Last September, I was hospitalized again in April for treatment of a serious illness, following hospitalizations in January and September of last year. As a result, my reviews were on hold from April 19th to my discharge on May 6th. I managed to write the reviews on my computer before being admitted to the hospital and only uploaded them from my hospital bed. I was discharged safely on May 6th. Although I couldn't reply to the comments on the reviews during my hospital stay, I finally finished them after some time. I made sure to give a "Like" to the reviews uploaded by everyone even while in the hospital. The supportive comments from everyone were a source of encouragement for me during my hospitalization. I sincerely appreciate it. While I have been discharged, I anticipate being hospitalized again before the end of the year. Thank you for your continued support. [May 2021] "Let's Go Curry - Ario Sapporo Store" opened on April 16, 2021. It is a curry specialty store in the same group as "Yakitori no Honoo," which has outlets mainly in Sapporo. The concept is "Delicious, Spicy, Fast." It used to be a dining space for dishes like fried chicken set meals at "Yakitori no Honoo." I visited "Ario Sapporo" on the opening day but didn't notice the new opening. (laughs) I visited for the first time with my usual companion. This store is located on the first floor of Ario Sapporo in the Higashi-ku area of Sapporo City. Please check the exact location of the store on Tabelog. I visited before 1 p.m. on a weekday. The layout of the store has changed from before, with counter seats and table seats now available. There were four customers in front and three customers behind. There is no ticket machine, and orders are taken at the table. The spiciness of the curry is set at 20 times the spiciness of 1 for 20 spiciness levels, with the basic level being 3. Free for levels 1 to 10, and an additional 100 yen for levels 11 to 20. The amount of rice is 250g for free, with an additional 110 yen for each additional 100g, and orders can be made for 1000g or more. Prices range from Basic Curry 429 yen to Katsu Curry 693 yen, with sets and special curries with multiple toppings also available for 1100 yen. I ordered the "Zangi Curry 484 yen" with "7 spiciness" and "rice 250g." My usual companion ordered the "Sasami Katsu Curry 561 yen" with the basic "3 spiciness" and "rice 250g." After a 13-minute wait, our two curry rice dishes arrived. We shared the curry between us. We enjoyed the pickles, rakkyo, and ginger on the table as a palate cleanser. (sweating) Zangi Curry: The Zangi was served warm and tasty. The base curry sauce was quite authentic and flavorful. The "7 spiciness" was spicier than expected, really hitting the spot. The amount of sauce was just right. Price 324 yen (tax included) Sasami Katsu Curry: The Sasami Katsu was freshly fried and hot. The base curry sauce was quite authentic and flavorful. Even with the basic "3 spiciness," it was quite spicy. The amount of sauce was just right. Price 561 yen (tax included) The base curry sauce was quite authentic and flavorful for the price. Both the "Sasami Katsu" and "Zangi" were served warm. It's great that you can choose the spiciness like in soup curry. Plus, spiciness levels up to 10 are free. However, the quality of spiciness is not to my personal liking. There wasn't a big difference in spiciness between the basic "3 spiciness" and "7 spiciness." My stomach was bloated with water. It's questionable whether the 13-minute wait was really "fast," but it certainly lived up to the concept of "Delicious, Spicy." (laughs) Next time, I might go for "2 spiciness." It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
