Ordered the harami steak set with rice cooked in a clay pot. The harami was tender and the salad dressing was good. The clay pot rice was not burnt but had a nice crispy texture. The restaurant is known for its rice and serves it piping hot in a clay pot, but the timing of the rice service was slow, causing the meat to cool down, which was disappointing.

Three trainees from overseas who came for technical training are leaving Asahikawa as their contract ends, so I took some time out of my busy moving preparations to treat them to lunch! I used a translation app to explain various things, but they didn't really understand, so they left it to me! They all ordered the "Yokubari Steak Set" and we waited while the rice cooked. I was worried if the three of them could finish 3 servings, but they did so easily, haha. The freshly cooked rice was just amazing. Rice is my favorite food, so I couldn't get enough of it. Of course, the meat and side dishes were also very delicious. The trainees were also delighted, saying "What is this? It's delicious!" When it came time to pay, there was a lottery draw, and we won three 100 yen discount coupons for the next visit. The trainees were saying they wouldn't be able to come next time, but the staff assured us that it was fine to use them later. Thank you very much. The trainees were very happy, saying "Delicious, kind, good people" after leaving the restaurant. Personally, this is definitely a place I will visit again!

A stylish yakiniku restaurant in Shin-tomi, Asahikawa City. The atmosphere inside is more fashionable compared to traditional yakiniku restaurants. When I visited, the three young female staff members were managing the place and their customer service was excellent. I had been wanting to visit for a while, and finally got the chance on a lunch day. The lunch menu includes yakiniku options, but I opted for the "Roast Beef Bowl" (1,200 yen) for a quicker meal. I requested extra rice, which was complimentary. When ordering lunch, you can also help yourself to drinks at the self-service drink corner. I chose hojicha and sipped on it while waiting. The Roast Beef Bowl arrived in about 10 minutes, along with namul, kinpira gobou, and egg soup. The roast beef was tender and flavorful, served with a small dish of wasabi. The warm egg added a nice touch, and the spicy white sauce was delicious too. The namul was also very tasty. I noticed they had a whimsical sweets menu and couldn't resist ordering the Cassata (450 yen) for dessert. I paired it with Earl Grey tea from the self-service corner. The Cassata was a frozen rare cheese on a cookie crust, with dried fruits and nuts mixed in. It was smooth and rich, a delightful treat. I'd love to come back and try their yakiniku when I have more time!

I haven't been in touch for a while. On a day off, I thought about where to go with a colleague who also had the day off. We decided on lunch at a place called "Rice". We ordered a yakiniku set and a pot of rice with 3 cups. The restaurant was almost full even though it was early. We waited for a while. The rice arrived, followed by the meat. It was so delicious! The combination of silver rice and meat was the best. Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert this time. We'll save it for next time. Thank you for the meal!

This is a yakiniku restaurant called "2nd Rice" that serves lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I decided to try it out and ordered the Wagyu steak with garlic sauce for 1600 yen. It came with a rice cooked in a pot, soup, salad, and side dishes. While waiting, I enjoyed some self-service orange earl grey tea, but the smell of the yakiniku around me made me eager to try it. I also ordered a draft beer for 500 yen, and the driver kindly suggested a non-alcoholic beer for me. The food took about 40-50 minutes to be served, and the rice had a faint flavor, but was soft and slightly sweet. The meat was cooked crispy and flavorful, although my friend's portion was a bit burnt. The salad and side dishes were plentiful, and the egg soup was a nice addition. I found the portion size to be too much for me, but they kindly packed the leftovers for me to take home. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, although I may prefer a different type of rice cooker for a more chewy rice texture.

