya. The main seating is at tables, and it's so spacious that even families with children can feel at ease. The menu is extensive! I ordered the "Ankake Fried Rice Set for 800 yen" from the lunch menu, not expecting much due to the low price, but when the fried rice arrived, it was huge! The center of the round-shaped fried rice was hollowed out and filled with plenty of sauce, and the outer edge of the fried rice was topped with a generous amount of half-cooked egg. I really liked this! It also came with salad, two shumai, and egg soup, and even dessert at the end. All of this for 800 yen is quite impressive. My partner ordered the "Gomoku Ankake Ramen Set for 800 yen," which was a bit salty but very satisfying due to the large portion. After an event, we stopped by a restaurant with a parking lot in front called Nankokuya. Upon entering, a spacious area with a high ceiling caught our attention. Around this central space, there was a cozy cafe-like area for two people. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We ordered Vietnamese spring rolls, fried chicken with special sauce, gapao, braised pork, and shrimp chili. The time between ordering drinks and them being served was stress-free, but we felt a bit stressed during the time it took for the hot towels to arrive and for the food to be brought to our table. The Vietnamese spring rolls arrived first. They were served with two types of sauce. We tried them with sesame sauce, which was quite simple. The fried chicken with special sauce didn't have the crispy texture you would expect from fried food, it was a bit moist. This was a bit disappointing. The shrimp chili was okay. The braised pork seemed to have lost the delicious fatty taste, which was also a bit disappointing. However, the gapao with minced beef had a strong and tasty flavor, and we enjoyed that dish. The interior of the restaurant was spacious, with various seating options available. I ordered a set meal which included fried rice, shrimp chili, dumplings, fresh spring rolls, salad, soup, and coffee jelly dessert. The fried rice was flavorful, the shrimp chili was spicy and delicious, and the coffee jelly dessert was a unique and tasty treat. Despite a small misunderstanding with the staff about seating, I had a pleasant dining experience overall. The sofa seat I ended up in was very comfortable.

Second visit. The shop is located along Shirokaba Street with a large Coca-Cola sign, making it easy to spot. There is a spacious parking space next to the shop. Inside, there are table seats and raised tatami mat seating, making it quite spacious. I didn't think it had a tropical vibe, but the lighting was nice and created a good atmosphere. Last time I had soup curry, so this time I ordered the special lunch set from the lunch menu (900 yen). The special lunch set included fried rice with sauce, shrimp chili, zangi (fried chicken), fresh spring rolls, and shumai, all in one set, which was a great deal. The dishes were served hot and not pre-made, so they were very delicious. The portions were generous, so even men would be satisfied.
