When I went to Izumi-kyo, I had planned to visit this bakery as well. It is associated with "Harmony" but has a separate name, so I am posting here. The bread I chose this time was the "Pineapple Bread (around ¥400)" and the "Apple Pie (around ¥400)". I also bought the weekend-only "Ground Pork Frank (¥432)". The pork frank costs ¥432 for takeout and ¥440 for eat-in. The pork frank is thick and long, with a hot and juicy filling that is enhanced by a spicy pepper flavor. The next morning, I had the pineapple bread for breakfast. After baking it in the oven for 2 minutes, the outside was warm, and another 2 minutes gave it a perfect crispy texture. However, the pineapple flavor was a bit faint, possibly due to overbaking. The custard cream under the pineapple was not too rich, complementing the bread well. I'll have to visit "Harmony" another time, maybe I'll try "Ensemble" next (laughs). Thank you for the meal.

When I visited Mori no Yuni, I found these pastries at the reception. There was a Petit Pan Orange, a mini milk bread with a refreshing orange flavor. I couldn't stop eating it. There was also an Endo Anpan, with a generous amount of sweet bean paste at the bottom. And a Plenty of Five-Color Beans Bread, which is quite substantial for one person. If you like bean paste or bean bread, you'll enjoy these pastries.

Last night, I was drinking until this morning. I've been up early this morning, but I'll be out late again. I have to work early tomorrow morning. Newlyweds, job change, apprentice, low pay, wasteful spending... Know your limits! There are plenty of respectable people around you who can give you guidance, but you pretend to be serious and deceive them, so the quality is poor. Now, let's have some fun♪ The destination is Chitose Chicken. I stopped by a bakery on the way. It's a good time to visit, so the shelves are full of bread. It's nice to have a wide selection. Let's buy whatever we want. About 10 or so? It's not a waste since there are 4 of us. We'll eat about 1/3 on the terrace. It's nice to have a terrace seat since it's lightly raining. It would be even better if the neighboring cafe was open. Why aren't they open on Sunday before noon? The bakery doesn't have any customers either. It seems tough to run a business. The food is delicious though. I especially recommend the thin apple pie and mini Danish. It would have been perfect on a sunny day.

After visiting Iwatsuka Seika and purchasing a large amount of rice crackers, I headed to "Michi no Eki Salmon Park Chitose" nearby. A reviewer named kimumiyu described it as a "lovely bakery in the woods." They also mentioned that the bakery's products are available at the "Michi no Eki" store, so I decided to check it out. I found it there. Although there was no specific directive from my family for bread, I bought one of my favorite, a "Cream Pan" for 150 yen. When I got home, I shared it with my daughter. The bread was fluffy and delicious. The vanilla flavor wasn't too strong. I wish there was a bit more cream, but considering the reasonable price, it was good. I would like to explore Chitose more and visit this lovely bakery in the woods someday.

In August 2016, I visited a bakery on the premises of Ensemble and bought the following breads: - Hokkaido Milk Cream Bread for 160 yen, made with Hokkaido cream which is sweet and white. - Cheese Cheese for 220 yen, a cheesy bread with a light taste, so I added margarine. Both breads were fluffy and available for eating in after purchasing. They also sell sausages and pottery baked in the kiln on-site. I also visited a bakery called Hanacha on the way back from Ensemble and Café Harmony in May 2013. I had previously tried their soft serve ice cream at Ensemble and found it delicious. This time, I bought bread for the first time and was surprised by the variety available. Despite the lack of staff or customers, the place was well-stocked with tasty bread. I ended up buying various breads like Petit Danish, Cream Horn, Brownie Pie, Custard Cream Sandwich, Soft Camembert, Fromage Blanc, and Chocolate Ring. The breads were mostly light and not too sweet, except for the Brownie Pie which lacked flavor. Overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Yesterday, I drank too much and woke up with a bad hangover. I had planned to go to work but ended up giving up. Today, I was looking forward to relaxing at home, but then my brother's family showed up with their energetic kids and a Golden Retriever. Despite feeling even more tired, they brought me some pastries as a gift, so I'll take it as a positive! The pastries were from Boulangerie Lyon d'Or, a place I often see on the way but have never visited. I tried the Bacon Cheese Soft bread they brought, which was not too sweet and quite enjoyable. Although I only tried that one, they also brought several other kinds. Overall, the taste was decent and I appreciate the gesture. I realized I haven't been eating much bread lately, so I might start exploring more delicious bakeries. It was a tasty treat! Thank you for the meal!

