みやことわか
The deliciousness of the cake is authentic. This is my third visit on November 3, 2016. Good evening. The cake is really delicious, so I will talk about it soon. I think it's amazing. However, the lack of ratings may be due to the fact that the dining environment is a bit messy for enjoying the cake fully, and because it is located somewhat far from the city center, it may not be convenient for takeout... and the service is a bit unusual as you have to ring a bell to get attention. You can see similar comments in reviews as well. But the cake is really delicious, and it is completely different from Shatorize, with a unique and delicious taste that deserves to be more widely known. It may just be a good match for me, as I didn't feel unwell after eating it (I have been feeling unwell recently with foods containing additives, oil, or eggs). It's a truly delicious and authentic cake, truly fitting for a Gâteau Kingdom, and I think the pastry chefs are good people even though they may not be used to customer service yet. Red tea and apple gâteau are truly an adult gâteau. A slightly bitter taste of autumn. I want to describe it, but there are so many flavor elements and layers that it's difficult to explain. However, the slightly bitter red tea-infused cream on the inside has a strong presence, and the mousse, although abundant, is relatively light, making it enjoyable no matter where you start eating it... I was enjoying it, but it was so technical that I honestly didn't understand it well! It was a gâteau like a high-class and finicky lady. It was difficult~ There is value in trying it again (although I feel like eating something else while saying that, haha). Gâteau Chocolat was my first time experiencing such a rich, dense, and moist chocolate gâteau, with a good balance of sweetness and a strong finish. It's heavy but with a moderate sweetness, making it easy to eat, a perfect balance. It's a great deal at 370 yen. You can eat it leisurely like a noblewoman. The fluffy whipped cream with a milky taste adds a mild touch. It's simple but you can keep eating it forever. The whipped cream, mousse, chiffon sponge are light. The chocolate and caramel give a dense impression. I also tried the pumpkin cake before, and it had a strong pumpkin flavor, giving off a "This is a vegetable. It's a veggie cake" vibe. My phone was broken so I didn't have photos, but this distinctiveness, highlighting the essence of the cake, seems to be a strong point. As a fan of the original, I appreciate their commitment to faithfully and deliciously representing that essence. I already want to go back. Thank you for the meal (Christmas cake). ------------------------------------------- Yes. It was delicious. It's a patisserie inside the hotel that is limited to hotel guests. As you approach, there is a nice aroma, and when you look at the showcase, you'll see quite sophisticated cakes... (later, when I compared them to the cakes in the shop, the shop cakes also looked delicious, but the high-class and handmade feeling was different). After much indecision, I chose Mont Blanc. My mother chose Gâteau Tamanegi. They only come when you ring the bell, which means you can freely watch the kitchen and freely choose the cake. The ultimate. I ate in the hotel. When I ordered, they gave me a spoon. Yatta, there are too many relaxing spaces in the hotel. Now, the Mont Blanc, which is said to be a masterpiece of our store. It's quite large for 370 yen, and quite large for a hotel cake. Truly Shatorize quality? I take a bite. ?! Wow, what is this, it's delicious!!! It's delicious!! Wow, it's so delicious! It's delicious!!! It's really authentic! First, the rich chestnut cream. It's really rich. It's not the fluffy plant-based whipped cream, it's a proper "rich" cream. Amazing. The cream inside is more flavorful than whipped cream and closer to custard... I don't know, but it seems like a pastry chef's creation, like a crème pâtissière or diplomat, maybe. I'm not very knowledgeable, and I haven't eaten such a solid one before... And the chestnut confit on top and inside, the filling, has a ==========
