This is a restaurant in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, near Sapporo Station. It was my second visit in two years. I ordered the large portion of beef tongue set meal for ¥2700, just like last time. Two years ago it was ¥2350, but I guess it can't be helped in these times. Beef tongue is becoming a luxury meal for ordinary people. However, the beef tongue I had after a long time was still delicious. The seasoning was just right. It felt like the slices were a bit thinner than my last visit, but let's just say it's my imagination. There's no doubt it was delicious. Even though it's more expensive now, I still want to come and eat here occasionally. Thank you for the meal~(*´∀`)♪

The beef tongue is definitely delicious, but I was surprised by how tasty the oxtail soup was! It had big chunks of meat inside, but they were so tender and amazing. I bet their stew is also delicious. I will definitely come back!

Yoshibei's beef tongue large serving set meal! Make sure to reserve the large serving in advance, as they may not be able to provide it on the spot. I reserved a large serving for three people a few weeks ago. The beef tongue has a chewy texture and is packed with flavor. The side of nanban miso and greens really enhance the taste of the rice. The miso soup is something unique that you won't find at chain restaurants. The staff who came with me were also very satisfied, making it a delicious and enjoyable lunch.

Beef tongue set meal for 1850 yen. Comes with barley rice and oxtail soup. The beef tongue has a slightly rich flavor and is very tender and delicious. The rice portion is not enough. The rice is slightly soft. The oxtail soup has plenty of meat and soup itself, which can make you quite full on its own. The taste is delicious, but I felt that the portion, including the meat, could be a bit more. The pickled Japanese pepper served with the beef tongue is also very tasty and goes well with the rice. At the counter, there are condiments like shichimi, ichimi, toothpicks, disposable chopsticks, wet wipes, and tissues. When you sit down, you are served water and a wet towel. The female staff provides good service, but the male staff has a more rough and blunt demeanor.

Today I had the day off and some free time, so I decided to have lunch at Yoshihei. It was really crowded, but after a short wait, I was seated. I ordered the large portion of beef tongue set meal and also the tongue cutlet. Since I had plenty of time, I decided to relax and wait. The taste was as good as always at Yoshihei. The oxtail soup was excellent as usual! The tongue cutlet had a light saltiness to it, and it was delicious even without sauce. It seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed by the lunchtime rush, with some customers drinking and others not showing up despite having reservations. But overall, it was delicious as always. Thank you for the meal!

Since moving to Sapporo, it was my first time visiting Yoshibe-san's restaurant. The prices seemed to have gone up, but it's been a while so I decided to treat myself. I ordered the large portion beef tongue set meal and beef tongue stew as a side dish. The beef tongue had the perfect amount of salt, and the tail soup had just the right seasoning. The beef tongue stew was more like a braised beef tongue dish rather than a stew (with a lot of meat in the broth). It was served piping hot, so be careful not to let it cool too much as the flavors may become too strong. The beef tongue was tender and delicious. I even had seconds of rice and left feeling very satisfied. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Big Camera is located near the Souseigawa exit, heading towards Susukino. I ordered the large portion beef tongue set meal (1.5 times the normal amount of beef tongue) for 2700 yen, which came with barley rice and oxtail soup. The meat was tender, thick, and well-seasoned, with about 9 slices included. I didn't particularly enjoy the meat in the oxtail soup, but the soup itself was delicious.

I have only been to national chain restaurants that serve beef tongue, but this time I decided to challenge a non-chain restaurant for the first time! I went to Yoshihei, located near Sapporo Station on the Toho Line. Even at night, you can have a set meal. They didn't say anything when I didn't order alcohol, so it seems to be no problem. I simply ordered the beef tongue set meal. It costs 1850 yen and comes with barley rice and oxtail soup. I asked for a smaller portion of rice. After ordering, they grilled the beef tongue right in front of me on the grill and served it fresh off the grill! It's very tender! It feels like you could bite through it even with baby teeth!! (laughs) The saltiness was just right, of course, and it was by far the most delicious beef tongue I've ever had. The oxtail soup also had crunchy leeks added at the end, and most importantly, it had lots of chunks of meat in it, providing a very satisfying meal! The meat was so delicious, falling apart easily... Although I thought 1850 yen was a bit expensive, it was not at all. ♡Satisfaction♡ Thank you for the meal♪ I will visit again!

Beef tongue set meal for 1,850 yen. The world has become like this, a slightly high-class lunch now. The beef tongue is of course delicious, especially with the Nanban miso. I also like the spiced tail soup. I came to eat here because the parking lot of Honma Building, where I live, closed due to aging. I remember Yoshie-san came here about 10 years ago. Are you moving again? I asked, and they said it's until the building is demolished. Sapporo is also changing.

I finally got to go to a restaurant that I had been curious about and wanting to visit for a long time. I love beef tongue, and ever since I got hooked on it when I was staying in Sendai for work, I always make sure to go to Negishi in Tokyo, as well as places like Rikyu, Hemmi, Waraiya, and Gyusuke in Sapporo. As for my long-awaited visit to Yoshibe, well... hmm, just like the reviews say, the chefs are not wearing masks. Maybe it's because it's a traditional place, but the service was also a bit cold. The taste is delicious, but it's a bit pricey at 1850 yen. I wanted to get the large portion, but it would have been 2700 yen, so I decided against it. Considering the price and service, I honestly feel like I'd rather go to Waraiya. It was delicious though. Thank you for the meal!

The charcoal-grilled beef was tender and easy to eat. It was crowded as it was during lunchtime on a weekday. There were people waiting outside as well. The oxtail soup had plenty of meat and was deliciously tender. I would like to go again. The rice portion felt small. Men might prefer a larger portion.

