I was also interested in Stamina Buta Mazesoba, Garlic Butadon, and various fried rice dishes, but since it's the top in the ramen category. The Five-Ingredient Ankake Yakisoba (990 yen) Well, first of all, it's not ramen even though it's in the ramen category, haha. I was also interested in the gyoza, but I decided against it because the amount of ankake yakisoba seemed huge. It came on a large plate! Haha, even the spoon is huge, messing with the scale. Visually, it's fresh and unusual to see broccoli in it, but other than bean sprouts, the ingredients are all a bit sparse. It seems to prioritize quantity. When I tried it, the noodles were springy and chewy! I really like these noodles! ...However, I got a little tired of it towards the end, haha. It was ankake yakisoba with noodles that were incredibly delicious. The menu as well as the interior of the restaurant are filled with toys and manga, and overall, it's a boisterous place. Personally, I find it to be a quirky restaurant, but it continues to attract customers one after another. I realized that it is loved by the local residents. Finally, at the register, there's the cheerful owner. Even though it was my first visit, he naturally said, "Be careful on your way home as it's getting dark!" It's almost like a talent! His voice was always audible, but in the end, I was won over by the charm of the owner, haha. The food is delicious, but above all, the owner is the real attraction. It's that kind of place.
