I was curious about this shop, and it turned out to be in such a great location! I can easily go there next time (*^^*) I chose a blueberry fruit danish, and it was so delicious! The bread must be the kind that tastes good when toasted! The croissant was crispy and flaky, with a thick and satisfying middle layer. I want to go back again to buy more - going to a bakery is like falling into a rabbit hole! (人>▽<。)

Since it was a holiday, I thought the store would be closed for Golden Week, but when I drove there, it was open! The store is small, so they only allow two groups inside at a time. If there are already two groups inside, you have to wait outside. When I went in the morning, there was one group waiting outside. They have their own parking lot. They had a wide variety of Danish pastries with fruits on top, and also a lot of different types of hard bread. I bought blueberry Danish, muscat Danish, lemon Danish, and mini croissants. The hard bread was mostly freshly baked and still warm. The Danish pastries were crispy and delicious! Despite the small store, they had a wide variety of bread, and the staff were very friendly.

One weekend, I stopped by a nice bakery in Nakanuma Nishi, Higashi-ku, as a souvenir for my workplace, even though I didn't need to buy anything. When I arrived, I was relieved to find that the parking lot was not full like it was last time I visited. I decided to try the "Mentaiko Potato Mozzarella (345 yen)" from the display shelf, as it was lunchtime and I wouldn't have a chance to eat later. The bread was large, heavy, and crispy on the outside with a delicious cheese and sliced potato topping. Surprisingly, the flavors matched well, and the texture of the bread was pleasantly chewy. I also noticed a hint of spiciness at the end, which I realized was from the mentaiko. Overall, I enjoyed it and felt that you can't go wrong with any choice at this bakery. Thank you for the delicious meal!

One weekend, I stopped by my favorite bakery in Higashi-ku, Nakanishi 2, as a souvenir for my workplace. When I arrived, there were customers coming and going. From the menu that day, I chose a "Chestnut Danish (324 yen)" that caught my eye from the seasonal display shelf. The seasonal chestnut flavor was enticing, and when I took a bite... The crispy Danish pastry had a perfect level of sweetness, with a subtle sweetness from the chestnuts coated on the surface. The chestnuts had a hint of alcohol in their aroma, and I enjoyed the experience, including the chestnut cream underneath. I couldn't help but think that with the current situation, it may be inevitable for prices to go up slightly or for the bread to become a bit smaller, so I want to support the bakery by purchasing their bread whenever I can. Thank you for the delicious meal.

In the middle of the Nakasuna area, along the Naeho-Oka-jyu Street, there is a bakery. The building is part of a house, with parking space in front of the store. I had just finished bathing at a nearby hot spring facility, so I stopped by to buy some bread for home. The store isn't very big, but since I went early, there were plenty of different types of bread displayed, including hard bread. Regular customers kept coming in, so I waited outside until the person in front of me left. I bought the classic Croissant (240 yen) and Salt Bread (170 yen), and my wife bought a few other types of bread. All the bread was delicious, but the Croissant, although not very big, had a crispy texture on the outside and was especially tasty. The prices were reasonable overall, and the staff were polite, making it a good choice for those who like hard bread.

I visited a bakery near Moerenuma Park in Higashi Ward in October 2022. They have a small, clean store with a parking lot in front. They have a variety of Danish pastries, but I decided to try their cheese bread, which looked delicious. I grilled it lightly and it was filled with tasty cheese. The bread was soft and chewy, and overall it was a delicious treat.

One weekend, I stopped by a bakery in Higashi-ku, Nakanuma Nishi, which is my favorite place, while picking up some souvenirs. When I arrived, there were no customers, but soon after me, more people started coming in. On this day, I mainly focused on buying souvenirs, so I chose something that caught my eye from the menu. I decided on the "Nectarine Danish (324 yen)" because of its vibrant appearance and delicious look. With just one bite, I was impressed. The nectarine on top looked like sliced apples, and it had a fresh acidity and sweetness, which balanced well with the dough. The fresh cream was just sweet enough and complemented the buttery Danish dough perfectly. The dough was crispy and crunchy with a hint of sugar. I often stop by for souvenirs, so I might try something new each time. Thank you for the meal.

