I wanted to go to a bakery in Higashi-Sapporo, but it was closed on the day I visited. So, I decided to try this bagel shop instead. When I arrived in the afternoon, some items were already sold out. They had 9 types of bagels and 3 types of muffins left, so I bought one of each. I tried the "Cream Cheese Black Pepper" bagel (270 yen), which had a chewy texture with a smooth cream cheese and plenty of coarsely ground black pepper. It had a sophisticated taste that seemed to go well with wine. I also tried the "Chocolate Muffin" (270 yen), which was moist and crumbly when bitten into. It was quite dry, so you'll need a drink with it. The bagels are made with local wheat and natural yeast. If I have the chance, I'd like to try a different flavor of bagel next time. Thank you, Azui!

I had been curious about this place for a while, but it was already closed when I visited last time, so this is my first visit. There is a parking lot for two cars behind the store, but it is not very spacious. Inside the store, there is a wide variety of bagels lined up, and there were also four types of scones. The bagels had a chewy texture with plenty of raisins, and they were delicious. The scones were crispy, and you have to be careful not to spill them everywhere (laughs), but they were quite filling. I had them with coffee, and they tasted great. Thank you for the meal.

This is my second visit. I came back to buy the bagels again because I loved the chewy texture last time. This month's bagel flavor is Keema Curry, which sounds perfect for me! I bought the following two items to take home: Keema Curry Bagel (tax included 290 yen) and Earl Grey Caramel and Nut Scone (tax included 280 yen). The main item was the bagel, but they also sell various scones on the right side of the store. I always end up buying scones too because they look so delicious. - Keema Curry Bagel: There was Keema Curry stuffed inside part of the outer dough. It was more filled than I expected. The bagel part also had the usual chewy texture of Azee Bagel. Buying this month's bagel was the right choice. It was delicious. - Earl Grey Caramel and Nut Scone: The scone had a crumbly texture, which was nice. The flavor was not too sweet because it had Earl Grey tea leaves mixed in. The sweet and bitter taste of caramel was also a nice accent. Once again, I was satisfied with the deliciousness. I had it for breakfast with yogurt. Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to order some bread to take home in Higashi Sapporo, so I explored nearby bakeries. I had previously visited Junjou Serenade, but this time I wanted to try a different shop, so I came across Azee Bagel and decided to stop by. It's a shop that mainly deals with bagels. There were various bagels lined up on the table, including plain ones, savory ones, and sweet ones, making it difficult to choose. Since it was my first time ordering, I decided to go with the classic plain bagel. I also ordered scones and a brownie.
- Plain Bagel ¥200
The plain bagel was incredibly chewy! While it wasn't crunchy, the chewy texture was close to a hard bread. It had a great bite, and I felt like I had used my jaw quite a bit after eating it. The simple flavor was enjoyable, and I could taste the wheat directly in this delicious bagel.
- Salted Chocolate Scone ¥260
- Earl Grey and Caramel Scone ¥260
The salted chocolate scone had chocolate mixed in, with rock salt sprinkled on top. The perfect amount of salt enhanced the deep sweetness, making it delicious. The Earl Grey and caramel scone had plenty of Earl Grey tea leaves and the combination of tea and caramel worked well. The scone had a grainy texture, probably from whole wheat or oatmeal, which I personally enjoyed.
- White Chocolate and Strawberry Brownie ¥320
The brownie was slightly small in size, but the sweet and sourness of the strawberry combined with the richness of white chocolate made it a tasty treat. I was very satisfied. Especially with the bagel! It's not the type of bread I usually eat, but I was thoroughly satisfied. I'm curious about the other flavors of bagels. However, the chewy texture may be challenging for those with weak jaws. Thank you for the meal.

I had no plans to come at all, but by chance, I happened to pass by the front of the store just 10 minutes before opening. This timing is perfect! The sun was warm and shining, and although I don't like waiting in line, I decided to line up. One person was at the checkout while another person entered the store and thought about what to order, following the "with corona" style. Japanese people are truly amazing. They create rules and follow them properly. In times like this, I'm glad to be Japanese. Yes. After about 10 minutes, it was our turn. Since my daughter has an egg allergy, I confirmed which items contained eggs. Among today's lineup, only the Mocha had eggs. So, I ordered two cream cheese cinnamon bagels, keema curry, fig and walnut, and apple cinnamon. The outside of the bagel was extremely hard. It was quite a struggle to cut it with a knife. However, the inside was chewy. The cream cheese one was especially delicious. It had a candied walnut on top, which added a nice fragrance. Spreading cream cheese on the bagel and slowly eating it was a luxurious experience. The keema curry was spicy. It left a lingering taste of adult flavors. The fig and walnut had a good texture. It might be even better with more filling. The apple one was more like a jam. The three of us finished five bagels in no time. I want to eat the cream cheese cinnamon bagel again, so next time, I'll line up 5 minutes earlier. Knowing that I can endure waiting in line for delicious food, I realized٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

