This restaurant is popular for its mutton cooked over charcoal and in an iron pot. I have visited the previous location before, and it has now moved slightly closer. I made a reservation through Hot Pepper, but you can also reserve through Tabelog. The menu includes: premium raw lamb (thick-cut shoulder loin) for 1,000 yen, pickled mutton (loin) for 750 yen, miso offal (pork) for 550 yen, grilled vegetables (bean sprouts) for 250 yen, finishing ramen for 400 yen, rice (small) for 200 yen, orange juice for 350 yen, and a charge of 350 yen. There is a contracted parking lot nearby, so please check with the owner. The previous place was also some kind of izakaya, but it is now clean with lockers like a chain izakaya or public bath. The orange juice I had this time was sour, but it tasted familiar as if I had it somewhere before. The complimentary dish is still bean sprout namul, but now there is more ham. It's a bit unusual to have a complimentary dish at a place that's not an izakaya, and the fact that it comes with juice is also a bit odd. The menu hasn't changed, and the recommended mutton (loin) was sold out this time. Personally, I found the pickled mutton (loin) to be delicious, while my companion enjoyed the premium raw lamb (thick-cut shoulder loin). The finishing ramen that I didn't order last time, I tried this time. It is served on a grill with the iron pot removed, and you eat it like dipping noodles by pouring the ramen soup into the Genghis Khan sauce. It was delicious, despite my initial concern about the strong taste. The restaurant was busy as usual, and I noticed many signatures, including one from a popular reviewer. The service was great, and I had a satisfying meal.