After eating Sri Lankan curry, I discovered this bakery, which is celebrating its 3rd anniversary. I was expecting something more hardcore, but it was not that extreme. However, they had a selection of sophisticated and eye-catching breads. The Cheese France for 410 yen was quite orthodox, with just the right amount of saltiness and plenty of cheese (probably processed) that was delightful and well-balanced. Since it has many hollow spaces, I decided to skip toasting it, but I recently saw a wonderful arrangement by a reviewer, cutting it vertically in half and making slits, allowing for fun and delicious variations like olive oil & herbs, butter & pepper, pizza sauce, or even Japanese-style toppings.

Wow! I found a bakery and without any prior knowledge, I jumped right in. They had a lot of croissants and Danish pastries, as well as some hard breads. Despite being small, this bakery had a wide variety of bread. The Danish pastries looked incredibly delicious! I ended up buying both the Lemon Danish for 280 yen and the Nectarine Danish for 324 yen. They both looked so tasty! The Nectarine Danish was a first for me, with finely sliced nectarines, powdered sugar, pistachios, and a beautiful presentation. Both pastries had a perfect match of fruit, Danish pastry, and cream, making them incredibly delicious! Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted fantastic too! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

On a certain weekend, I couldn't help but stop by this bakery in Higashi-ku, Nakanuma Nishi, for lunch. It's the same place I had a good impression of last time. When I arrived, the small shop was crowded with customers coming and going, with no break in between. From the menu that day, I carefully chose items that I hadn't tried before to avoid repeating the same thing. The "Quinamman (260 yen tax included)" seemed familiar, but I couldn't resist because I like it. With a crispy surface and soft dough, the butter ratio was not too strong, so I didn't feel guilty. Inside, there were large chunks of crunchy apple compote, balancing well with the sweetness. The "Milk Stick (260 yen tax included)" was also a favorite of mine. It was soft with a slightly chewy texture, and the milk cream inside had a hint of crunchy sugar, creating a refined sweetness without being too overwhelming. It seemed like condensed milk was also included. Personally, I loved it. When I thought about the slightly higher prices, I couldn't help but think that it's worth it for something so delicious. Thank you for the meal.

One weekend, I decided to stop by a bakery in Higashi-ku, Nakanishi, which left a good impression on me last time. When I arrived, it was not too crowded, which was convenient for me. The display shelves were filled with tempting breads, making it hard for me to choose. I ended up picking a few items. The "Chocolate Banana (260 yen tax included)" had a crispy pastry texture with a subtle buttery flavor, and the banana slices on top were convincing, with a hint of custard or maybe chocolate? Cheese flavor. The "Walnut and Cream Cheese (220 yen tax included)" caught my eye with its pure white surface. When I took a bite, I was pleasantly surprised by the crunchy walnuts scattered in the French bread dough and the milky cream cheese, complemented by a touch of honey. I also tried the "Fig and Walnut (320 yen tax included)," a hard bread with a generous portion of dried figs and a subtle cream cheese filling. The bread had a perfect balance of flavors and a gentle sweetness. Overall, I was impressed by the delicious breads I tried on this visit. I look forward to coming back again. Thank you for the meal.

My bread-loving friend wanted to go, so we went for a drive to a small and cute bakery. The place was tiny but filled with bread. I always thought rustic bread was expensive, but the bread here was big and didn't seem that pricey. The walnut rustic bread was the best, according to my friend. It was big and satisfying. The croissant was so crispy, almost like a pie. The salt bread was also delicious. We forgot to take photos because we ate everything! The friendly guy there told us a lot of things and even gave us free coffee. It was great! We'll definitely go back again!

