When I went to the airport to see off a friend, I noticed a long line at one particular store. It turned out they were selling a seasonal and store-exclusive snack that everyone seemed desperate to get. I managed to get my hands on it later and tried it. It was a snow sand cookie with cream sandwiched inside, like a twisted version of Shiroi Koibito. It's only available in winter due to the change in milk quality between seasons. The product is made by Kinotoya, and it reminded me of their Norseman cookie. The taste was good, but I thought it wasn't worth waiting in such a long line for. If it becomes easier to find in the future, I might buy it again. In the past, popular snacks like raw caramel and Jagapokkuru started at New Chitose Airport, but they are no longer as popular. It's rare for a snack to become a big hit, but I wonder if this one will be next?

I returned to New Chitose Airport in the morning and thought, "Oh, I wonder if I can buy SNOWS here?" When I peeked in, the Snowball was sold out, but I found the Snowsand being restocked by a staff member. I bought the Snowsand, which had a unique hard cookie texture. The dark one had a fruity flavor, and the chocolate was rich but not too sweet. The Snowball had a creamy texture covered in milk chocolate, and it needed to be eaten within 48 hours of defrosting. The items were popular, so there was a long line, but it was worth the wait. I recommend trying them out before they are gone in late March.

- This is a review of the "Fromage Noir Sand" that was being sold exclusively at ANA FESTA.
- I always used to buy the popular "Shiroi Koibito" as a souvenir, but I decided to try this one this time!
- Fromage Noir Sand 6 pieces for 514 yen, exclusively at ANA FESTA.
- It contains processed cheese with a strong acidity, and the cookie has a sweetness to it. It would be suitable for those who like the sweet and salty combination, or who are cheese lovers.
- Although it is a sweet treat, I feel like it could also be paired with wine. Thank you for the meal.

Cardamom, cayenne, and other seasonings are firmly incorporated into this spicy soup curry senbei! The spiciness feels good, making it a staple souvenir now. The spicy fried senbei could also be a great snack. Thank you for the meal!

I purchased a set of 12 pieces of Shiroi Koibito at the airport lobby shop. I was torn between that and Rokkatei's butter sand, but decided on Shiroi Koibito for souvenirs and personal use. It's still delicious as ever. It's a classic Hokkaido souvenir, isn't it? It was really tasty.

It's a little after 7 in the morning at the airport. There aren't many restaurants open, so I bought breakfast. Surprisingly, the food at Sato Suisan was pretty good. I quickly finished my meal and boarded the plane. Thank you for the meal!

I was wandering around the second floor when I saw the words "Soup Curry" catch my eye. I went over to see various soup curry mixes lined up. Among them, the "Sorachi Sapporo Soup Curry Mix" caught my attention with its appearance. Sorachi's Sapporo Soup Curry Mix - Hokkaido Limited ◎ Authentic ◎ Easy ◎ Delicious (Photo is an example of cooking) * No ingredients included. * No chef included. 4 servings Sorachi is a sauce shop founded in 1951 in Hokkaido. Since its establishment, we have continued to create products that cherish Hokkaido ingredients. This is "Sorachi's Sapporo Soup Curry Mix" created by Sorachi. Please enjoy the harmony of the smooth soup and large-cut ingredients that create the taste of Hokkaido. Taste feedback will follow later.

I bought several types of Kika flowers, including the limited edition Kika Caramel Waltz. The assortment includes flavors like chocolate and strawberry. Overall, the classic white chocolate was the most delicious.

Lunch visit with family. Some thoughts:
- Located inside the departure lobby of New Chitose Airport.
- Ordered the katsu sandwich.
- Supervised by Restaurant Yoshimi.
- A simple katsu sandwich without unnecessary ingredients.
- Comes with a wet towel.
- Very delicious.

I bought products such as Matsuo Jingisukan, Shiroi Koibito, and Sanpachi Roku at the ANA Festa in New Chitose Airport. It is located on the same floor as the domestic flight counter. This shop stays open late, unlike many other souvenir shops around. It is a popular shop with frequent lines at the register. They offer a discount with an ANA card, but classic items like Shiroi Koibito are not included. There are many traditional and new Hokkaido souvenirs available. I purchased souvenirs that can be enjoyed personally or given as gifts.

