"Made with 100% fresh milk, 'Hokkaido 3.7 Milk Unadjusted' is a delicious milk produced by Kurashima Dairy in Hokkaido. Priced at 228 yen for a 1-liter pack, it is not only affordable but also has a great taste that doesn't get boring. The fact that it is transported all the way from Hokkaido to the Tokyo area and still priced at 228 yen is unbelievable. However, if the price goes any higher, they may lose out to competitors and supermarkets may not stock it anymore. Kurashima Dairy, founded in 1905 in Iwanai, Hokkaido, is a well-established milk manufacturer. Unfortunately, in 2016, it became a subsidiary of Kokubu Group, known for canned foods, after Kokubu acquired 20% of its shares. While the headquarters is in Iwanai, the manufacturing plant is located in Niki, suggesting some underlying circumstances."

I have recently become obsessed with cheese, especially natural cheese, and this time I bought this cheese. Hokkaido is known for being a region with delicious milk, and there are many cheese factories there. I am looking forward to enjoying this cheese little by little. Next, I would like to try the delicious milk from Kurashima Dairy.

I purchased it at Kita Kitchen at New Chitose Airport. Inside the mochi, there is cheese cream. The cream tastes similar to a rare cheesecake, not too sweet. The aftertaste has a salty cheese flavor and is easy to eat. The cream has a mysterious chewy texture. It has a substantial weight, not a light fluffy cream. Just eating one is quite satisfying. It can be stored in the refrigerator without the mochi becoming hard, which is convenient. I have always liked Kurashima Milk's bottled milk, bottled coffee, and bottled fruit milk. I used to be able to buy Kurashima's bottled fruit milk at a nearby supermarket, but last year they stopped selling the bottles (tears). Now it comes in a paper pack (tears). The taste is the same, but it's somehow sad.

I went to the Tokyu Cheese Fair that everyone was talking about the day before while I was drinking. Actually, even before coming to Sapporo, my wife told me, "There's a Cheese Fair going on," and my eldest daughter also said, "They're having a Cheese Fair at Tokyu." When I said, "I'm thinking of going," my daughter decided to come along with me. When you're seriously looking for something, having luggage can be a real hindrance (sweat). But I can't say that, and as expected, there were a lot of people. People are amazing. I couldn't let go of my luggage here. It's heavy. Oh, I'm so indecisive. It's heavy, but I looked at everything. I wanted blue cheese, but they didn't have much. There were a few stores, and some things were too expensive to buy. But they weren't that expensive, so I bought one. I'll play it safe and buy "Black Pepper" from Kurashima Dairy in Iwanai. I almost blurted out a dad joke, but I'll hold back here. It's really tough... The lady here provided great customer service. I like to save my favorite things for later, so I'll eat this one first. It's delicious. It's an easy-to-eat cheese with a decent amount of black pepper. It doesn't have a strong taste or hardness. It goes well with beer, red wine, or sparkling wine. I could even have it with shochu and hot water, but if asked, I would say, "It doesn't really go together."

I purchased "Cheese Daifuku" at a nearby supermarket. It is filled with plenty of cream cheese inside the mochi. The mochi is made with Hokkaido-grown glutinous rice. It is not too sweet and light, so I finished it in no time. I would buy it again if it is available.

Kurashima Dairy products such as cheese are often seen at the souvenir shop in New Chitose Airport. I didn't know that this manufacturer is located in Iwanai Town ^^; This time I purchased their milk. Hokkaido's milk is always delicious without any misses.

I came across this cheese in Hokkaido and decided to buy it for the first time. It was a pack of about 10 mini smoked cheeses. I enjoyed it at home and loved the great smoky aroma and the perfect softness of the cheese. It was quite rich and delicious. I really like Hokkaido cheese because it is so tasty.

Thank you for the souvenir (^-^) It has a nice firm texture. I tried cutting and eating it, but it's quite salty so I felt it was too salty to eat alone. I thought about heating it up, but ended up putting it in a salad and eating it with vegetables. Thank you for the meal! (^o^)

Part 4: Although it's not pudding, there was a "Sweets Collection" event held at a nearby supermarket in conjunction with the "All-Japan Pudding Fair." Among the many whole cakes available, there was a product here that had cheese inside a daifuku. Since I had been purchasing puddings with short expiration dates, I decided to buy this one as it could be stored in the freezer and enjoyed a little later. The "Kurashima Cheese Daifuku" was priced at 180 yen (slightly higher than regular store price due to the event). The mochi-like daifuku had a rich cheese cream inside. The chewy texture of the daifuku was quite enjoyable, and overall, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