Moere-numa Onsen Tamayura no Yu is a 2-3 minute walk from this place. I stopped by when I went to the hot springs. This shop is a must-visit for German bread. The bread dough is quite something. But... Roggenshrot 840 Muscat Bread 1/2 250, Pain au Vin (large) 320, Anpan 160, Pain au Chocolat 240. The butter flavor in the Pain au Chocolat is subtle, with a crispy texture. The dough is delicious, but there is quite a small amount of chocolate, which is disappointing. The quality is good, but... Mentaiko Pizza 200 yen. The dough is very delicious, with a crispy and flavorful wheat taste. It is loaded with ingredients, but it is extremely salty. I hesitated whether to leave it or not, as it seems to exceed the usual amount of salt. Pain au Vin has a red wine-infused dough with sausages, I think. The wine flavor in the dough is good, but there are tiny pieces of what seems to be Wiener sausages occasionally inserted. However, I wish there were more of them. Anpan has an unbalanced amount of red bean paste and is also a bit lacking. The Muscat Bread has a decent amount. The bread dough blends well with the sweetness of the muscat, which is not bad. Roggenshrot is stated to be over 95% rye. This is delicious! I should have bought one more. I might be considered to like rye bread because I'm into it, but that's not the case. In fact, when it's mostly rye, there should be some graininess, acidity, uneven baking, or something, but this was good. The aroma is a bit weak, but the taste is good. The more you chew, the more flavor you experience. The sweetness, a distant acidity, and other elements come together, making it enjoyable to eat. I could eat it every day! Overall, the bread dough is mostly delicious, but my expectations for sweet and savory bread were not met. I was able to talk to the staff a little. They used to work at a German bread shop. However, it seems that non-hard bread sells better. Yeah. In Sapporo, hard bread, especially German-style, doesn't seem to sell well, right? Moreover, it seems like there's a boom for sandwich bread now... It's not that easy to focus only on hard bread, especially German bread. Next time, I want to focus on buying German-style bread.

I had been curious about this place after seeing a review by Mairevi-san, but I thought I wouldn't have many opportunities to visit due to the location. However, I happened to have some free time nearby due to work and decided to stop by. When I entered the shop, a young male staff member came out from the back and greeted me. The selection of bread was not extensive, but there were some delicious-looking options. I decided to try a croissant, which had a slightly crispy outer layer and a slightly dry texture inside, making it more like eating a pie than a croissant. I also bought a quinamman that caught my eye. The quinamman had a crispy pastry surface caramelized with a nice crunch and a moderate bitterness. Inside, the sweetness and acidity of the apple combined well, creating a delicious flavor. The cheese bread had a moist and chewy texture with cheese kneaded into the dough, giving it a delicious taste even when eaten as is. However, toasting it once brought out a crispy texture and enhanced the flavor of the cheese. In terms of the variety of bread at the shop, it seems like the hard bread is the recommended choice. If I have the chance, I would like to try other hard bread next time. Thank you for the meal.

First of all, the interior of the shop is small, so customers have to wait outside when it's crowded inside. Once inside, it's a one-way path from the entrance to the register at the back. If it's not crowded, this might not be an issue. However, with a tray and tongs in hand, only about 4 people can fit in at a time. I almost bumped into a child and almost dropped my bread. I ended up buying 6 slices of bread because they were located at the back shelf behind the register. The staff took my tray without a word and started the checkout process. The chocolate croissant was hard and lacked the flakiness I expected. The chocolate part was overcooked and bitter. The 6-slice bread was chewy and satisfying, but the last slice was too thin. The Rustic Walnut bread had a nice crunch and flavor, but it was a bit pricey. The Chocolate Cornet was small but full of chocolate, with a strong texture for a pastry. It unraveled easily when not bitten properly. The shop was supposed to be open every day until 9/14, but it was closed on the weekend of that date. The person making the bread was seen smoking in front of their home in their work attire, with a silver ashtray placed outside. Despite visiting multiple times to confirm, the shop did not stick to their promise of being open every day. Since they don't have a website, it's hard to confirm their operating hours, so I cannot recommend this place. I won't be going back.

Upon entering the shop, you are greeted by a bright smile from a woman. The small shop is filled with flowers outside, and inside, three male artisans are busy baking bread. The bakery offers a variety of hard breads with fewer sweet pastries. I purchased a German Rye Bread (1/2 loaf) for 420 yen, which had a slightly sour taste and a dark color. The Croissant Amande for 240 yen was a must-try with its crispy exterior and soft, chewy interior with a hint of custard. The Wiener bread, priced at 240 yen, was surprisingly average. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

I used to buy apple pie which was consistently delicious. I recently purchased the limited-time chestnut pie, and it was exquisite. No matter which bread you choose, you can't go wrong.