Lunch is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, making it a bit of a challenge to visit this restaurant. However, today happened to be an open day, so I decided to change my mind from craving ramen. I couldn't cook meat because I have plans to meet someone later. Luckily, they had options like thick-cut ginger pork and steak on the menu for people like me. But then I found the perfect dish for me - harami steak set. Oh, the rice is served in a clay pot, how nice! They also offered to serve it in a regular bowl for those in a hurry, but I opted for the clay pot. You can even choose the portion size, so I went for a modest 1 cup of rice. After all, I'm on a diet! (laughs) The harami portion was 150g. It seems like they've been grilling since the afternoon. I wish I could do that on my day off. The restaurant was quite busy with couples and families, but they managed to maintain a safe and spacious dining environment. While waiting, I browsed through the dinner menu (which featured various meat dishes) and got excited. The delicious rice and visually appealing side dish plate looked irresistible. On this day, I enjoyed harami, simmered egg, namul, lettuce salad, thick-fried tofu and eggplant stir-fry, and consomme soup. The harami was cooked to a nice medium-rare, tender and flavorful. Sometimes harami can be tough or chewy, but this one was perfectly cooked. The soy sauce-based sauce with finely chopped vegetables was not too salty, and I didn't feel thirsty after eating. It was a delightful lunch experience, and I'm looking forward to coming back for dinner next time. Thank you for the meal.

RICEさん (RICE-san) Delicious rice that I wanted to eat, so I came back again. Today, the 150g Donabe Rice with Harami is the best! The combination with Harami is amazing. Pour sauce, add mountain wasabi, and it never gets old. Also shared a soup as a side dish and left completely satisfied. Thank you for the feast!

I have been visiting Yakiniku RICE quite often lately. For lunch, I had the Black Wagyu steak with garlic, and the rice here is just delicious! The Black Wagyu beef was tender and flavorful, and the portion was generous. The side dishes like Namul and vegetables were also good. I also ordered the Yukkejang soup as a side dish, and the meaty flavor in the soup made it more like a main dish. They cook the rice in a clay pot after you order, which makes it even more special. It's perfect for a slightly luxurious lunch. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I received an invitation and decided to visit a restaurant I had been curious about for lunch. I ordered the B set, which came with vegetables and soup, very stylish and appealing to ladies. The restaurant was bustling with customers coming in one after another. Many people seemed to be ordering plates. The lunch started with the sizzling sound of meat being grilled in the afternoon, and the highlight was the rice cooked in a clay pot, so delicious! Each grain of rice was so flavorful. We ordered 2 cups of rice for 3 people, and it was possible to order any amount of rice. The set menu includes rice as well. For drinks, you have to go to the entrance to get them yourself, with water and hot tea available. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely come back. The taste of the meat was quite ordinary, but still enjoyable.

"Rice" Oh, is it open today? Is it a night-time restaurant? They also offer takeout, right? I saw it while driving and was able to read it in an instant. I made a U-turn and went back. I had seen it before but it wasn't open at that time. They must have an idol time as well. I'm alone in Asahikawa today. I came here with Yome-san yesterday, but when Yome-san is with me, we can't really do takeout. Today, I'm alone and Yome-san is busy, so I can buy as much as I want. Yome-san warned me, "You're going out tomorrow, so don't buy too much!" but I didn't know that. I'll buy as much as I want, and when to eat it can be decided by Yome-san. If she's not here, I'm also confident. Let's go inside the restaurant. Oh? It's obvious, but about 3 groups are eating inside. There are two women. Is it a yakiniku restaurant? I ask, "What kind of takeout do you have?" and they point to the menu on the wall. I order the "Meat Bakarice" for 1350 yen. It's over my budget. As I was about to leave, they said, "Oh! The rice comes in a large serving for free." Why? I said, "Please!" Who's going to eat all that? The waitress is very nice. 15 minutes later, I say I'll come back after eating ramen. I had really bad ramen. I should've put it in the navigation system, but I ended up going to the wrong place. It's already 1:30 pm. It was ready. Of course, it's late. She had told me. It's very heavy. I have a feeling there's a lot of rice. I told Yome-san, "I went for the large serving of rice," and she said, "What have you done? Just make it into fried rice." So I eat it with peace of mind. I finished half of it... but this half... it's strange, isn't it? Later, I realized that mine was sagari don, not kalbi don. I didn't see hers, so I thought that later when I saw the photo. Normally, when you split half, don't you split each one in half? She would probably say, "Kalbi is more expensive!" as an excuse. Well, there's no cheap feeling like a chain restaurant's gyudon. The meat is tender, but there are some tough parts. As long as it's not too bad, I like the tough parts because they add flavor. The seasoning isn't strong, and it's very delicious. It was the "Meat Bakarice." The next day, it came out again. She said, "I didn't eat it." It's sagari. Surprisingly tender. The sauce is a bit sweet, but I soon stopped noticing it. The sauce didn't seep into the rice, which is because it's not heavily seasoned, so I don't really care about the rice. The old man is my favorite. It's a yakiniku restaurant, so of course the meat is delicious, but I felt relieved. It didn't feel like it matched the price, though.

