I had the salt-flavored Champon at this restaurant. It's been a while since I last visited. This is a place where people visiting Hokkaido for sightseeing can feel like they've really arrived in Hokkaido. The dish had a scallop, a whole squid, and a whole shrimp. Although I arrived shortly after the opening, the restaurant quickly filled up.

When it comes to Sanpachi Hotel, the must-try dish is definitely the Ankake Yakisoba. They seem to have switched to a food ticket system at the entrance without me noticing. I always think about what to order, but in the end, I always go for the Ankake Yakisoba with fried rice set and occasionally some gyoza. I do think about trying something different sometimes though, haha.

This time, I tried Chinese rice bowl for the first time here. It was very, very delicious. By the way, I experimented with drinking high catechin tea before eating to see if the sauce would become watery, and the effect was clear. I was able to enjoy the sauce with a good consistency until the end. The timing for drinking high catechin tea is about 10-15 minutes before eating, starting with about 300ml of tea before eating. Do not drink tea while eating. Please try it out. Next time, I plan to challenge curry.

★KG★I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant where you can park about 10 cars. When we arrived around 1 pm, the restaurant was almost full, and more customers kept coming in even after we entered. The place seems to be thriving. I didn't know there was a branch in Shiroishi-ku, in addition to the main store in Oshamanbe and a branch in Nishi-ku, Sapporo. As soon as we entered, there was a ticket machine where we purchased our food tickets. Since it was a Sunday, many families and couples were visiting, creating a somewhat homely atmosphere inside the restaurant. We ordered a set of ankake yakisoba and fried rice, as well as a salt ramen. We chose the salt ramen thinking it might have a similar base soup to the champon at Sanpachi Hanten. From observing other customers at the Shiroishi branch, it seemed like 70% of them ordered ankake yakisoba, while the remaining 30% ordered ramen dishes. We were impressed by the size and amount of the large ankake yakisoba dish ordered by the customers at the table next to us. The ankake yakisoba had a strong ginger flavor and a prominent seafood broth taste. It was packed with seafood flavor like no other yakisoba we've had before, making it unique to this restaurant. The taste was on the richer side, so those who enjoy bold flavors would likely appreciate it. It was interesting how the fried rice was served on a single plate with the yakisoba. The salt ramen was similar to the champon I had in Oshamanbe long ago, with a gentle and easy-to-eat soup base. Overall, the restaurant stood out for the value of the ankake yakisoba.

I came here to eat Ankake Yakisoba because I found this place through the Sanpachi Ramen connection. I'm on a diet, so I ordered a small portion. The taste is light, and I feel like I could eat more of it. The noodles are regular noodles. The sauce is on the watery side. It's light, but even the small portion fills you up properly!

After a long time, I challenged the large serving of Ankake Yakisoba at Sanhachi Restaurant. When I visited, it was still cool enough to attempt it, but with this intense heat, I'd be sweating like I just came out of a sauna, so it's impossible now (^^;) Oh, by the way, they switched to a ticket system without me noticing. The large serving of Ankake Yakisoba piled high on a plate, which I used to finish easily in the past, but now I can't handle it anymore. Can't beat aging, huh (^^;) Well, I somehow managed to finish it, sweating buckets along the way (laughs) Well, I probably won't need Ankake Yakisoba for a while now (^^;) After all, I'm a heavy sweater, so I need to be in a place with the air conditioning blasting. Lately, I've been bringing a handkerchief when going to eat. Thank you for the meal.

There is a restaurant located a little ways into 2-chome of Moto-dori in Shiraishi Ward. It's called Hamachanpon, and their an-kake yakisoba has been famous for a long time. I haven't been here in a while, and today I ordered the large portion. It cost 1300 yen. The large portion is huge, probably over 1 kilogram. The taste is delicious with crunchy vegetables. The completion of the taste as an an-kake yakisoba is high. I ate about 2/3 of it. You can also buy a pack to take home for 100 yen! Regardless of the quantity, the taste was delicious! I will come back again.

I came along because my friend from Tokyo was curious about this place. The parking space in front of the restaurant had just enough room for one car. The atmosphere inside was lively. We were seated at the counter, separated from my companion. I noticed a plate of yakisoba with fried rice on top that other customers were enjoying, so I ordered the same set. It was served promptly on a large plate. It looked like a lot of food, so I prepared myself to possibly eat a lighter dinner later. There was a tube of mustard available for dipping, which was spicy and delicious. The yakisoba was better than any I've had at a golf course, with a tasty sauce. The noodles were plentiful, so I definitely felt full. The fried rice was a bit bland, maybe because there was less of it. Overall, I discovered a great restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to eat ankake yakisoba. There are a few people lined up outside. Looks promising... The ankake yakisoba (medium) has a decent portion size. Upon closer inspection, it's mostly cabbage. The noodles are soft, the flavor is mild, and there's a lot of cabbage. Hmm... The gyoza has a crispy skin and juicy filling, very delicious. The fried rice is mildly flavored, and the braised pork bowl has less pork than expected. The restaurant is crowded, but the turnover is fast. Thank you for the meal.

I always eat ankake yakisoba here, but this time I decided to go for the twice-cooked pork set meal. Because I love twice-cooked pork the most. The taste of the twice-cooked pork here is perfectly seasoned, making it easy to eat with rice. However, the meat is too big! The pork belly slices are about 7 millimeters thick, as big as a jumbo sushi topping, and when you can't bite through it, it's a real challenge. It was delicious so I might order it again, but next time I'll ask for some scissors.

