TKM (meatless) Regular (with oil and soy sauce sauce 750 yen) ★★★★ The noodles are thick straight noodles. The ingredients include raw egg and lemon. This time, I tried the limited edition "TKM (meatless)". The special sauce, which combines soy sauce sauce with aromatic oil, pairs well with the cold thick noodles, and the richness and sweetness of the soy sauce spread with the mellow taste of the raw egg, resulting in a simple yet addictive finish. The noodles are from Mineya Food Industry and have a firm texture with a good bounce. You can get a free large serving of noodles. Adding lemon halfway through gives a refreshing taste. You can enjoy different flavors by using the provided vinegar, chili oil, shichimi, and black pepper. Visited around 20:30. Wanted to try the Stamina Don set with the specialty garlic black soy sauce called "Men's Spirit Black Soy Sauce", but ended up ordering without garlic and in a small portion. Asked again, "Small portion?" The soup had a strong soy sauce flavor with back fat, surprisingly smooth without any sharp edges. The noodles were medium thick and chewy, balanced well with the soup. Stir-fried cabbage and bean sprouts in soy sauce were crunchy. Thinly sliced pork belly with soy sauce was unique and delicious, different from the usual chashu. The Stamina Don also used the same pork belly and paired well with mayonnaise. Sprinkling some shichimi made it even tastier. The customers were of various ages but mostly men. Despite lacking the "spirit", it was incredibly delicious.

After finishing a qualification exam, I went to a restaurant that I had been curious about. I wanted to order the Man's Spirit Black Soy Sauce, but then I saw they had a Danjiri Mix, so I decided to order that instead. It looked like a Jiro-style ramen with a lot of vegetables, especially cabbage, totaling 500g. It was very filling and satisfying. The soup had a strong flavor of garlic and soy sauce, which I think men would enjoy. I ordered a large portion of noodles, but I found that they were not as thick as I had hoped, so the dish lacked a bit of punch. Personally, I enjoyed the meal, but I felt that there was not enough chashu-like meat and the noodles were a bit on the thinner side. However, they have a wide variety of menu options and the location in Teramachi is convenient, so I would like to visit again.

I have been to the shops at the Imazato subway station before, but this was my first visit to this store. Among ramen varieties, I like shoyu ramen the most, so today I ordered the Men's Spirit Black Ramen. I opted for no garlic. The ramen had vegetables in it and was very delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I arrived around 11:10 and there were 4 customers ahead of me. I signed the register and waited to be seated. I ordered the Men's Black Soy Sauce Ramen without the seasoned egg for 890 yen, and added extra green onions for 20 yen. The ramen arrived quickly, with thick hand-mixed noodles in a dark soy sauce soup similar to Toyama Black. The soup was not as salty as Toyama Black, but still flavorful. There was a good amount of pork fat, and the chewy noodles paired well with the crispy cabbage and two large slices of pork belly. I enjoyed the meal, but ended up leaving about 1cm of soup at the end due to the saltiness. It was a bit disappointing that despite there being available seats, they made me wait by having me sign the register at the entrance (perhaps due to COVID-19 precautions).

It was my first visit to this restaurant, and when I asked the staff for recommendations, they suggested the Black Soy Sauce Ramen. I ordered it, and the soup had a strong aroma of black soy sauce. The noodles were chewy and thick, and they paired well with the soup. The dish also had plenty of cabbage and bean sprouts, which helped reduce any guilt. Instead of chashu, it had slices of pork shabu-shabu, which soaked up the soup and tasted delicious. Personally, I preferred this over chashu. The large serving of noodles was free, and the total cost was 1050 yen, making it a great value for money. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The Maze Soba and Taiwanese Maze Soba also looked delicious, so I might try something different next time.

