In Takikawa, I heard that the only ramen restaurant serving seafood soup is Kaiou. I think people have their preferences when it comes to seafood soup, but I find the seafood soup here delicious. I had the salt ramen as a finishing touch after drinking, and it was delicious. I will also share photos of the miso ramen and champon that I had previously.

I visited "Kaiou Shachi" located on the 1st floor of Heart Building (formerly known as Kikuya Kanko Dai-ni Building) in Sanraku-cho, Takikawa City for dinner with a friend. This is the second branch of "Ramen Kaiou" in Takikawa City, which opened on May 10th. They offer a dish called "Shachipon" for 1,000 yen, which is not commonly found in the Sorachi area. The place used to be a tonkatsu specialty restaurant called "Fukkatsu" until last year. We ordered the "Shachipon" and waited for about 30 minutes for it to be served, as there were only two staff members working in the kitchen. The soup was creamy and flavorful, with a good balance of vegetables and seafood. The noodles were firm and went well with the soup. The dish was packed with shrimp, pork, fish cake, deep-fried sweet potato, cabbage, onion, bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, and more. I went there sober this time, but it seems like a great place to visit after drinking.

It seems there is a new menu. It's perfect for hot days. I saw them making it, it looks like it takes a lot of effort. That's why it's delicious. What do you all think?
