I've seen a sign for a "fishing pond" somewhere, but I always forget where it is... (￣▽￣;) The other day, I found an interesting review by kitadora-san! If it's in Ashibetsu... I can get there in just over an hour from Asahikawa even if I'm driving♬︎(・∀・)ﾆﾔﾘ I'm aiming for "rainbow trout"! I'll have it filleted into five pieces and then marinate it in kelp♬︎ The skin and bones will be fried for me♬︎ And... ramen?? More interesting than rainbow trout, right〜(*>∇<)ﾉ So, is it sold out??(〃ﾟ艸ﾟ)ﾌﾟｯ I must eat it no matter what（笑）Let's aim for a weekday to secure the ramen! I checked everything perfectly in advance and set off alone( •̀ᴗ•́ )/ It's a short drive, so I can't afford to fail（笑笑）When I found the sign and turned right... a mountain road? A beastly road〜??(￣Д￣;) ｺﾜｰ I didn't see any signs along the way... Is it really ahead? Should I turn back...?? The road is too narrow, it's impossible! There are definitely bears...they must be there...ｶﾀ:(ˊ◦ω◦ˋ):ｶﾀ About 10 minutes after turning right, I found what looked like the entrance(´･∀･`)ﾎｯ Inside, it had a peaceful atmosphere with well-maintained swings and seesaws♬︎ There were several ponds for rainbow trout, and they were connected to a river, which was nice( * ॑꒳ ॑* )♪ I planned to have the rainbow trout caught with a net, just like at Maru○tei-san... it's always been like that... I don't want to accidentally catch a big one and be in trouble... I just want the perfect size for a delicious meal♬︎ Huh? Are you going to catch it? The staff member? (You don't have a net!) "Please! Catch one about this size for me"（＞人＜*）ﾌﾟﾘｰｽﾞ "I can't promise that...lol" ﾃﾞｽﾖﾈｰ It was caught right away... (・∀・) Amazingly, it was a bit big, but it was within an acceptable range（笑）While they were preparing the rainbow trout for me to take home, I ate the ramen(｡•̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧ The noodles are from the local "Sugawara Seimen"! The soup and chashu are also completely homemade, as the manager (or president?) emphasized upon arrival. The visual appearance was... a bit different from what I imagined and fantasized, but since I felt a sense of accomplishment, I gratefully ate it♬︎ It's not a ramen specialty shop. I know that(^-^)v The homemade soup had a mellow taste... not too salty, and there was a distant taste of some kind of broth? There was also a slight sweetness from the vegetables. I liked the type of noodles♡ It's a good thing they weren't rubber bands (lol) The chashu was surprisingly (sorry!) delicious♡ I'll marinate the rainbow trout I came for in kelp and enjoy it with a drink tomorrow evening(*´˘`*)♡ Unfortunately, the fried fish bones weren't as crispy as at Maru○tei-san... Maybe it's impossible without that oil? Is there anywhere else that has it? If anyone knows, please tell me♡ Thank you for the meal〜♬︎
