I decided to go after all. It's a summer tradition to ponder which beer garden to visit. As I headed towards Nayaho, I caught a whiff of Genghis Khan. I had to go! It was still early, so I went back home to drop off my things before taking public transportation to get there. I arrived a bit early for dinner, so it wasn't too crowded. The all-you-can-eat and drink menu with à la carte options was amazing! I ordered a beer and it arrived within a minute. The meat kept coming, and I particularly liked the chicken - tender and flavorful. Of course, the lamb was delicious too. The pork had a nice flavor as well. There was no rice, but they had sesame rice balls, which I ordered. My friend and I probably ate about 3-4 servings of meat each. After enjoying the meat, we indulged in the à la carte options - kimchi, edamame, potatoes, cold noodles, pickles, sausages, vanilla ice cream... we had a couple of servings of each. I had about 3 beers and 3 lemon sours. I could probably eat more if I was in better shape... a strange boast. I didn't take many photos, but I definitely want to visit this beer garden again this year. It wasn't too noisy, so we could enjoy our meal in peace. The fact that the restroom was clean was a big plus! Thank you for the meal.

I had Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) for lunch as the weather was expected to be 32 degrees. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink option was great. Eating Genghis Khan and drinking beer while complaining about the heat was the best. Ordering through a tablet made it stress-free as the items arrived quickly. The only downside was that it was hard to get through when making a reservation over the phone, but with determination, we can make it work.

I made a reservation at Sapporo Beer Garden for dinner. It's easy to get there by bus, but having a car is more convenient and the parking is free, so I thought it would be good to go by car this time. It's a seasonal beer garden! Tokyo beer gardens are too hot for me, but it's comfortable at 20 degrees in Sapporo. And the authentic Sapporo beer. The place is big, but it was full on this day, so I'm glad I made a reservation. I decided not to go for the all-you-can-eat option and ordered a la carte. The Five Star beer, exclusive to the beer garden, was delicious. I got a free ice cream with a coupon. It looks simple, but it's real ice cream (not ice milk or lacto ice cream) and delicious, as expected from Hokkaido. The light-up was beautiful, and I'm glad I chose this place. I'm full! I only had two beers and the bill came to 15,960 yen for 5 people. I used a Smile coupon and got a 6,000 yen discount from that.

After finishing work, I arrived at the reserved Sapporo Beer Terrace and ordered the all-you-can-drink plan with a side of lamb tan. I was happy to see that the summer pilsner was included in the all-you-can-drink option! The first drink after work is always special! The lamb tan had a crunchy texture and a strong lamb flavor, making it a great accompaniment to the summer pilsner! I enjoyed Ebisu Premium Black and Sapporo Classic, and continued to drink the summer pilsner until the all-you-can-drink session ended. Under the hot summer evening sky, I savored the delicious beers at the beer garden!

After watching a movie with my child, we felt like having beer and Genghis Khan, so we came to this restaurant by taxi. The beer is excellent, served in a mug instead of a plastic cup. All-you-can-eat and drink for 4800 yen, including lamb Genghis Khan, beef kalbi, and a la carte dishes. The Genghis Khan is incredibly delicious. The a la carte dishes were also a nice break between bites. I can't wait for the pandemic to end so we can enjoy eating and drinking freely again.

I chose the course that includes all-you-can-eat Genghis Khan, beef kalbi, and a la carte with all-you-can-drink for 4800 yen (tax included). It was only 300 yen more than the all-you-can-eat and drink lamb Genghis Khan for 4500 yen, so I decided to go with this one. The a la carte menu includes edamame, green salad, croquette, sausages, onigiri, ice cream, and more. They also have a variety of classic, Ebisu Black, limited edition Summer Pils, and various sours for drinks. I made a reservation this time because it was too crowded last time and we couldn't get in. If you want a table with a roof, you might not be able to get one if you try to reserve on the same day. The a la carte dishes are served in small portions, making it easy to order, such as one sausage per serving. The ice cream was delicious!

I went to the Sapporo Beer Garden at 3 pm on Sunday. Yesterday I had plenty of beer, but the perfect way to end a day in Sapporo is with Genghis Khan (grilled mutton). In this early summer season, I wanted to enjoy it outdoors, so I opted for the all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat beer terrace. The beers available were Sapporo Classic, Ebisu Premium Black, and Summer Pils (a limited edition beer for the 55th anniversary of the beer garden). For Genghis Khan, Classic is the best choice, but I started with the Summer Pils (since it's only available here). It was more refreshing and easier to drink than the Edel Pils I had yesterday. The weather was nice, but the strong wind kept blowing away the menu and chopsticks, giving a true outdoor dining experience. Despite that, the strong heat quickly cooked the meat, and in just over an hour, I had 6 plates of meat, 2 plates of vegetables, and around 6 beers. On the way back, the flight encountered bad weather, and I was stuck in my seat for over 30 minutes, unable to go to the restroom.

I went to a beer garden alone. I went for the Five Star beer. There were no indoor seats, so I sat in the garden. The beer is delicious.

The menu consists of Genghis Khan (Mongolian barbecue) and beer only! Non-alcoholic beer is available, but the beer is definitely more delicious. There are outdoor seats as well, but this time we sat indoors. It was crowded with people, so you probably won't get in without a reservation. We waited for about 30 minutes to get in. Genghis Khan includes meat, cabbage, and bean sprouts. It's especially a battle with the cabbage. Yes, I think people who like it, really like it.

I had a great time. I enjoyed Genghis Khan at various places in the facility, but the outdoor terrace in the summer was the best. When foreign friends come, they will definitely be pleased. All-you-can-eat is good, but since it's Sapporo, if you want to eat something else, you can enjoy beer and delicious dishes even as a single item.

When it comes to Sapporo, you think of the Beer Garden and Genghis Khan. The Sapporo Beer Garden is conveniently accessible from Sapporo Station North Exit by direct bus. This time, I enjoyed an all-you-can-eat Genghis Khan and all-you-can-drink beer course with my work colleagues. The Hokkaido-style Genghis Khan hot pot with plenty of bean sprouts, topped with lamb meat, and eaten with a sweet and savory sauce, was just like a picture-perfect Genghis Khan. The lamb meat was slightly thickly sliced and had a strong flavor, but it was just right. Don't expect something refined like no gamey taste or tenderness when it comes to Hokkaido. While I may not want to eat it every day, this is truly a treat for Hokkaido locals. It was delicious when paired with a slightly carbonated beer. Thank you for the meal.

See you next year~ I received a closing coupon from Sapporo Beer Garden this time, so the all-you-can-eat and drink deal is now 3,240 yen instead of 4,104 yen. This might be the last time to eat outdoors this season. I will have the usual Genghis Khan and Black Label beer♪ It's getting colder and colder, but I will eat and drink to my heart's content! It's dangerous at night though... I might catch a cold (^-^; The good thing is that there's no smell outdoors, so it's nice~ Let's meet again next early summer (lol)