The other day when I went to Tenkaippin, I couldn't help but feel that the price increase was a bit too much despite understanding the rise in raw material costs. In such times, I felt the company's efforts here. The pitcher on the table had jasmine tea, but it was written that it would be water due to the rising costs, yet no one said anything about it. The spirit of hospitality is wonderful. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened, and I noticed that it has expanded to several locations over time, which is understandable. While I was eating, a man who seemed to be the president and employees called someone over. The president seemed passionate (I don't know him). I remember hearing the sound of drums, money, and flutes when I came here in the past, but this time it was not there, so maybe my memory is wrong. The staff used to be more energetic before, but maybe they stopped that kind of customer service now. I had the Taiwan-style mixed noodles with extra noodles and white rice. It cost 1,100 yen and I got change back. I felt that the cost performance at this time is amazing, maybe thanks to the Tenkaippin I visited the day before. Since this is not my living area, I cannot come here frequently, but when it comes to Teramachi, my favorites are the Chinese restaurant Koryu, the okonomiyaki restaurant Chiyo, and the ramen restaurant Wassyoi.

Men's Spirit Black Soy Sauce Ramen, Large Size, 810 yen (including tax 890 yen). I ordered without garlic due to various reasons. The serving time may be a bit long. The soup has a strong soy sauce flavor and the thick noodles go well with it. It has a taste that would go well with garlic. Next time, I want to try the mixed noodles or Taiwanese mixed noodles.

I went there because all the pictures looked really hearty. The photo is of course, you have to add extra meat to make it like that, haha. The meat is thin pork, not char siu. The garlic is not too strong, not super heavy! The bowl is delicious with mayo and such, but not a special taste enough to make me want to go back.

Lately, when it comes to ramen, I've been going to Uehou Rainbow a lot... (laughs) Today, I decided to go to Wasshoi for a change. I haven't tried their Thursday limited menu in a while, so I went for it. The June Thursday special is the Tonkotsu Abura Soba (pictured). It may look like a regular dish, but it's not. It may seem like just a mixed noodle dish, but Wasshoi has put some thought into it. The flavor is enhanced by the rich oil and garlic. It's really delicious. I ordered the Tonkotsu Abura Soba 250g with the LINE special bonus of extra meat. I resisted the temptation to order the fried chicken, and I'm glad I did. The 250g portion was quite filling. The flavor was excellent, with a perfect balance of tonkotsu, oil, and garlic. I finished every last bit. The extra meat included thick-sliced chashu and pork belly chashu, adding variety and making me very satisfied. I will definitely go back. Oh, and the June Thursday special ends today. Sorry about that... (laughs)

When it gets hot, I crave spicy food♪ For lunch on Tuesday, June 27th, I went to Menya Wassyoi in Terada-cho and had the "Manly Spirit Black Soy Sauce Ramen with a seasoned egg on top for 1050 yen. I ordered it three times spicier, and while the spiciness was good, it ended up being too salty. The noodles were thick and smooth, and there was plenty of cabbage stir-fry and pork belly which were delicious. The seasoned egg was perfectly half-cooked. As a bonus from the Ramen Circuit, I got free super thin-skinned dumplings which were tasty and added to the overall value. #OsakaGourmet #OsakaLunch

It's been 8 years already (┯_┯) I've been wanting to go there for a long time, but during lunch break, I only have 1 hour. The bus arrives at Hankyu 3rd Avenue, then it's a 1-hour round trip to my workplace in Honmachi. I just can't find the time to eat! I really want to go there, but it's impossible! I give up! Haha. So here is a nostalgic past review. I want to eat lots of vegetables. I want to eat "Men's Shoyu". I'm crying now (;∀;)

Arrived at the restaurant on Saturday at 1:00 PM and was seated immediately with no wait. I ordered 300g of Taiwan Mazesoba and 400g of Tsukemen. The Taiwan Mazesoba came with rice as well. Both dishes were incredibly delicious. Even as a woman, I finished the 300g of Taiwan Mazesoba in no time! We left by 1:30 PM, and there were about 3 groups waiting outside. The ramen also looked delicious, so I would like to come back again.

This time, I visited "Menya Wassyoi" in Ikuno Ward, Osaka City. The location is within walking distance from JR Loop Line Teradacho Station. It has been 7 years since my last visit. I ordered the "Maze Soba" with extra large serving of 400g for 930 yen (tax included). I was surprised that there was no additional charge for up to 400g. Even after 7 years, the taste remained delicious, and I was reminded of its addictive deliciousness. Next time, I would like to try the Taiwan-style Maze Soba. Thank you for the meal.

