It was a sudden hospitalization, but I was discharged unexpectedly two weeks ago. This time, the hospitalization was supposed to be short-term, about a month, but I was discharged after about 20 days. Even after discharge, I have been going for outpatient visits almost every weekday. It has been two weeks since my discharge, and I have completed replying to comments on reviews. I am gradually able to resume responding to comments from everyone's reviews. I am grateful for the many likes on the reviews posted during my hospitalization. Your support has been a great encouragement for my recovery. I have a planned hospitalization later this year, but the timing is uncertain due to the current situation. Thank you for your continued support.【February 2021】After returning home from the hospital, I immediately headed to department stores like Mitsukoshi Sapporo. I was quite busy while in the hospital bed. (laughs) But I was quite tired, so I lay down for a while after returning home. When I turned on my computer for the first time in three weeks, I found a mountain of emails. From Tabelog, I received notifications about "deleting registered reviews of stores" and "Reviewer Award 2021 Bronze Award." I had given up on the award in 2020 because I was hospitalized for two full months. It was a pleasant surprise to receive the award for the second consecutive year. I am grateful for everyone's support. It was a sudden hospitalization, but I was discharged unexpectedly a week ago. It is impressive that it has been around for 63 years in Hokkaido, where the culture of flour-based foods is not as prevalent. I have been curious about this store for some time. I visited the store for the first time after lunch with my usual companion. This store is located in the Kikusuizu area of Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo, near the Sapporo Kikusuizu Kita Post Office. Please check the exact location of the store on Tabelog. I visited in the early afternoon on a weekday. There was one customer before us, and the customer after us placed an order over the phone. The store has a few table seats. There are five types of "oyaki" available, priced at 100 yen and 130 yen including tax. I ordered one each of "an," "cream," and "hamburger." I was informed that the "hamburger" would take some time to cook, so I agreed. When asked if I came by car or on foot, I answered "by car." I was instructed to wait in the car until the order was ready. I was given a "buzzing device" commonly seen in food courts. After waiting for 17 minutes, the buzzer went off. My usual companion went to pick up the order. All three were freshly baked and hot, but I only had the "an" in the car. The remaining two were enjoyed as a snack at home with coffee. ■Oyaki The dough has a delicious flavor and doesn't become too hard even when it cools down. The "an" filling has just the right amount of sweetness. Price: 100 yen (including tax) Cream Weight: Actual measurement 112g (after removing the packaging) Smooth cream Price: 100 yen (including tax) Hamburger Weight: Actual measurement 113g (after removing the packaging) A "hamburger" oyaki with a reasonably meaty filling. The surface of the hamburger has a sauce similar to demi-glace. Price: 130 yen (including tax) It is a reasonably priced and easily accessible "oyaki." The freshly baked hot oyaki tastes delicious. In the sub-zero temperatures of Sapporo during the day, it tastes even better. When I got home, they had naturally cooled down, but the dough was not too hard. It's a pity that it's not closer to my house. If it were nearby, I would definitely visit more often. I hope this store continues to thrive. Next time, I think I'll try "an" and "mayonnaise." Thank you for the delicious meal.