In my mind, Ankake Yakisoba = Sanhachi Restaurant. When I first moved here, I was invited to a place where you can eat until you're full, and since then, I have associated Ankake Yakisoba with Sanhachi Restaurant. Until recently, I used to eat the large portion of Ankake Yakisoba, but due to aging, I have downsized to set meals. Recently, I have discovered and become fond of Cantonese noodles, which is basically Ankake Ramen. I usually order the large portion of Cantonese noodles when eating alone, but this time, I ordered Cantonese noodles and half fried rice from the new menu. The Cantonese noodles with the same base as Ankake Yakisoba are perfect for the cold season as they are served piping hot. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, the noodles here are not too oily and have a light flavor. The half fried rice was moist and flavorful. I prefer moist fried rice over dry and fluffy ones. I don't come here often in the summer, but Ankake dishes are perfect for the cold season. I hope to come back to Sanhachi Restaurant as much as possible while it's still cold. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Shiraishi-ku Hamachanpon, salt flavor Hamachanpon for 1050 yen. I was drawn in by the delicious recommendation of a girl. I couldn't decide between Ankake Yakisoba and Hamachanpon, but ended up choosing the Chanpon. The dish was so voluminous with whole squid, juicy shrimp, scallops, and thick and fresh hokkigai clams. The Wakame seaweed was plentiful and the soup had a nice sea flavor. The noodles were cooked just right, slightly firm. All of these ingredients for 1050 yen is amazing. I also added a small rice (100 yen) for extra satisfaction. I left feeling full and happy. Thank you for the meal! \(^o^)/

This is a place in Higashi-ku, located in Hon-dori 2-chome near National Route 12, but for detailed location, please check the map on Tabelog as usual. My companion wanted to go to "Sanhachi Hanten," so I decided to visit the restaurant after a long time. Upon arrival, I parked the car in the front parking lot and entered the restaurant. We sat at a table and looked at the menu behind the partition. In the past, I would have ordered the "Shioaji Hama Champon," but this time I ordered the usual "Shio Ramen" and waited for it to be served. My companion ordered the "Ankake Yakisoba (medium)." The dishes arrived in about 4-5 minutes. The Shio Ramen looked quite simple. First, I tried the soup, which had a Chinese restaurant-like flavor with a slightly rich taste and a high salt content. Next, the noodles were medium-thick, yellow, curly Sapporo noodles with a high water content. Lastly, the toppings included a large slice of chashu, menma, nori, half-boiled egg, and plenty of chopped green onions. This restaurant also offers takeout, so I would like to try their Chinese and yakisoba dishes for takeout next time.

The Champon was light with a strong fish broth flavor and had a whole squid in it, with a generous portion. It was perfect for curing a hangover. It was a dish packed with the seafood bounty of Hokkaido. The order came out quickly, so I felt like the turnover rate must be good. The taste was gentle and comforting.

The noren and sign say "Hamachanpon," but most people are eating ankake yakisoba. I arrived around 11:30 and the place was packed. I barely got a seat, and the next customers had to wait. I ordered the ankake yakisoba. It was topped with plenty of sauce and very filling, with lots of cabbage. It was delicious, but the portion was big so I added vinegar and mustard halfway through to keep enjoying it until the end. Thank you for the meal.

I wandered around my hometown of Sapporo, in the Higashi-ku district, after a long time. For lunch, I chose this place known for its large ankake yakisoba. It's been a while. Nothing has changed. [Order Details] Ankake yakisoba, fried rice set. The taste and portion size haven't changed, and it made me happy. It was a satisfying lunch.

I visited for the first time in about 8 years. I came to try the Katsu Curry that I had been curious about for a long time, priced at 950 yen. When I arrived at the opening time of 11:00, there were already many customers. I ordered the Katsu Curry without hesitation. It was served quickly without much waiting. It came with a hot Chinese soup. The cup was also hot, making it hard to hold. The katsu wasn't very thick, but it was crispy. I like the heavy type of curry roux. It has a strong garlic flavor and contains meat and onions. It's not spicy, but it's delicious. The rice was freshly cooked and firm, with a satisfying portion that filled me up. Next time, I want to try the Seafood Thickened Yakisoba that I haven't tried yet. (July 2022)

I visited a ramen or champon restaurant in Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo for the first time during lunch on a weekday. The nearby favorite restaurant was crowded, so I decided to try this place. The parking lot was quite large, but almost full. I was able to find a seat quickly as it was not too crowded inside. The staff were loud and the atmosphere was lively. Many people were eating an an-kake dish, but I ordered the katsu curry. The katsu was large and tasty, with a good balance of meat and breading. The curry had chunks of onions and pork, and had a rich and slightly spicy flavor. It would have been even better with carrots or potatoes added. Overall, it was a delicious curry with a good portion size. I would like to visit again to try the an-kake dish. Thank you for the meal!

Pork dumpling set meal for 900 yen. Handmade pork dumplings x3, mini yakisoba with sauce, soup, and rice. I asked for no rice. Today's yakisoba was overcooked...too burnt and sour. The portion size was just right.

Today is the first day of my two-day weekend in Sapporo, where it's raining and cold. I can't wear my new polo shirt that I just bought. My plan for today is to oversee the cleaning of the pipes in my vacant family apartment, which I have to do every two years to avoid liability in case of clogging. After that, I'll grab a bento from the local co-op for lunch. Instead of dealing with the long lines at the senior co-op, I decided to try the pork ramen at Sanhachi Restaurant, which turned out to be a good choice. The ramen was flavorful and filling, with plenty of pork, vegetables, and noodles. The boiled egg was delicious, and the bean sprouts were fresh and crunchy. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal.