I received a souvenir from someone living in Sapporo, it's ramen from Tetsuya, a very famous shop in Sapporo. I have had this souvenir ramen from Kikusui several times, and each time, I enjoy it very much. It has a delicious balance of tonkotsu and soy sauce flavors. The richness of the pork fat adds a nice touch. The thick curly noodles are also delicious. It's great to be able to enjoy such a flavorful ramen as a souvenir. The white negi (spring onions) topping pairs perfectly with the soup. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely visit the actual store in Sapporo again.

I visited on July 5, 2017. It is located in ANA FESTA at New Chitose Airport. If you have an ANA card, you can get a 10% discount on your purchases, which is great for ANA users. I ended up buying too many souvenirs, but I discovered something different from Jagapokkuru - Jagarimuse. I had to buy it for home and as a souvenir. It comes with four types of flavor powder: scallop salt, grilled corn, soup curry, and black sesame kinako. The variety of flavors is rich. You put this powder in a bag of potato chips and shake it. The taste of the potato chips is not much different from Jagapokkuru's, and the flavor aroma is delightful. It was a delicious snack. This can also be used as a snack with alcohol. Trying it out, it turned out to be a great snack.

I always buy souvenirs at ANA Festa. If you spend over 1000 yen with an ANA card, you get a 10% discount (some items are not eligible), which is a great deal, plus you can earn miles. There are several stores at Chitose Airport. They offer items like "Hokkaido butter cookies," "Shiroi Koibito," and "Grilled scallop shells," which are all classic choices. When in doubt, go for "Shiroi Koibito." I used to not pay much attention to it, but when I tried it once, I was surprised by how delicious it was. Since then, I buy it every time and this time I ended up buying a 36-piece can. It's heavy!

I stopped by to buy souvenirs on my way back from my trip to Hokkaido. As an ANA cardholder, I get a 10% discount on purchases over 1000 yen, which is a great deal. However, some items are not eligible for the discount, so you need to be careful. (If you're buying the same item, ANA Festa is recommended over Blue Sky (JAL) as they offer a 5% discount). I was planning to buy some sausages, and I found two options - Nokken Hyakusho-juku and Tonden Farm. I was attracted to the fact that their sausages are free of artificial coloring and preservatives, so I purchased the Nokken Hyakusho-juku coarse ground sausage (842 yen). It had a firm texture and a simple deliciousness, although it wasn't very juicy. I wondered if I really needed to buy it at the airport, but I didn't want to go back empty-handed, so I made the purchase. I could have bought Matsuo Jingisukan instead. I also bought a pack of five "Butter Potatoes" from Furano (648 yen). They were steamed potatoes with butter stuffed inside. They can be microwaved and had a long shelf life, so although they were a bit heavy, they seemed like a good souvenir option. Here are some photos of other items that caught my eye.

I found some baked corn snacks on the AIRDO flight seats. The New Chitose Airport wasn't too crowded on a weekday, so I was able to buy them smoothly. There are many similar snacks available, but these were delicious. They had a fragrant aroma of baked corn, and since they were individually packed, they were easy to share and eat. The shop at the airport has a wide variety of Hokkaido souvenirs, including many new snacks. They offer plenty of samples, making it a store I would likely visit every time I use the airport.

I usually buy from JAL's BLUESKY, but today I flew with ANA, so I checked out ANA FESTA. The products they offer are pretty much the same as BLUESKY. They both have discounts for certain items when using their respective cards. However, popular items like Jagariko, Ishiya Seika, and Rokkatei are not eligible for the discount, so it may not be very beneficial for most people. I didn't get much benefit either. Jagariko's taste is well-known, so there's not much to comment on, but it's still selling well. The green box series seems to be doing well, right? Are there still Karikari available? Those are YOSHIMI's products. They are rice crackers with a soup curry flavor, and they seem to be spicy. When you try them, they are indeed spicy, giving you the feeling of eating soup curry.