I was recommended by an acquaintance and brought here. ✲Service & Atmosphere✲ The interior of the restaurant was spacious, clean, and decorated with cute furniture and paintings. The staff, all young and beautiful women, were very friendly. It was quite crowded, probably due to an ongoing promotion, so the service was a bit slow and it was hard to get the attention of the staff. ✲Food✲ Since it was during a promotion, we had all-you-can-eat. The plates were stylish, and the meat was thick and flavorful. The seasoning was delicious, and the wasabi and garlic added a nice touch. The side dishes like salad were also tasty and had a rich flavor. The clay pot rice (which I did not try) looked fluffy and smelled amazing. The variety of drinks, even non-alcoholic ones, was impressive. ✲Overall✲ It was a delicious and beautiful yakiniku restaurant where I felt comfortable. It was a shame that the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the distance from my place made it inconvenient to drive there.

I apologize for the delay in shipping due to an unexpected increase in orders for discounted asparagus. Orders will be shipped sequentially starting in mid-May. Normal thick asparagus orders will be shipped within 10 days. Today is Children's Welfare Week and Koinobori Day. Have you tried hatahata, a specialty of Rumoi? I visited a restaurant known for its grilled meat. Despite the pandemic, they are open for business. I prefer dining in rather than takeout. They offer a variety of lunch options, including grilled meat plates and rice dishes. The restaurant specializes in highland beef, which is aged to enhance its flavor. They also serve pork, chicken, and lamb. The restaurant uses gas grills, which make it easy to control the heat. I recommend trying the Chorogi salad and kimchi, which pair well with freshly cooked rice. I enjoyed the salted seared meat and hormone dishes. The grilled meat was delicious, especially the highland beef.

I was drawn to this restaurant by the interesting name "RICE" and they have a menu featuring clay pot rice dishes! They offer rice options like "Nanatsuboshi" and "Yumepirika", and I chose the light and fluffy "Nanatsuboshi". When the clay pot arrived, the staff explained to me to wait until the sand timer runs out before opening the lid. The aroma of the freshly cooked rice was amazing when I finally opened it. The rice was perfectly cooked and paired well with the grilled meat. I also tried the "Wagyu Sukiyaki Kalbi" which was delicious and slightly sweeter than other places. Overall, the food was fantastic and the unique cooking style made the experience even better.

The clay pot rice is definitely delicious. However, it takes time to cook, so I recommend ordering immediately upon arrival or calling ahead to place an order.

Yakiniku is already there for the clay pot rice, a restaurant with delicious rice that offers lunch only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 11am to 3pm. They have a monthly changing menu, and in March, they are serving curry with chunks of beef. Honestly, the curry is comparable to homemade curry, but they are generous with the amount of meat. This curry is also perfect for the clay pot rice. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, and there were many female customers dining together.

I have used Asahi Takasago Gyuu several times because the beef is delicious, but the last time I went, the vegetables I ordered were clearly not washed as they were covered in mud, so I have been hesitant to go back. On that occasion, I waited for over 20 minutes, and the first thing that came out was the grilled vegetables, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for the meat and other items to arrive. The table is a bit small, so you have to be careful with children as it can be dangerous. They have toys for children to play with until the food arrives, which is quite nice.
