My reviewer friends who love meat are all praising a yakiniku restaurant in Fuse. Since I (self-proclaimed) declared July as Yakiniku Enhancement Month, I definitely wanted to try it out (*≧∀≦*) So, I asked the Fuse expert to set up a reservation for me (*´ω`*) Reserved for 6:00 PM. The restaurant is about a 5-minute walk from Fuse Station, go out on the north side of the station, and walk back towards Tsuruhashi along the tracks. The restaurant has only about 8 seats at the counter, with a noren curtain but no door, so your back is exposed to the outside air, whether it's winter or summer. It was raining on this day, and the temperature wasn't too high, so it was fine, but it would be really hot in the middle of summer (^◇^;) On the flip side, it might be easier to get a reservation in the summer. There are gas cookers on the counter, spaced every two people. I left the food order to the Fuse expert, who has been to this restaurant many times. I quenched my thirst with a cold beer and faced the meat (*≧∀≦*) Enjoyed the meat I wanted to eat and the curry for the finish, and settled the bill when I was 9.5 full. Now, the crucial time of the last 0.5 stomach capacity begins... What will be the fate of the remaining 0.5 stomach capacity!? Thank you for the meal. <Food> Prices are excluding tax ◎Kimchi Assortment (600 yen) ... Not just a regular kimchi assortment. In addition to the standard kimchi like cabbage, daikon, and cucumber, there are also summer vegetable kimchi like burdock, okra, eggplant, bitter gourd, and tomato! The tomato and bitter gourd were incredibly delicious (*´ω`*) ○Raw Senmai (500 yen) ... Although it's called raw, it's boiled, but it's processed carefully and delicious (*´∀`)♪ And the amount for 500 yen is amazing! ◎Tongue Assortment (1,600 yen) ... Assortment of tongue base, tongue tail, and tongue tip. The tongue base seems to be over 1 cm thick, but it's still tender when grilled (*´Д`*) A very satisfying assortment (*´∀`)♪ ◎Wasabi Yaki (1,900 yen) ... A lump of sirloin generously coated with wasabi on top. Since it's a sirloin with a lot of marbling, the wasabi doesn't overpower it at all. It's delicious, but two pieces of sirloin are my limit (^◇^;) ◎Chateaubriand (2,500 yen) ... Chateaubriand at this price with slightly more marbling. Enjoyed with wasabi and salt. The satisfaction of eating this meat is number one. ○Harami (1,400 yen) ... Harami with sauce. The sauce flavor is also delicious (*´Д`*) ○Liver (600 yen) ... The liver that makes you want to eat it raw. Lightly seared on all sides. No smell, no membrane. ◎Grilled Shabu (1,600 yen) ... Normally it's shoulder loin, but since they didn't have it, they used a different part. This part is more lean, and I have a feeling I'll like this meat (*´Д`*) Grilled for about 10 seconds and enjoyed with grated ponzu sauce, it's incredibly delicious (*≧∀≦*) It's light and you could eat a lot of it (*≧∀≦*) ○Harami Skirt (300 yen) ... Harami skirt with sauce grilled until the surface is crispy. This meat makes you want to drink more alcohol (*´∀`)♪ Ended up ordering more alcohol (*≧艸≦) ○Meat Ball Suck (400 yen) ... I tried meat suck for the first time, and this is how it is. It has a fairly strong seasoning, makes you want to add rice. It's a bit different from oxtail soup. ◎Mini Curry (400 yen) ... Although it's called mini, it's quite a lot. This curry is addictive and dangerous. I was captivated by the taste and aroma of Worcestershire sauce (*´Д`*) It's a curry that goes well with alcohol (*≧艸≦) <Drinks> Prices are excluding tax ・Draft Beer (450 yen) ・Highball (400 yen) ・Chu-Hi Kyonyu (400 yen)