It's been a while, Yoshibe-san here. Just finished my health check-up, so treating myself to a nice lunch. They had shortened hours until 2pm, so I arrived before noon. Ordered the large beef tongue set meal. It arrived in about 10 minutes - beef tongue, oxtail soup, and barley rice. The oxtail soup here is delicious. And of course, the beef tongue is tasty too. I had an extra serving of barley rice, and the total came to 2400 yen. Sometimes you need a luxurious lunch to recharge! It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Sapporo Central Ward, a restaurant near Sapporo Station that serves beef tongue. I have been curious about this place for a long time, but whenever I tried to visit on weekends, they were always closed. Finally, on a weekday when I had the day off work, I was able to make my first visit. The beef tongue set meal comes in regular and large sizes, with the regular size having 3 pieces and the large size having 5 pieces. I ordered the large size set meal, while my friend ordered the regular size. The beef tongue, cut in half, was moderately thick and the large size portion was satisfying in terms of volume. The mild saltiness was perfect, the grilling was just right, juicy and delicious! The meat was tender and remained soft even when it cooled down. The tail soup was also delicious with plenty of beef tongue and tail. Until now, I only had two options like Waraya or Hokufukujin, but I found a good restaurant here. Thank you for the delicious beef tongue meal~o(^o^)o

I had the beef tongue set meal. When I entered the shop, there was a cute elderly couple sitting at the counter. They were sitting side by side, looking very elegant in their city clothes, as if they had just come back from a department store. The couple were enjoying their meal together, saying "It's delicious". It was really nice to see. Inside the counter, the owner was grilling the beef tongue. The shop was a good size where the owner could keep an eye on everything. There were also some salarymen dining there. I could hear someone ordering a large portion as well. The freshly grilled beef tongue was just the right thickness and cooked perfectly, releasing the delicious flavor with each bite. The oxtail soup was also very tasty. It had plenty of meat from the tail, which was a pleasant surprise. I left the shop feeling like I had discovered a new hidden gem. Thank you for the meal.

I had some time before my meeting in Sapporo, so I decided to have a leisurely lunch. My go-to spot near Sapporo Station is Yoshibe. I ordered the beef tongue set meal (large size) for 2350 yen. I had to wait a bit because there were four customers ahead of me, but I didn't mind since I had time. The visual presentation of the beef tongue and the tail soup with chunks of tongue and tail was amazing. I ordered extra rice (50 yen) which was perfect for finishing the large portion of beef tongue. The tail soup here is really delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I had been checking this place out for a while. The beef tongue set meal costs 1,650 yen, which is a bit over my budget for lunch, but I finally decided to visit. It was just before 12 o'clock and the restaurant was about half full. Inside, the beef tongue was being grilled one after another. Although I was also interested in the tongue stew, I ordered the beef tongue set meal. The staff skillfully prepared each dish. As the beef tongue was ready, they poured tail soup from the pot and sprinkled some pepper on top. It had been a while since I last had beef tongue. It was tender and easy to chew with just the right amount of saltiness. The side dish was pickled mustard greens? I had never tried it before, so it felt a bit strange. And then, the tail soup. The beef tail was simmered until it was tender and juicy. It easily fell apart with chopsticks. The green onions were soft and lovely. Ah, I could eat a whole bowl of this. I actually love the tail soup so much that I would be happy with just that. I may not be able to come here often due to the price, but I will definitely visit again someday.

For lunch, I had beef tongue. The menu included beef tongue and beef tongue stew. I ordered the beef tongue set meal with a side of barley rice. It was so tender and delicious! Even better than the beef tongue I've had in Sendai! The oxtail soup was also tasty, with tender meat even though it was boneless. The tail is surprisingly delicious. They are open for dinner as well, so I will definitely be returning.

I always have the large serving of beef tongue set meal. No matter how many times I eat it, the perfect amount of salt and overflowing umami always impress me. The fact that you can get a refill of barley rice for 50 yen is also a nice touch. And then there's the oxtail soup. I believe Yoshihei-san's true specialty lies in this oxtail soup. It's filled with oxtail, of course, but what really stands out is the chewy tongue tips that can't be used for grilling. The deliciousness is so good that it makes me smile involuntarily. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for the first time for lunch on a Saturday at a beef tongue set meal priced at 1550 yen. My first impression was that the owner and staff were all very quiet! The food is not served on trays but brought separately. The beef tongue was tender and delicious. The best part was the oxtail soup! It had plenty of meat and was very satisfying. The lunchtime atmosphere was tense due to the quiet owner and staff. Thank you for the meal!

On a certain weekday, feeling a bit under the weather with a cold, I was looking for a place near the train station on my way home where I could have a dinner set. I remembered there was a beef tongue restaurant nearby, so I decided to stop by. The restaurant had 8 counter seats, 2 tables for 4 people, and 2 tatami rooms for 6 people. I arrived at 18:00 and there were 5 customers already there and 4 came in after me. When I asked if it was okay to just order the dinner set, they kindly agreed. I ordered: - Beef tongue set meal @1600 yen - Grated yam @350 yen - Extra serving of barley rice @50 yen The beef tongue was thickly sliced, with 6 pieces. It came with pickled vegetables and plenty of green chili miso paste. The beef tail soup had 5 big chunks of meat in it. The beef tongue was tender despite its thickness, with a crispy texture that was very enjoyable. The seasoning was a bit light, which paired well with the green chili miso paste. The grated yam had a generous amount of seaweed and egg yolk, which complemented the dish nicely. The barley rice was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Even though I was supposed to be feeling unwell, I ended up getting a second serving of rice. Personally, I think the grated yam is a must-have with the beef tongue set meal, so the additional 350 yen might be a bit pricey, but the taste was excellent. I'll definitely come back next time for drinks. Thank you for the meal!
