This is already a classic. Tofu and fried tofu made with spring water from Mount Yotei. I found it at Kyogoku Michi no Eki. Next to it, there is a spring water outlet from Kyogoku. I didn't have time to go, but many people brought empty PET bottles. Spring water from Mount Yotei a few years ago. Grateful for the blessings of nature. The fried tofu is crispy when baked in the oven and delicious with ponzu and ginger.

A tofu shop with a commitment to quality. While the regular silk and cotton tofu are made from imported soybeans, the Niseko soybean series is made from Niseko soybeans. I purchased tofu, natto, and aburaage. The tofu has a strong bean flavor, typical of domestically grown tofu. The natto also has a rich umami flavor that doesn't need soy sauce.

★Yose tofu 200 yen★Ezo fuji natto 165 yenA long-established tofu shop in Kutchan. I wonder how long they have been in business? 50 years? 60 years? Probably even longer. My mother loves their tofu, and I have been eating it since I was a child. The taste is so delicious when I eat it as an adult. I often buy their silk and yose tofu, both are very smooth. Simple dishes like hiyayakko and yudofu are delicious with their tofu. This time, I enjoyed yudofu with ponzu, green onions, and myoga. The natto also had a nostalgic taste that I am familiar with. Thank you for the meal.

In November 2015, this shop offers delicious tofu made from 100% Niseko-grown whole soybeans. These whole soybeans are rarely seen and are said to be of exceptional quality. With the delicious water in Niseko, you can't go wrong with their tofu. The shop has a factory inside where everyone is working. As soon as you enter, you will see a display case of products. I bought silky tofu, namaage (deep-fried tofu), and hikiwari natto this time. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary natto at the checkout. The namaage had various ingredients inside, similar to a mixed deep-fried tofu, sliced thickly, pan-fried until crispy, and drizzled with soy sauce. It was not greasy and was incredibly delicious! I regret not buying a few more of these. The silky tofu was used for yudofu (tofu hot pot). It was very smooth with a sweetness from the soybeans that is different from regular tofu. The hikiwari natto was also very tasty. Thank you for the meal! ✿ฺ(๑´ڡ`๑)✿ฺ.

Welcome! When you head towards the station from R5 in Kutchan Town, Abuta District, you will find the Lucky Kutchan store with a factory-like facade at the corner, which is actually a tofu shop. A lady who had been working in the back stopped her work and greeted me with a "Hello!" It's rare to find a place that opens early in the morning, stays open late at night, and only closes on New Year's Day. Inside the refrigerator, there is a wide variety of tofu and processed products to choose from. Some items may not look appealing, but the taste remains unchanged, as we laughed about it. We got so caught up in the conversation that I forgot to buy the Niseko tofu I was looking for. Oh well! The triangular lamb trotter skewers were being shaken, and when simmered in noodle soup, they had a fox-like sweetness. By adding green onions and natto and grilling them until crispy, it became the perfect snack. Even though I forgot to add ginger, the thick fried tofu made a loud "pop" sound when I bit into it. The concentrated flavor and texture of the tofu were incredibly rich. I wasn't sure how to cook the thick fried tofu further, so I added it to the simmered dish, similar to how I would with cheap bean sprouts. I felt healed and thought about moving here... Thank you for the meal!
