The creative dishes and sashimi were the first to come out and they were so delicious that they filled me up. Each dish had its own unique flavor. The sushi was also incredibly tasty. I'm not sure about the price since someone else paid, but it seems to be affordable. The big toro at the end was outstanding. It was amazing to watch the chef cut the toro and the taste was top-notch! The manager was very polite and explained each dish in detail.

It was a long time since I had a private dining experience. The dishes at this sushi restaurant were made with great care and high-quality ingredients. The chef, who devoted time and effort to preparation and research, served delicious dishes that left me very satisfied. This is a shop I was introduced to by a friend. The entrance was a bit hidden, and I hesitated for a moment before finding it. The interior was very refined and I had high expectations. The basic course starts from 15,000 yen (excluding tax) and does not include drinks. Before the sushi, we were served sashimi, fried dishes, and grilled dishes, which might be filling for those with small appetites. The sushi was delicious, with a moderate amount of vinegar rice, making it easy to eat. The highlight was the delicious red miso soup made with spiny lobster broth, which was recommended by the owner. They had a variety of rare sake selections, all of which were so delicious that I felt like I could drink too much. The owner was very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. I will definitely visit again.

This is a sushi restaurant located right in the heart of Kitashinchi. The head chef here used to be the head chef at a Hyatt Regency, so his skills in Japanese cuisine are top-notch. Recently, he has also opened a restaurant in Chayamachi, Umeda, which has been receiving great reviews. Although this wasn't the sushi restaurant I originally wanted to visit, the experience was still amazing. The omakase course was priced at around 15,000 yen, but the price may vary depending on the chef's special additions. The dishes were all beautifully presented and full of flavor, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. The sushi was also exceptional, with each piece being a delight. The addition of potato chips, a surprising touch, was explained by the chef's mother who grows fresh potatoes in Aichi Prefecture. Overall, the experience was delightful, with great food, sake, and engaging conversations with the chef. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience.

I'm in Osaka. It's been a while since I last visited. There are many sushi restaurants in Kita-Shinchi, but this one is still very popular. The sushi is delicious, of course. The chef is friendly and easygoing, making me want to come back again. The conversation flowed and I forgot to take many pictures. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

Had dinner at a wine bar with the owner. We sat at the counter and had the chef's choice course. There are also private rooms with tables for six, which could be good for business entertainment. We had sashimi, steamed clams, abalone, and a few pieces of sushi. The conversation with the owner was enjoyable, and the food was delicious and fresh. Thank you for the meal.

February 2019 Dinner Use On this day, I went to a sushi restaurant in Kitashinchi! This area is like the Ginza of Osaka, with many delicious restaurants, so I think whenever you come to Osaka, you must visit Kitashinchi! Today, I visited here! [Restaurant Name] Kitashinchi Sushi Nakagawa The location is in the middle of Kitashinchi, very close to Dojima Avanza. [Interior] There are counter seats and private rooms. The interior has a stylish atmosphere that combines Japanese and modern elements, suitable for various occasions such as business entertainment or dates. [Cuisine & Drinks] As usual, I started with a toast with beer (Asahi Super Dry). - Bottled Beer - Kaiseki-style Course 15000 yen - Appetizers: simmered vegetables, mussels, nanbanzuke, tender octopus, sea bream sashimi, seared mackerel sashimi, tsubugai sashimi, pickled shrimp - Grilled Assortment: grilled mackerel with miso, blowfish shirako, sea bream nigiri, squid nigiri, lean tuna nigiri, mozuku vinegar, sea urchin gunkan, simmered clam nigiri, shrimp nigiri, sardine nigiri, fatty tuna nigiri, ikura donburi The nigiri sushi uses both red vinegar and white vinegar, considering the compatibility with the ingredients. The blowfish shirako was creamy and delicious! The grilled dishes also showed the chef's dedication, using charcoal for cooking. The only downside was that the bill was a bit confusing. It would be better if it was clearer which items were included in the course and which were additional. There was no drink menu either. The course meal, beer, and highball came to 22000 yen. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal. Thank you for the feast!

The ratings on Tabelog were high, but I didn't think it was that delicious. The sushi rice wasn't too firm, just average. The sushi itself was okay, neither good nor bad. It's not bad by any means. The owner was nice and the atmosphere was good. However, compared to delicious sushi restaurants in Tokyo, there was a slight difference.

In Kitashinchi, there is a high-class sushi restaurant that is surprisingly affordable. The staff is casual and the atmosphere is welcoming. The head chef is friendly and the service is quick. I had dinner at "Kitashinchi Sushi Nakagawa" in Kitashinchi. I heard it was a popular restaurant among my friends, so I made a reservation and visited. It is located about a 1-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is casual, with about 10 seats at the counter and private rooms available as well. I chose to sit at the counter because I wanted to watch the sushi being made in front of me, but I saw on Tabelog that there are also counter seats in completely private rooms, which I found interesting and would like to try next time. I had the chef's choice course, and I felt that the overall balance was very good. It seems like a lot of thought went into it, reflecting the personality of the head chef. With the chef's choice, you get to try things you wouldn't normally choose yourself, and it's fun to discover new flavors and surprises. While enjoying the meal, I got so caught up that I forgot to take pictures of some dishes. But every dish was undeniably delicious. They seem to offer quite reasonable lunch options, so I would like to try their lunch menu next time. I definitely want to visit again.

The head chef is very friendly and the restaurant has a cheerful atmosphere. They mostly serve dishes of their choice until you say stop. The medium fatty tuna was my favorite.

The restaurant doesn't look like a typical sushi place. It's quite innovative and I like it. The taste is delicious as well. I think it's on the cheaper side in Shinchi.

I wanted to try high-end sushi on a special day, so I made a reservation for a private room three months in advance. The calm room made for great conversation. While the dishes didn't use extravagant ingredients, they were all made with high-quality and intricate techniques, and tasted delicious.
