Takikawa City's bar district. I met up with my senior biker friend after about a year and we went to a shop he frequents. They have a wide variety of beers from around the world, not just domestic ones. I tried a British pale ale beer, but honestly, I have no idea about the brewing process they were talking about. My impression after drinking it was that it had a strong hop flavor (awkward smile). I tried another one, a Belgian Newton green apple beer with an alcohol content of 3.5%. It was more like a cider than a beer, very sweet and easy to drink. My friend was drinking a beer called Adam and Eve, which I learned was actually a malt-based beverage. It used to be called "miscellaneous liquor" before the term "malt-based beverage" was used. I've gained some trivia knowledge! Well, I'm starting to feel a bit tipsy now. But this isn't the end. We're moving to the shop I wanted to visit the most on this business trip. Bon appétit!