"Wasshoi Ramen" is located just a short walk from the north exit of JR Osaka Loop Line's Teradacho Station. It is a part of the "Wasshoi" group, which has a total of 7 branches including curry restaurants in Osaka. The clean interior of the restaurant has counter seats on the right and table seats on the left, accommodating up to 24 guests. Whether dining alone or with family, it is suitable for everyone. The restaurant operates continuously from 11:30 am to 11:00 pm, which is quite convenient. The menu is easy to understand with large photos, making it simple for first-time visitors to order. I ordered the B set "Men's Tonkotsu Tsukemen" (1040 yen tax included) with an additional "egg rice" (+170 yen). I asked for the garlic to be normal. The noodles range from 160 grams to 400 grams at the same price (I chose 300 grams). The dipping sauce is soy sauce-based with a strong garlic flavor, giving it a punch. The char siu has a nice sear on the surface. The noodles are chewy and well-coated with the sauce, making it delicious. It's a bold and garlicky "men's tsukemen!" kind of dish (laughs). I appreciate that they have "Jasmine & Ceylon tea" available instead of water, which helps reset your palate while eating garlicky ramen. The staff's service was also good, and I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.■ Business hours: 11:30 am to 11:00 pm■ Closed: No regular holidays

I tried the dipping noodles for the first time at this restaurant! I heard that you can adjust the amount of noodles for the same price, and the average for men is 250-350g, so I ordered 350g. You can also adjust the amount of garlic. The taste is a rich garlic flavor, but the soy sauce-based sauce is sweet and savory, so it doesn't get boring! The toppings of boiled egg, chashu, menma, seaweed, and naruto are delicious too! I even finished all the dipping sauce. I wish I had ordered 400g, it was so good. 😭

This month, I went to Wasshoi on a Thursday again. Lately, I haven't been able to go on any other day besides Thursday, so I guess it can't be helped (laughs). This month's Thursday special was the Kama Butter Miso Tsukemen, which won the LINE vote last month. I ordered the 250g Kama Butter Miso Tsukemen with extra meat, and some karaage. But here's the shocking part!! They are not serving the Umami Cheese topping anymore!! I was so shocked, I can't believe I won't be able to enjoy that taste again. Moving on, the Kama Butter was delicious, but I couldn't taste the miso much. I wonder if that's a good thing or if I should be able to taste it more. It's a dilemma, isn't it? (laughs) I think it would have been better if it wasn't there. Looking forward to next month. The real shock is not being able to have the Umami Cheese karaage!! I will definitely go back again.

"Mazemen, ramen, donburi, with a strong garlic flavor that is delicious. It's great that you can also switch to odorless garlic called 'kienin'. It really does eliminate the smell. The student set with stamina donburi is also tasty."

I went during my work break. It was around 4 pm and I was looking for a place that wasn't crowded. There are many small shops in Teramachi, so it was a bit crowded and the storefront had a strong male vibe, but the inside looked clean so I went in. I was hungry so I ordered the Taiwan Mazesoba (300g) and white rice. There were couples and groups of two women around me, both eating heartily, so I realized that even female customers can come here. The Taiwan Mazesoba had a good balance and a strong garlic flavor. It was delicious. I was able to eat the 300g without getting tired, even though I was hungry. The staff were friendly and I left the shop with a smile. Next time, I might try the ramen, but since the portion size is large, I'll come when I'm not worried about my weight. Thank you for the meal!

The price is 1,050 yen. I got the small size of Taiwan maze soba with seasoned egg topping. It's a good price. The bonito flakes add a nice touch to the flavor. They also gave me some sansho powder, but it didn't quite go well with the dish. Hmm. By the time I traveled all the way from Nagoya to Osaka, the Taiwan maze soba had become something different. It's not bad, and they give a proper serving of rice, but it feels like something is missing. The customers were mostly men in their twenties and it was quite noisy.