Located on the premises of the French restaurant "Ensemble," this bakery uses local wheat to make their bread. It is situated next to "Cafe Harmony." Their signature item is the Apple Lyon d'Or (230 yen), a bread made with a whole baked apple and plenty of custard cream inside. The weight of the bread is substantial and it looks just like an apple. The Chocolate Mousse (150 yen) has a chocolate coating on the outside and plenty of whipped cream inside. The Bacon Cheese bread was surprisingly fluffy and easy to eat. The bakery offers a variety of bread options in a small space, all of which look delicious and make it hard to choose just one. The fact that the prices are reasonable despite the intricate craftsmanship is also a plus. It has become a regular routine for our family to buy bread here after enjoying a meal at the French restaurant.

I checked the food log and found out that the bakery I wanted to go to was closed on that day. I searched for another bakery and ended up going there. There were various types of bread, including some unique ones like wasabi Danish and yogurt anpan. I bought a pumpkin bread and a pumpkin cinnamon roll, but I forgot the names of the products. The taste was good, but the bread was a bit dry. My friend tried the meat sauce bread and said it tasted old. I later found out that they also sell their products at the local roadside station. It was a delicious meal.

I visited the Onsen Mori no Yu located along Route 274 on November 27, 2017. This onsen is one of my favorites, known for its hot springs that make your skin beautiful and its lovely view from the outdoor bath. It can get crowded, but the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. They also sell fresh vegetables and bread, including spicy wiener and potato calzone from the bakery at the Ensemble restaurant in Chitose. The spicy wiener has a salami-like texture and is delicious, with plenty of coarse-ground pepper in the bread dough. The potato calzone is filled with mashed potatoes and cheese. It was a delicious meal!

I bought it at the Chitose Salmon Park Michi-no-Eki♪ The Michi-no-Eki seems to have been renovated in recent years, and the facilities are impressive and new! It was a weekend, so the Michi-no-Eki was very crowded, with a security guard at the entrance to the parking lot regulating entry...! After waiting for a while, we were finally able to park our car (though it seemed like we might have to walk a bit, as there seemed to be a "temporary parking lot" in another location). "Bakery Lyon d'Or" I saw kimumiyu's review and I would like to visit the shop someday, but it seemed to be in the outskirts of Chitose City, so I relied on the information that they sell it at the Michi-no-Eki here. I went around noon and confirmed that there were many breads lined up, and took some photos. When I thought about buying them on the way back, after buying vegetables directly from the farmers and having lunch and looking around at other places, around 3 o'clock, I was surprised! The bread had greatly diminished~. Each bread is packaged in a bag and sold. In places like this, this is more hygienic and nice^^ I found something interesting among the remaining breads☆ Coffee Rum Raisin I think it was around 150 yen or 160 yen. I like this kind of coffee-flavored bread, and I also love rum raisins! But it was the first time I had seen this combination in "bread"♪ I thought it was a bread with coffee cream and rum raisin cream sandwiched inside, but it's different. It's a bread with coffee-flavored dough and rum raisin cream sandwiched inside. The dough is soft and fluffy, a fluffy bread^^ The shop, as seen in the photos, was a lovely place surrounded by greenery like a forest^^ I would definitely like to visit the shop next time☆

This is Chitose on a weekday. Yes, it's a weekday so Chitose's Nightingale must be working, right? That's why I didn't contact you, so please don't be mad. Even though he's called Nightingale, he looks and acts like an old man, so please be kind to him. Speaking of which, what's this about? After eating ramen, I decided to stop by the roadside station. It's my first time since it was rebuilt. Even though it's a weekday, the parking lot is quite full, just like Ebetsu. I love the "Awakening of the Incas", but surprisingly, the first time I saw, bought, and tasted it, I was amazed by the deliciousness and sweetness was at the old roadside station before it was rebuilt. "Awakening of the Incas" wasn't available today. This roadside station is impressive with a food court, but for some reason, I didn't feel moved. They even have a bakery. Amazing, but I won't be using it (sweat). I found a bakery and bought a "Sakuramochi Anpan". This bread is delicious. It's soft and moist with fine texture. I'm not a bread expert, so if it's soft and chewy, I'm happy. The red bean paste has a subtle cherry blossom flavor, not overpowering, but it's a tasty bread. It costs 170 yen. I might want to visit the bakery "Boulangerie Lyon D'or" next time.