I was obsessed with bagels for a while and used to visit this place every Thursday. Why Thursdays? Because back when Aeon was still Daiei, I would always stop by here after visiting the Thursday market. I purchased: Whole wheat walnut bagel @220 yen, Salt chocolate scone @240 yen, Christmas bagel @300 yen, Salt olive oil bagel @220 yen. The best time to visit is around noon. I'm not sure about recent times, but they tend to run out of items by 1 pm. The limited edition Christmas bagel is stylish. They advised to remove the star anise before eating. I love the scent, so I sniffed it to my heart's content before eating. The bagel coated with white chocolate predictably had chocolate flakes falling off when eaten. It became easier to eat after warming the knife slightly to cut it, and I ended up giving half to my daughter. It was quite sweet, so half was enough for me. The scones were for my daughter's snack. I freeze the walnut and salt olive bagels. I will take them to work frozen in my bag and heat them lightly for lunch. What I like about bagels is that the more you chew, the more flavor you enjoy. They last longer when frozen, don't lose their shape, and are easy to carry. If it had been a cream puff, I couldn't just toss it in my bag. Although I didn't buy it this time, the plain bagel is highly recommended. I enjoy the simple and subtle sweetness of wheat by chewing slowly. I have become a big fan of bagels by savoring them. Thank you for the meal.

I'm checking Google Maps to see if the restaurant is closed, phew it's still open! The cherry almond cream is a good balance of sweet and sour, I like it. The cheese and anchovy bake has crispy cheese with a strong anchovy flavor, a great snack. The kinako sweet potato scone has bits of beans in it, not too many which is good. Might not be enough for bean lovers, and you can't really taste the kinako. The cranberry coconut dry has cranberries and coconut in the dough, giving it a nice texture. The black olive is==========

3-chome, Higashi-Sapporo, Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo City. Located on the north side of Minami-goyo Street, facing south. Just a short walk from Higashi-Sapporo Station on the subway. I visited this place after reading good reviews about it on Mairevi. The small shop was filled with a variety of bagels. I had only tried plain bagels during their trend, and occasionally had bagel sandwiches with vegetables or ham. The atmosphere inside the shop gave the impression that there were many regular customers. Many people were buying reserved items. Unsure of what to get, I ended up purchasing a cheese bagel and a rum raisin bagel, as I love rum raisins. The bagels here are twisted and knotted, unlike the typical donut-like ones with a hole in the center. They were dense and chewy, with a gradually increasing sweetness as you chew, along with a subtle wheat flavor. Delicious. The cheese bagel, in particular, had tasty cheese in it, like biting into soft hard cheese. I'm sure they would taste great with any filling, and toasting them lightly would make them even better. I like these kinds of specialty shops. I'll definitely be coming back many times. Thank you for the meal. By the way, I wonder what "Asie" means?

A bagel shop near the Subway Higashi-Sapporo Station, but unfortunately they were sold out of bagels. I got a brownie and a raisin scone for 500 yen in total, with change. Both were pretty big. The brownie had a good volume but had uneven baking and lacked a strong flavor. The scone, with raisins, was firm but crumbly and quite tasty. It was reasonably priced. The scone was actually quite delicious. I definitely want to try their bagels next time.

I had some business at the Aeon in Higashi Sapporo and while wandering around, I came across a stylish looking cafe that I had saved before. The interior of the cafe had a stylish vibe with muffins and scones displayed. I purchased a Cranberry and Walnut Bagel, a Berry and Cheese Muffin, and an Earl Grey Scone for a total of 820 yen, cash only. I have a habit of trying one of each type when visiting a new cafe. The bagel had a firm and slightly chewy texture, with a good balance of cranberry and walnut flavors. It would be great for breakfast due to its substantial texture. The muffin had a generous amount of berries and cheese on top, and a moist texture. It was quite large and had a good balance of flavors. The scone was the most surprising, as it was the best I've ever had. It was moist, not too dry, and had a perfect texture. The Earl Grey flavor was my favorite, and it paired well with the scone. Overall, the cafe offered good value for the quality and taste of the baked goods. I would recommend trying the scone and muffin. I look forward to visiting again to try other flavors. Thank you for the meal!

I found this shop when I went to play at Lasola. The small shop is visible from outside and looks delicious. Before I knew it, I had walked in. I had no idea this place was here. The interior is simple. Oh, the trays they use for displaying the products are baskets! How stylish. I entered about two hours before closing time, and everyone's favorite bagels were already sold out. What was left were scones and muffins. I chose the salted chocolate scone. Chocolate scones are common, but with salt...?! I got home and quickly microwaved it, then put it in the oven. The texture is crunchy! The scone is large in size, and it already has a good volume, but there's a lot of chocolate in it too! It's not just sweet, the salt adds an accent, and as you eat more, it becomes addictive. However, I personally prefer a slightly moister dough, so I might not repeat this. Next time, I want to try the bagels. (^-^)

A shop located right outside the station in Higashi-Sapporo. They specialize in bagels and baked goods made with Hokkaido wheat and natural yeast. The shop has a small display with a variety of bagels, scones, muffins, and more. I particularly like their bagels because they are soft and cute in shape. I purchased the whole wheat walnut bagel, plain bagel, tomato basil bagel, salted chocolate scone, and earl grey caramel nut scone. The scones were crispy and had a perfect balance of sweetness. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos...

I used to visit this bakery often about 10 years ago when I lived in Sapporo. It was a small and stylish shop where a woman worked hard to make and serve the food. I was always impressed by the scene. Sometimes, I would go to the shop but they had already sold out of bagels, as it was a popular spot. This shop introduced me to the deliciousness of bagels. I really want to go back there again! ^^
